I'm in week two of Meso 2 and was just curious if/what everyone else has learned so far. It's taught me A LOT! Like ...
1. It is possible to workout 6 days a week and ejoy it
2. Focusing on a couple body parts at a time, each week, is really effective
3. I was NOT lifting heavy enough
4. Tri-sets, back off sets, double wave loads, 21s, - all that good stuff!
5. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE BEAUTY OF BAND WORK
