Aw, Colleen, no preorder?
I totally understand though!
Have you read about oil pulling? EarthClinic's site is full of people's experiences doing it. Many people have oral health, sinus, yeast, insomnia problems solved by it. I wonder if in addition to benefits, it would help with your stomach issues. I believe coconut oil is anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, etc.
Be aware that for people who have big issues, while the body detoxes at the beginning, it feels worse before it starts improving. I had no such problems. In fact, today, when starting KickMax, I noted that my knees felt, shall we say, supple? Now, I've tried Hydraplenish ColleenK mentioned, and take it here and there, but have never noticed such an effect (never took it daily though). I cannot believe it. I know the type of pain when I start every workout when my knees haven't warmed up yet. KM had a lot of jumping and they didn't feel that terrible. The real test is to pull out DrillMax, which is the toughest on me.
Jean, I had such an awesome year traveling last year: CA 2x, Italy, Calgary. Would like to meet DS in Germany when he's done but I really don't know. DH and DS2 don't want to go. We have a wedding in Vancouver in August, postponed from last year. I usually go to CA once a year, but I don't know...
I'll keep the plastic shrink wrap in mind. How about bubble wrap? Isn't that awesome?
Marie, happy upcoming anniversary (prob won't remember next week). What a wonderful anniversary present Breckin is! A celebration of love and marriage.
Do tell more about Tony's fast. Did you guys get a heavy-duty juicer? I'm very curious and will watch Missy's recommendation at some point. I love those types of documentaries.
Carolyn, hopefully you're finishing up KPC. I loved KM today!
Is b-i-l BFF with dh? Is that the two peas in a pod?
It is quite rainy here.
