Equipment Needed:
A barbell with loaded weights for squats and deadlifts (to start, have your barbell set for high-rep squats)
Moderately weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using roughly 10’s, 12’s & 15-pound sets)
A medium tension firewalker loop
Have approx 1 to 2-inch nonslip heel lift for squats and deadlifts (optional).
