Hi April! Yes I am still kickboxing now. I obviously do it with some modifications since my knee is still in a recovery phase. The best advice I can offer to keep this workout or any workout safe is to be fully warmed up, focused, and in tuned with what your body is telling you each step of the way. Remember too, to fully stretch at the completion of each workout. Good luck and have fun

Hi Kelly! I will keep a couple of our original outfits (Nike) and look into a couple of pieces from Nike's current catalog offerings. I'm a Nike-holic, especially on their last few "Rock your workout" catalogs. Coolio stuff :7
