Cathe's Elevated Mobility Workout https://bit.ly/4hPDvte

Let’s talk about the “R” in LMR2…RESTORE! When it comes to restoration, there are many types of recovery and training techniques that we can take advantage of to enhance our flexibility, stability, balance, mobility, and refresh our minds and bodies after demanding routines.

Taking the time to restore our bodies is essential to improving our overall performance as well as helping to prevent injuries.

As with any type of exercise, even your restorative practices will vary in intensity to give your body the challenge it needs to not only maintain but improve in its abilities. This is where the new Elevated Mobility workout comes to play. So, what makes the LMR2 Elevated Mobility workout more intense than the original LMR Mobility workout?

Elevated Mobility will take some of the elements that you loved about the original, but will elevate them with increased range of motion, more challenging balance and stability elements, and most especially with more complex, multi-joint exercises. These components were woven into LMR2 Elevated Mobility to create a fresh and more intense mobility experience.

I LOVE MOBILITY WORKOUTS!!

Looks super fun! Love that my mobility library is growing - between this one, P30, original LMR and STS 2 there's now 5 titles to pick from for lots of variety. Thank you!
And let's not forget all the Premixes for even more options! That's my favorite part since I prefer to use these as Add-ons so I can do a little Mobility work on a daily basis if I want rather than one long workout.

I felt good just watching this. Looks like some great stretches and range of motion with smooth transitions. This one is going to be good for my body while giving my body what it needs. It would be nice to have this series by Christmas, but if not... it's going to be worth the wait. :) Thank you Cathe for keeping us updated. I'm one of those people that gets kind of intimidated/overwhelmed by an entire series (and have been known to leave them in their plastic package for far too long). The video clip help me get my mind wrapped around each individual workout and its purpose and by the time the entire series is done, I really understand how it works together and its purpose as a whole (can you tell I'm very visual lol). The more of these clips I watch... the more I get a "feel" for what it can do for my body and how I will incorporate it into my fitness goals and routine. I get "comfortable" with the idea of having an entire set of DVDs where I don't yet know "what's next" before every move. I'm one of those that bought a lot of my sets one DVD at a time, because I like them to become an "old favorite" before adding more. lol I've been starting to change my ways, though, because of the time you take to keep us updated. Thank you! :) I'm not yet where I'd like to be in my fitness journey, so "elevated" was something I wasn't sure I could handle, but from what I've seen so far... this series can be as challenging as one needs, but doesn't exclude those of us that still have some work to go to get more flexible, lift heavier, etc. Thank you. :)

have you tried Perfect 30 Flow -Mobility training? It's awesome!!
I have pulled that one recently and liked it. I must admit I had not fully explore it
It's a very good one. I prefer this one compared to yoga max LIS debut. The flow feels subtler, smoother and the pace is slower. I see myself revisiting it.

I LOVE mobility workouts too and this one looks like another winner!
This is a winner for me too.

Two of my favourite moves back to back. I am looking forward to discovering cathe's creation through out a smooth transition between scorpion stretch and child pose:):D

:DLadies, let remember to crush the goal..... not the voluptuous bossom should you have any;);)

I have. Like it also, but the Fusion workout is perfection on those days when your body needs it. It’s the Goldilocks thing, I guess. One is too hot. One is too cold. But, one is just right!
