As we get ready to release our beta 2.0 Workout Manger we wanted to share another tutorial with you today. This tutorial will help you understand the basic functions of the Workout Manager’s Calendar. This is where you can schedule and keep track of all your workouts. You can even print workout cards for your all your STS workouts that list all your weights for every exercise.(we will show you how in another tutorial).
The WM beta 2.0 features a much simpler to use interface that we think you will really enjoy. Premixes have now been added to the calendar for all of Cathe’s DVDs. When you select premix information such as duration and calories burned will display on your screen for the selected premix.
STS users will not only like how easily they can print workout cards, but also how they can quickly record their results (sets, reps and notes) for every workout. (we will show you how in another tutorial)
