Whoohoo!!!:7 Thanks for making my day, and to think I was just calling you names during the floorwork from GS Legs}( I take it all back, well except for the ones during the one legged roll outs;-)

I would also like to know how you will be training during the second 4 weeks in order to build your endurance for the new videos. Not that I want to start getting, um, ready myself or anything:p

Hi April! Yes I am still kickboxing now. I obviously do it with some modifications since my knee is still in a recovery phase. The best advice I can offer to keep this workout or any workout safe is to be fully warmed up, focused, and in tuned with what your body is telling you each step of the way. Remember too, to fully stretch at the completion of each workout. Good luck and have fun :)

Hi Kelly! I will keep a couple of our original outfits (Nike) and look into a couple of pieces from Nike's current catalog offerings. I'm a Nike-holic, especially on their last few "Rock your workout" catalogs. Coolio stuff :7

What wonderful news Cathe!!! It has been a long road for you I know, and I am so glad you are almost back to your old self. I am excited about the new workouts and have been content to wait until you were ready and able to film! Now that the end is in sight, the excitement can begin to build again!! YAY!!

I am so happy for you. Loosing what is the most precious thing in the world (HEALTH) is almost like feeling you lost everything. My husband is paralysed from the chest down (he is 35) and it reminds me everyday that I am so lucky to be 100% healthy.

I am so glad that you are having a quick and wonderful recovery. I just started posting last week, and have thoroughly enjoyed "getting to know you" through the forums and videos. I just wish that I were independently wealthy so I can get all your videos in one shot. That and so I could actually spend more time per day using your videos!

Keep up the good work and I look forward to the new additions to the DVD library!

I just got back from camp and couldn't wait to check the forum re: your Friday appt. I'm so happy the news is so good! It must be such a relief to see the light at the end of the tunnel! I can't wait for the new workouts, but I know you don't need us to tell you to take it at your recovery pace! I'm sure lots of prayers were and are being said for you, as you've touched so many lives including mine! Continued thoughts on your recovery!
