Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, Sept 17, 2020, at 9:30 am EST we’ll be doing “PHA Supersets”.

In traditional PHA we alternate upper and lower body exercises but with PHA Supersets we alternate two upper body exercises with two lower body exercises. We’ll do this pattern for a group of various exercises and then repeat them. After that, we’ll have a new group of upper upper/ lower lower exercises and repeat those as well.

Equipment Needed:

A fitness loop

A variety of weighted dumbbells. I’ll be using 5, 10, 12, 15, 30, and 40 pounds

Fitness mat (optional for any exercise you prefer to do on your knees instead of toes).
