Pictured here are Cathe, Jenn A., and Brenda in a barre squat with heels elevated. This challenging exercise is from the Killer Barre Bonus section of the Killer Legs workout! This approximately 18-minute-long bonus segment will burn up the lower body with a variety of tough exercises to target the hamstrings, quads, glutes, and calves! You’ll use a mini ball and light resistance loop for an even greater challenge! A chair can be used in place of the STS bars if desired. Make no “butts” about it… your legs will be shaking!

I did this today and I love this workout so much.
Hope cathe makes a killer legs 2. 37minutes of this type of pump is not enough. An hour pump please.
The pump was so high to still buzz hours after.

Those barre moves in the end, burn to cook really good. Just enough, in a good way, to build a strong shelf to withstand groceries.;)

I bet everyone know what shelf I am talking about;).
