Cheryl Wooohooo!!! You had being doing great!!! 4 days in a row:D that's awesome good job keeping up with the workouts TBTUB I know those triceps kickbacks are hard like if triceps are already a weak body part of mine then add the plank:eek: ouch! Yes, the district of VIC starts on Friday every year weird, I know. I so would wear one of those sleep mask but for now I don't have any trouble sleeping.:confused:

Pam Thanks Pam I'll try very hard to enjoy the house work all by my self:p Well, the weather they called February crazy because the weather its never the same and March the weather gets even more crazy it is true all the time I did lived in Cuernavaca Morelos was the same.:p Very good for you that you don't get headache with the margaritas but I saw that after the wine dinner you had to have some Tylenol..... well my wine dinner wasn't as good as yours I mean it was good but I cooked the dinner:confused: something really funny that day I got up at 6:30 am so I kind of was tired after all the running around and stuff so when we had our dinner with the first glass of wine my head was light DH and I went to our room tho watch a movie and have a drink.... well I didn't make it to watch half of the movie because I was sleeping :D:p:eek::eek: but other than that it was good. I have a couple of favorite wines:D Great job doing 4DS Kick box I love that one too. mmmm your dinner was better than mine.

Julie Good job doing spin workout. I'm with you shoulders and triceps are the weak ones for me too, but we have to keep trying, I hope this week I get into my routine and won't feel weird. I think you are going to do good with P90X and your DH everything its for a good cause. mmmmm I love Sam but I don't think I would made bed rearrange for him, I do love to sleep with DH better, even for Stacy she needs to stay on her own bed:D that's me.

JanieDoing good, doing good!!! disc 11 I know what you mean. How is the diet going? I can't wait to see the new pictures of your beach house.:D so you are crocheting a bed spread? wow! I bought a book with scarfs and stuff I haven't have time to sit and do something. good job doing treadmill that's right if you don't feel ready for step you'll be ready in no time.:D

Friday I didn't workout:confused: I spent my morning calling the phone company I thought that I was paying to 2 phone companies but apparently the second one never did the swap so I was with the same one for ever and I called them to see why? I was getting their bill still:mad::eek: Oh well 6-7 months more and this is going to be over. So I didn't workout Friday, Saturday I didn't feel like doing LIC challenge so I did Athletic training instead I thought that maybe today Sunday I would do something BUT I didn't OMG! I'm doing really bad drinking wine, falling asleep when I am supposed to have romantic night, eating but not as good as I was doing when I was doing the Trainer, just crazy...
Saturday after dinner Stacy and Rachel wanted to go outside to play I say no it was after 7:30 pm, so they snuck out of the house when I wasn't looking after 20 min or so Stacy come to me and told me mom I got a booboo:eek: I looked at her and she had a huge scratch over her face close to get eye, I almost get a heart attack she fell off the scooter and scratched her face, knee, little toe, one of her finger, and close to her butt, so bad:eek: I was mad at her, I was sick off seen her on pain, but she didn't cry, so now they both are grounded I say one day but they think that is until Stacy's face gets better.
Well that's my life sooo busy and crazy.
P.S. DH is following me, he won't let me concentrate.:mad::mad::mad:

Julie Great job on getting up and spinning when you didn't feel like it! Tomorrow is the big start of P90X for you, right? I'm looking forward to hearing how you like it. I am sure you will be able to tune Tony out. Aww, it sounds like Ozzie just wants to be close and cuddle with you guys. It's probably a little traumatic for him moving to a new home. I think he lucked out getting you guys though!

Janie Great job on disc 11!! Oh boy, I think the floor is one of the most fun parts of a project and I bet your bedroom will look awesome. I still haven't decided about taking apart this scarf, but I probably will since it is bugging me. I think you would have to know that there was a mistake to see it, but I know.....:rolleyes:

Cheryl Friday ended up being pretty fun. I was really tired by the end of the day, but our friends were coming over for homemade pizza so I didn't get to go home and just lounge. We ended up playing a bunch of old albums that we all really loved and just having a great time making and eating pizza. Congratulations on getting up 4 days in a row for your workouts. That is fantastic! Wow, the sleep mask sounds like it was a really great investment!

