YAHOO!!!! That is the best news I have heard all day :)
Just got back from the gym and did a boring step class, realized I should have done IMAX 3 instead. Now I have new ones to look forward to!!!!!

I am so excited for you - you can just smell the excitment in your post!

A few questions - since your injury happened while kickboxing will you be able to kickbox again? If so, do you need to modify your form to compensate for the injury? Any tips on preventing this type of injury from happening?

Sorry so many questions, but I have found that I really look forward to your kickboxing workouts and I was curious...

I have a quick question. Is CCETV still going to be involved in this production? I have not heard anything about that deal since your injury, so I was just wondering.

When you were injured all I hoped for was a speedy recovery for you. Not so that you could "film"...That you would get better and be able to do what you do. I'm so happy for you! Keep taking care of yourself and the rest will take care of itself!
