STS first time!

Good Afternoon! It is smokin hot outside today. The sun is shinnig! To bad I am at work. :( Oh well.....Thats life!

Colleen---Next time I order something I will have to keep the 10% off in mind. I actually ordered straight from her website, since I was ordering in bulk. I ordered Vol #1-4 and Bootcamp and her book. All for 100.00 with free shipping. I think it was a pretty good deal!!! Then I won the Get Rolling on Ebay for $9.00. It should be here tomorrow! But, in the past I have ordered from that site!!!! Keep me posted with any new DVD's!!!

Carolyn---Have fun at the library. I just got a new book in the mail, and I can't wait to go home, eat dinner, workout, and then crawl in the recliner and read. It is the new Women's Health Big Book of Abs!!!! Looking forward to that! I just love reading fitness books!!!

Marie---Shopping for used baby stuff is a good idea, as fast as they grow!!! Save money is key, so you can buy Drill max!!! hahaha :D

Hello? Is anyone there? I am all alone!

I have another 1 1/4 hrs till I can go home. I am ready, to go workout!!! Tonight is Scott Abel Disc#1. He always kicks my butt on this DVD!!!! I will have DOMS for days! Yeah!!!! :D

Sounds like Dylan is recovered. Good! I agree it takes so long to food shop with the kids. By the end of summer, I can't wait to go it alone.

Good Evening! Just finished SA Disc#1---I am wipped!

Marie---You look so happy and beautiful! Keep up the good work, and all you will have to worry about is the belly in 3 more months!! Some pregnant people, use it as an excuse to eat! But, you look amazing!!! You look like one of those women, that from behind you would never know they were pregnant!!! Thats awesome! :D All compliments!!!!! Just think, 3 more months and your precious gift will be here! So exciting!!!

Jean---you can modify the disc work in CSS, I did. (Back issues myself) When you remove the disc, some of the exercises it increases intensity actually. For the floor work, spidermans, burpes, etc. I just did without the discs. (I can feel it in my back with them) Be careful. ;)

Carolyn---Sounds like you had a nice day! Good job with your workouts today!!!!

Tomorrow I work AM shift. I should get to bed but wanted to check in real quick. I work AM shift for the next two days. That being, my goal is to get in Disc 2. My goal is to finish Meso 1 before my friend's wedding on July 21st. Should be doable.

Good Morning! I did not go to bed till after 10 last night, so I am dragging my butt this morning. I did get my cardio in, but I am still exhausted. I have to get my beauty sleep or I am a mess!!!!

Carolyn---Anti-Social---that's me too! I like to go places where you can breathe, I do not like crowded areas. hahaha :)

Had to chime in and say I avoid crowds like the plague! I like my beach to be as empty of people as possible, and certainly no touching blankets!:eek: Must get up now! Have a great day!
 
Carolyn---Be careful with your knee. Did you ever get an MRI?

Jean---Do you have CCC? It is also a tough but good cardio DVD. My scale did move a little this weekend. I was pleased!!!! I was talking with my hubby and I think I am setting a new goal, to hit 60 pds. Wish me luck. It is only another 4.6 pds. It will probably take me all month to do. But, slow and steady. :D

Okay, I have been coding hospital charges for 2 days. I am hoping to be done by noon today. I am about ready to scream. Reading all of these History & Physicals/Progress Notes/ Discharge Summarys is depressing. But, the charges have to be entered!!!! :confused:

I don't have any before pictures on my computer. I deleted them awhile back, because they were depressing. I do have current pictures though. How can I scan a old picture to my computer or get it on my SD card? I am not a computer person???? Any ideas?
 
Carolyn- LBB is my favorite workout ever! Seriously! I did this one last week and I was reminded how much I love that one!:D I love the moves so much, the music is fun, and for some reason I just really love Cathe in this one. She is so fun, sweet and upbeat in this one and really motivates me to get that one. last. rep in!:eek:

I did Horizontal Conditioning volume 3 today! I love these workouts! I'm tempted to go all in and subscribe to her club thing on her site. She has 24 workouts from 2011 (12 "volume 101"'s which are shorter and a little easier and 12 "hardcore" workouts) and she is working on ones for 2012 as well! So expensive, though...so that makes me take pause. Actually each dvd comes to about $10 so it's not bad actually per workout but I'm always one to shy away from workout "systems". If it is over $100 I usually stall:p. I even got STS through trading on VF because I'm so cheap!:rolleyes:

Oh crap, got more to say but they handed me a file! I'll be back!
 
Carolyn---Lets hope you are not getting sick. Maybe if you rest for a little bit you will feel better!!

Jean---I have a Kodak photo printer/copier hooked to my computer. If I put a picture on the scanner could I get it to go to the computer? I am not very computer savy....Sorry! I know how to pick the computers here at work, but that is just from doing it for so long. When it comes to new technology, I freak!!!! Please advise, and I will try when I get home tonight after I workout.

If, I succeed....don't laugh at my fat picture. Just remember I had a back injury and I could not workout. I look FAT!!!! I am not proud of that, I am much happier now!!! :confused::D

Okay, back to work!!! Lots and Lots to do!!!
 
Carolyn---Did the water help?

I had the most tasty lunch today. I made chicken salad, put on a wheat bun with a slice of tomato from my garden with a glass of unsweet tea!!! It was so yummy!!! Just thought I would share!!!!! :D
 
Darn it, now I have time to post and I forgot what was in my head earlier that I meant to write.:mad: lol

Missy- you should be able to just put the picture on the glass and press scan, the picture will pop up in an application say like Microsoft picture viewer or whatever application you happen to have as your default. I haven't had the best luck with quality in my scanned pictures though. You can usually tell they aren't digital and have little artifacts on them, but I haven't done it in a looooong time so the scanners may be better now. Your lunch sounds delish! You guys, I'm so terribly boring with my lunches. I pretty much eat the same thing every day:eek:. Yogurt with granola, cocoa dusted almonds and trail mix with various nuts, dried cranberries and dried cherries. Same thing...every..single..day. If I have a day off I'll have something like canned tuna or smoked salmon with a little mayo on whole grain bread. I used to go to Panera Bread a lot so I'm being a good girl these days (calorie wise and money wise!).

Carolyn I hope your feeling better and got that workout in!

Colleen---You need to get creative with your lunches girl. As you know, I plan ahead all of our meals for the week. So, I just look at the dry erase board on my fridge and it tells me what to prepare. I too, do not go out much. I try to prepare all my food, and stay away from going out! I like a variety. I personally would get tired of the same thing day after day.

I will try scanning the picture tonight and see if it will work. If it does, I will post pictures.