Eunice Oh ick, the house work all by yourself isn't fun! I mean enjoy the peace and quiet and getting back into the swing of your routine. Ah ok, the crazy part is the weather, I get it. I think we could say that here too. You see, those movies are like sleeping pills! I can never stay awake for them. Last night we were watching Breaking Bad and I fell asleep about 10 minutes into it :rolleyes:
What craziness with your phone company. That kind of stuff always gets me so mad and so frustrated. It's always tough trying to deal with the people on the phone about it too. Great job on AT, I like that one better than LIC. Uh oh, I can't believe those girls snuck out like that and then Stacy hurt herself. That must've been hard for you being mad at them for sneaking out but also feeling bad for her being hurt :(:confused: Why is DH following you??

Well yesterday morning was the Krispy Kreme challenge. I was NOT looking forward to it at all since I hate running so much, but it ended up being pretty fun. I ran the whole 4.8 miles and I had 1.5 donuts. DH had 5 donuts!!!! Carl, the youngest did the whole 12 and made the whole thing in under and hour. Then after the race we went out for breakfast and he had eggs benedict, hash browns and a biscuit after having the 12 donuts! Last night I was soooo tired though, I was falling asleep at 7:30! Today my legs have some serious DOMS :rolleyes: I did do PUB this morning. Now I need to get to the grocery store because I have to make a dish to take to the super bowl party. Ay yi yi.....Have a great day everyone!

Janie Good job on the treadmill. Don't worry about doing it again it is working for you. I think the sleep mask works because it blocks out all of the light and that is what was making it hard to sleep. I will try it again next week to make sure it wasn't a fluke.

Eunice Weird to start school on a Friday but I guess they have a reason for it. I never had trouble sleeping either but times have changed. It really does work for me. How annoying about the phone company. I hate having to deal with people over the phone it is so much easier when you have a face to face conversation. Good job on doing AT. Too bad that you couldn't get anything done on Sunday, darn that wine :D. I am glad that Stacy didn't get hurt too bad after sneaking out of the house. Why is DH following you :confused:?

Pam Homemade pizza is soooo good. At least it isn't as much work as having to do a sit down dinner. I make my own too sometimes, it is an easy dinner. The sleep mask seems to be working hopefully it isn't a fluke. Way to go on the Krispy Kreme challenge, 1.5 donuts isn't bad at all. Wow Carl must be a growing boy that is a lot of food :eek:. Good job on PUB, now you will have upper body DOMS too to go with your lower DOMS:p. Enjoy your Superbowl party.

Yesterday was AB and today was yoga. After yoga I went out to check on my parents place since they are going to be gone for a while. It was really nice here yesterday, almost a Spring day. I got the cats out for some fresh air and I cleaned up a bunch of leaves. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done but I will wait until the weather is warmer.

Pam Talking about the house work that's exactly what I did:confused: but hopefully the house stay clean for a while.. I know movies are like sleeping pill + the wine it was the better night ever. Its always something isn't? or phone company or cable :confused: It was so hard to watch my baby's little face hurt, but I was sooo mad too, anyways now I'm being nice to her, but she still grounded and Rachel's too. Well DH is always on the computer so I thought about going on our bed and use the laptop to replay the thread well he turned off the computer and come into our room and just talk, talk, talk, talk, that I have to stop doing what I was doing because I wasn't paying attention to him and I was getting distracted, crazy!!!! OMG your KK run sound like so much fun, so that means that your ankle is better? I'm glad yummmm! you got to have a 1.5 donut men, men always can have a lot with out any worries how fun, your son ate 12 donuts?:p wow!!! then breakfast they must had being hungry, but sounds like a fun morning. I bet you were tired last night after all that exciting day + PUB this morning. So how was the super bowl? fun!!!

Cheryl I guess school is just teasing us parents about having the kids away:D or just practicing about getting up early. I hate to deal with phone companies as well. Wine is a medicine for me, sleepy medicine:D Well stacy is getting better little by little today she say that at school kids kept asking what had happen to her and she was pretty annoyed so she say I'm not going to school anymore, hahaha!!! I don't think so missy. Great job doing AB and yoga. enjoy your weather and don't work to tooooo much.

Today I did disc 25 chest/back it was really good I used my weight according to the print and that weight felt so easy this time I use 60Lb for bench press and 26 for flys and that was some how easy this time, I guess doing my max for chest really, really helped me. For the rows I use 70Lb and for the dead lifts I used 80Lb I got really good workout today, then I clean the house and talked to my mom over the phone for over 2 hours :D also this afternoon I went with DH to take Sam out we let him do his regular walk, but I almost poop my pants :eek::eek: Sam chased a huge Kangaroo it was in the bushes all I heard was the tap, tap, tap he was jumping toward us:eek: DH just open his arms to scared him away and to stop me because when I heard the jumping I wanted to run away but I was actually running into the kangaroo:eek::eek: OMG my heart almost pop out of my chest:p crazy stuff.

