A lot of the intensity comes from the quick sequencing so initially it might seem as if you don’t have enough time to get set up and into position but trust me once you’ve done the workout a couple of times you’ll have your weigh selection and set up figured out and push through this quickly right along with us. Never let this workout get too easy. Always select a challenging weight once your current weight gets “comfortable”.
