No workout for me today. I work earlier on Mondays and Fridays so they usually end up being my days off but honestly I could have gotten up earlier to get that STS disc in (back and biceps, last of Meso 2). I was really feeling the need to rest my body this week though so I slept in! Of course, that means I have to double up tomorrow and do LBB (which I originally intended to do Thursday) and STS back and biceps! Hopefully I'll be energetic enough to do both!
Mary- I love CSS with the bonus step! I always feel the need to do the entire thing for some reason. I'm okay with doing the shorter premix of AT (leg cardio express) but I love that bonus step so much! I'm really excited about the new workouts since Cathe said they will have the basic, drill style step work like AT and the CSS bonus. I've come to realize that's about what I can handle! The torquey/turney moves in some of the other step routines did my knees in this month! I'm so bummed too because I really enjoyed Athletic Step...and I was just getting the moves down!! Also, CONGRATULATIONS ON FINSIHING STS!! Whoo hoo!
Marie- I hope SJP went okay for you! Be careful with the choreography! I fell on my butt doing AS on Sunday! lol Of course, you are probably much better at the choreo than I am!
Missy- Pizza is my favorite food! No way I'll give that up completely! Just have to make sure we don't eat like that all the time!
Betty- Oh, the ocular migraines. I had my first migraine when I was about 20, I think. I'd always get the spectacular visual aura/scotoma that would last about 20-30 minutes. I'll never forget the first time it happened...I was trying to read a newspaper and couldn't figure out why words were disappearing on the page! I was totally freaked out! Even after all these years I panic when it happens for fear that I won't get my vision back, even though I know it's just the migraine. When I had that blind spot that persisted I thought for sure I had a brain tumor! Sometimes I'd get a bad headache afterward but more often I would just be light sensitive and feel like I couldn't concentrate for the rest of the day, all fuzzy brained and cotton-headed! Since I stopped BCP, though, I haven't had a full blown migraine. Sometimes it'll threaten, like I'll see the aura for a minute and then it doesn't totally materialize. Weird!
Jean- I hope everything is okay with your family. I'm worried you haven't posted in awhile.
Have a great day ladies!