Joey got home from working at the beach house and decided for me that I should go and enjoy the weather that is over there and of course to get some more painting done. He didn't get the Pergo in, but he did finish the bedroom sliding doors that I forgot to do.:eek: Will be leaving here shortly, and will come back on Wed. I did legs, the last disc and now I can do active recovery for a week. Beach Here I Come!

You all seem to be doing so very well, keep up the good work. If I'm going then I better get at it and start backing.

Eunice, no more kangaroo chasing!

Cheryl, nice Spring here in my neck of woods too. Gives me such a nice feeling.

Well it was a super busy weekend. I spent Friday night doing a little more grocery shopping, all day Saturday cooking, part of Sunday cooking, and the rest of Sunday preparing for a test I have to take for work today (I passed so yea!). Saturday DH and I did do the P90X fit test. I did not get a workout in  on Saturday or Sunday. Tonight DH and I will be starting P90X with Chest & Back. Oh the joy of 12 rounds of pushups and 6 rounds of pullups.

Janie Great job on disc 11! Wow that will be unique. I’ve actually never seen crocheted curtains before. I can’t wait to see the pictures. Great job on the TM! I think you should do the step workouts at whatever height you can. Doing them even with just the riser will help you develop the strength and endurance to do them with risers. Great job on legs! Wow, active recovery week already. STS sure goes by fast. Enjoy your time at the beach house!

Cheryl Great job on MMA Kickbox! Yea for getting up early 4 days in a row!! That is really great. I had one of those sleep masks a few years ago but it kept falling off while I slept. It was a cheapie though and I do move around a little when I sleep. Great job on AB and yoga! That sounds like a good combination to do on consecutive days.

Eunice Great job on Athletic Training! That’s good that you swapped out LIC for something else and AT is so good and killer. OMG! I don’t have kids but they would definitely be grounded too for sneaking out when I had told them they could not go outside. Aww! How cute, DH is following you are around. Hehe! Well, it’s cute because it is not me. If it was me, I would be annoyed too! Great job on disc 25! That is some impressive poundage there! You must be really proud to be heaving those weights around and considering it easy! Just think 6 more months or so and no more kangaroos to give you a heart attack or for Sam to chase. Hopefully he can chase something else that isn’t as dangerous in your new place.

Pam Great job on the KK Challenge! I am with you on the not liking to run part. I don’t think even the idea of getting a free donut (or dozen) would entice me to want to run almost 5 miles. It is unfair that young kids, especially males can eat like that and not have weight issues. Great job on PUB! Love that one! Ozzie is really adorable when he is ready to sleep or nap. Yesterday while DH was watching the Super Bowl, Ozzie got up on the couch next to him and literally crawled up DH’s chest to lay down. He does really want to be by us. I wonder if part of it is the trauma from being shuffled around from house to house and his stint at the shelter and the other part being that he gets cold since he is so tiny.

Janie Well I hope you get to enjoy the weather and not just work, work, how fun that this is just right on the recovery week, so no worries about missing anything. Julie That's a lot of work you did over the weekend, don't worry you'll get on top of thing very soon, how was the P90X test? what was your result and DH? Oh boy, I can't wait to hear your thoughts about the workout, wooohooo!! Oh, yes I know kids need to learn their lesson but sometimes as mother its very hard, you'll see if one day you have kids you'll see it. DH is always telling me how the weight he used to workout it felt easy, and wa wa wa I never thought that I ever would say that:eek: but OMG today I feel like if I got run over with a truck or a kangaroo. very sore. We cannot wait to go back home we are counting the days and thinking about it.


I almost don't workout today my upper body is so sore my back have a great set of DOMS and my biceps too,:confused: yesterday I did 3 extra sets of T bar with 40Lb and I think I did used my biceps on that one a lot because they are sore too it goes all around my front and back. After todays workout I'm going to be round and about because I did Plyo legs disc 26 today and I can feel my legs already complaining OMG all those half turn jumps were soooo hard :eek: after the set I was screaming as a relief, I hope next door neighbor didn't think other thing:eek::eek::eek:
Today DH cooked diner (I did prepare the chicken mix)and he did the rest I took the girls for swimming classes when I got home diner was ready. We had personal chicken pot pie(he used the cupcake sheet to make individual) and bake some butter pecan cakes we don't have the same kind of sheet so he used the madelains (sp?) sheet. it was good but he said that was his cooking for the year:confused::confused::confused:

Cheryl Homemade pizza is one of our favorite dinners and we hadn't had it in awhile so that was nice. That is wonderful that the the sleep mask is working so well for you! How did you think to try it?

