I am a little creaky in the ankles from all the BM2 step, and a little sore, but nothing to write home about. I think I was a little buzzy in the head when I was sleepy in the afternoon yesterday from all the BM2 intensity. Yikes.

Please, please do tell us more about going vegan. I am in utter torment every time I eat meat, dairy, eggs, etc. I've been reading The China Study and more recently Forks Over Knives, and while I really believe in a plant-based diet, it is impossible to convert my guys. It is hard for me too. How do you do it? Is your family on board (your preschooler is easy), or do you make two sets of meals? I need more ideas for food too. I try to eat more fruits & veggies, legumes, and nuts and seeds, but simply cannot fill all my meals with them. I'm also slowly working on moving away from the 'not enough protein' mentality. We're definitely eating less beef though.
