Marie---Go home and exercise! You will feel awesome afterwards!!! Cross Fit is so much fun, it will deffinately help with the post baby tummy!!! I would not do it while preg though. It is tough stuff!!!
Carolyn---Yes, I loved the additional 9 minutes of core! I thought this workouts was amazing. I think it is one of the best dvd's of Cathe's/ but I love them all. But this one, I just felt like the calories were burning!!!! My husband came in my exercise room when I was doing the tabata plyo----and he said he could smell the fat burning!!! HAHAHA I asked him if wanted to join me, and he said he did not want to have a heart attack!!! I too am doing To The Max tomorrow!!! I just get so excited when I get new Cathe!!! I am just so happy!!! But, I felt like you really got a workout!!! (*tough workout*)
Okay, off to make dinner. Making homemade pizza tonight. Already made dough....now I have to cut up veggies and shred some cheese. Yum, Yum!!!