My ankle is kind've better, but it actually has been aching since doing the run. That was probably a bit much for it but it's hanging in there. Too funny that Stacy thinks she shouldn't go to school now! They certainly do get the ideas don't they? Great job on disc 25. WOW you lifted really heavy! That is fantastic! 60 lb for bench press???!!! impressive! I was laughing out loud when you said you almost pooped your pants. It sounds like you are sometimes quite the sight when you take Sam out!

Well ladies, I haven't worked out for 2 days, can you believe it? Yesterday I just really didn't feel good and then I didn't sleep last night because of it. Hopefully I'll be back in the game tomorrow, but then we leave Thursday for New York! I guess this is my recovery week ;) have a great day everyone!

Last night DH and I did half of Chest & Back. I’m proud of him for making it that far because it is a really tough workout. You alternate a set of pushups with a set of pullups (or rows or flyes) for 12 rounds. We got halfway through and I could tell DH was struggling because he has some elbow and shoulder issues which pushups and pullups can aggravate more. So, I suggested we stop halfway and work our way up to the full hour. Next time, I think I will suggest he sub out weight work for some of the pushups. Tonight we will do Plyometrics.

Eunice Great job on disc 26! Oh boy, I hate those ½ turn jumps. I am very happy when those are over. Love the DOMS you are feeling. So far I am not feeling DOMS from last night’s workout but sometimes chest and back can take a while for me to feel the DOMS. I did pretty good on the Fit Test. I passed everything but the pull-ups. It said females should be able to do 3 unassisted wide grip pullups. I did 3 seconds of a dead hang with a grimace on my face trying to pull myself up.

Pam So sorry you weren’t feeling good. But I am impressed you decided rest. I know that can be hard sometimes. Tony wasn’t too bad last night but I was distracted by paying attention to DH’s form so I tuned Tony out most of the time. DH is very appreciative for all the time I am taking to get his meals together and for giving up Cathe. He told me he wouldn’t be able to do this without me. I told him that if he can push through the first 3-4 weeks, it will get better.

Julie You sure did have a busy weekend no wonder why you couldn't fit in a workout. Yea you passed your test. I hate taking tests. My sleep mask came off once but it stays put pretty good. Your DH did well with doing half of the workout. It can be tough when you haven't worked out before but at least he is trying. So what do you think of Tony?

Pam I thought about the sleep mask when one of my staff bought one for her friend for Christmas. When I was in a store buying new pajamas I saw one there and thought what the heck I will give it a try. It really does block out all of the light so I think that is why I feel better when I wake up. I hope you are feeling better, it is the time of year when there is a lot of stuff going around. You don't want to be sick when you go to NY. I just saw tonight that Cathe has a couple more workouts coming. I will be ordering, how about you?

Well it was a busy evening yesterday and I didn't get a chance to get on the computer. I just found out that Cathe is putting out another two DVDs YEA!!!! This is my recovery week so yesterday morning I did yoga relax and today was a rest day. Tomorrow will be yoga again.

So sorry that the run didn't do any good to your ankle maybe you are just right by not doing any workout take a week or longer to rest. That Sam, its a crazy boy but now he just caused them but just for a little then he turns around and stop chasing them:confused: weird. DH its pretty funny, today I was vacuuming the floor and he told me to stop it, OK I'm going to sit to replay the forums:p Well Pam GREAT job not working out too, I hope you are not getting something bad either, don't worry if you cannot get a workout tomorrow.. Julie Wow! you are an awesome wife, supporting your hubby I can imagine you thinking and feeling it for him because if he was having trouble, for me it would be more like "please be careful and don't get hurt" I still feeling the same way even when DH is a gym junky.:confused: You are doing great with him, enjoy plyometrics. Good job passing the test I knew you would, hanging from the pull up bar is hard too.

