What a fun workout…..think I am going to get this one, liked the core at the end and the
boxing was a good pace…….this one and the one not too long ago, Kick,Jump & Jab
are my 2 favorites for boxing…and as always, thanks for any & all modifications, Cathe!

Just finished this one and it was great. I was feeling a little tight from doing upper body Saturday, but this really helped with that. I feel great now.
