Ok, I figured I would pull out LICh since I haven't done it in many months. Well, guess what? Time (and the blasted choreography) is not my friend. Ugh. I get so frustrated!
I don't think I've improved on this at all. I'm having less and less patience for step! Even though that's what drew me to Cathe in the first place. The step is not knee-friendly either, even though I'm at a comfortable 1-riser.
Well, I got a walk in too.
Missy, we are all sensitive to different things, inexplicably. At least your novocaine has worn off, and your cleaning and filling are done. High five!
Good luck tomorrow on your 5k. I'm sure you'll have great weather. I just realized that a year ago, we had such an unusually mild winter that by now, the lawn was all green and the spring plants were already abloom. That is rare, I know. Because we have a snow-covered lawn, and the temps cannot pass the 30s this week
.
Marie, don't spend any more energy feeling guilty about not sticking to a rotation. What matters is that you already stick to working out! Give yourself lots of credit for getting up so early and doing it before a full day's work. With a very young baby.
Colleen, imagine the fluid in there, enough to cause you pain. It'll take time to dry out your sinuses. Be sure to get lots of rest tonight. Nice job cranking out exercise in this situation!