Oh boy, it is funny when I think about the kangaroo, but right at that moment it wasn't I was picturing my self kissing the kangaroo :eek: and I thought, why did I run forward instead of going back? weird!:eek: OMG, I just found out about Cathe's new dvd this morning when I read someones post about preordeing 2 new dvd's then I kept looking scrolling down and I saw Cathe in the picture OMG I was so excited about it, so funny that she didn't give out a clue before, sneaky Cathe!! How fun being on you recovery week, good job and enjoy your week off, kind of.:D

Today I did Slide & Glide it was a good workout for this tight legs of mine I thought it was going to be harder but it wasn't after I warm up and stuff. When I was in the middle of the workout someone rang the bell, I was expecting the groomers for Sam but not that early I had to stop and wait since another times they do a pretty fast job but not today, the guy told me that he was very hairy today. Well now his all soft and shiny..:p have you guys preorder the new DVD's? I haven't yet I think this time I'm just going to get the dvd's only I really haven't used the downloads and I need to be on the cheap side this time, I'm saving for my trip to Mexico and 4 airplane tickets:confused: ay ay ay chihuahua that's going to be very expensive. :confused:

Last night DH and I did Plyometrics. It is basically what the name implies. You do so and controlled plyo moves (some are done a little faster). They are basic athletic moves and some Cathe moves, like squat jumps, 180 degree turns but without the squat down low, and tuck jumps. DH had to stop after 20 minutes because it was too intense for him. He did get on the treadmill and walked for 25 minutes while I finished up some more of the workout. I didn’t finish the workout because I stopped when DH got off the treadmill. I think I am going to convince DH to just walk on the treadmill on Tuesdays for 30 minutes while I do a HiiT workout. That way he doesn’t overdo it and I get a little Cathe fix. We’ll see how tonight’s Shoulders & Arms workout goes.

Cheryl Great job on yoga! I saw the two new DVDs she is coming out with. They look like sequels to my two favorites from the LIS, Afterburn and Athletic Training. I’m so excited and already preordered. I’m proud of DH putting out the effort and don’t mind at all that he isn’t making it all the way through the workouts. I tell him that something is better than nothing and that he has to stick with it and it will be easier and he will be able to go longer. Tony is alright. He hasn’t been bothering me like he did when I previewed the workouts but I can pretty much tune things out when I am working out and concentrating on watching DH’s form and doing my own thing.

Eunice Great job on S&G! That one is a nice one on the lighter side and really unique too. I did order the DVDs and downloads. I don’t really use the downloads but I want to in the future. I’m more nervous about DH having a heart attack than getting hurt. I make him wear a heart rate monitor and when it beeps for too long because his heart rate is too high, I make him take a break until it returns to normal. Enjoy Sam being all soft and shiny. Knowing Sam, he won’t stay that way long!

Julie First of all, I forgot to say Congratulations on passing your test the other day! That is awesome. I know your are relieved to have that behind you. Great job on P90x Chest and back too! It sounds pretty tough, I'm glad you. Wee able to handle Tony and I am just so impressed that you and your DH are working out together. You are being really smart getting him to pace himself too. So sweet to hear that he is so appreciative too. I hope he gets hooked!


Cheryl I am feeling a lot better. I think the junk food at the super bowl party was part of my issue. I ordered the new DVDs as soon as I saw the announcement! I didn't do the downloads this time tho since I rarely use them. Great job on yoga relax. I didn't get my yoga in over the weekend since I ends duo working out on Sunday but I'm going to try to keep doing it more often.

Eunice I will post a link to the pizza recipes that I use when I get back from New York, but if I forget please remind me! Tlc is tender loving care! I'm like you though, by the time I hit the bed I am usually asleep within 5 minutes! I think you need to start taking a video camera with you when you walk Sam! You sure have. A lot of funny stories! Great job on slide and glide! I ordered just the DVDs in the presale becaue I really don't use the downloads either?

Julie Great job on plyometrics! I think it's good that your DH is stopping and taking it easier when he needs to. So many people go too hard too soon and then can't keep with it. I like your plan of him doing the treadmill while you are doing a hiit too!

This morning I did step blast. It was so much fun and felt so good to get in a good sweat. Tomorrow we leave for NYC, but not til noon,so hopefully I'll get to post before we leave.i hope everyone had a great dy!

Eunice I think Cathe has learned to keep her new workouts under wraps until she has more details and the filming is underway or about to get underway. There was always so many people complaining and angry about how long it took to get the new workouts. Did you get a chance to finish Slide and Glide? Nice that your dog groomer comes to your place instead of you going to them. I didn't think that labs got really hairy :confused:. I haven't pre ordered yet but I will this weekend.

Julie Plyometrics would be tough if you are not used to working out. Good for your DH to make it through 20 minutes. Probably the treadmill is better for your DH until he gets more conditioned to working out. The new workouts do look like sequels to AB and AT but harder. You are lucky that you can tune Tony out, I couldn't and didn't make it through the first week of P90X.

