What has STS taught you so far?

1) Not only can I lift heavier I can lift A LOT heavier. Moreover, I seem to have better form with heavier weights.
2) Doing the workouts as is works better than trying to change things up by creating my own full body workouts, which I did during M1.
3) It was fun last night when, after doing bicep work, I had a single vein bulging out on my right arm. That has NEVER happened! So cool.
4) Nothing's more fun than results and I'm getting that with STS (and cleaning up my diet).
5) I love everything about these workouts, though I will probably always dread lower body work.
6) I really wish I had that pull-up bar device (the one we're all waiting on) for chin-up work. A really tough band is good but that device is surely much more effective.