Pam The junk food is a killer, I guess it just needed to make its way through your system. I am glad that you are feeling better for your trip. I haven't ordered any downloads and I don't think I will because I will just use the DVDs. Good job on Step Blast it is a fun workout. Enjoy your trip to NYC, I would love to go there and go shopping!.

The bathroom is now painted! Yea! Got home yesterday evening late, so I just slipped in the tub and relaxed for awhile and then opted to watch TV the rest of the evening. Rolly and I walked on the beach about an hour each time or so for two days, the third day was rainy and it was time to come back home. (no walking that day) Only lost 1/4 pound. It must have been the plantain I ate. Didn't know if that was on the Paleo Diet, I guess not.:confused: At least I didn't gain. Will be doing a cardio today and will post that with an update.

Eunice, Great job on S&G. I bet Sam looks very handsome with his new hair cut. I did order the new DVD's and can't wait.

Julie, Great job for you and hubby doing plyometrics! Nice to see you and hubby are exercising together. What a man! I think your plan for your honey is a good one. Ease him into it.

Well no workout for me last night. DH stayed home with a headache and didn’t feel like working out when I got home. He is staying home again with a headache so I am guessing no workout tonight. I think I am going to suggest to him that I work out in the mornings and in the evenings instead of working out with him, I can be there as a "personal trainer" making sure he has good form on the exercises. I am not sure how he will take that but I am going to try. I just worry that since he is new to working out, that he won’t be able to (and shouldn’t) go at the same intensity as me and I will be losing some of what I have worked at gaining. Maybe that is being selfish.

Pam Great job on Step Blast! It has been so long since I did that one but it sure is a good one. I’m hoping DH can stick with the working out. Part of me wants to ask him if I can work out in the mornings but then I am afraid that will de-motivate him. Is de-motivate even a word? Anyway, I’m sure you get what I am saying there. Have a great trip to NYC!

Cheryl Great job on Yoga Max! Oh Tony is starting to get to me a little now that I think about it. I was watching Yoga X and X Stretch and he is so chatty and for some reason the volume is so low that I can’t even tell when he cues for a different move. I think that is another reason why I want to coach DH rather than try to work out with him.

Janie Sounds like you got some nice relaxation time spent walking on the beach plus relaxing in the tub when you got home. Sounds like a good plan to me. That’s weird that bananas are on the paleo diet but plantains are not. I thought they were similar in nature. Remember when it comes to weight loss, slow & steady stands the test of time. As you said, ¼ of a pound is much better than gaining.

Did the Wedding Video today and used a riser under the step up. Yea! I couldn't do the last segment with the riser so took it off for the last segment. Still OK.

Julie, For me plantains didn't work. Maybe for someone else. That's OK, I did eat a lot of them though, maybe that's why.:eek: LOL You are right, slow and steady stands the test of time. Thank you for reminding me of that. Do what you need to do to get healthy. I had to leave My Joey behind because I was failing with my goals. You have to keep going. It's up to them how much they can and want to do. Be supportive, but don't let it interfere with your goals. Try different things if you like, but continue with your challenges...It's important, not selfish.

Julie I'm glad that your hubby still sticking to do what ever he can do, its going to be hard but he'll be able eventually to do the whole thing, I know that workout is hard but a good one, from P90X Plyometrics was one of my favorite ones. S&G is a nice one and lighter but for some reason it hurts my knee:confused: is weird. I guess a heart attack would be painful in so many ways, you are doing the right thing with your hubby.

Pam I'm glad you are feeling better, I don't blame you junk food can be poison for you if you are not use to that kind of food. I haven't order the dvd's yet I'll do it next week when we get pay I think I'm just getting the dvd's too. OK I'll make sure to ask you again for the recipes.. To funny I will had never know that was tender loving care:eek: That's a good idea to take my camera with me when I go out with Sam, he is so cute, right now he is at the door waiting for DH he went for a walk and didn't take my boy, I took him this morning I did let him run for a while to burn some of that energy and after a little bit I used his leash we did have a good walk so he is fine but not full. Great job doing step blast. Have fun at your trip we will miss you.


Cheryl Now that you say that I think that is pretty smart from Cathe so people don't start talking and hating her. Yes I did finish S&G but I was telling Julie that my knee hurt more that with Hiit.:confused: Sam is too big to take him in the car to places, right now I have to take him to get his shots and I'm thinking about it he is bigger than me in the car. I don't know maybe he was just real dirty. Great job doing yoga max.

Janie Yay!! for the job its being done at your place I bet you are pretty happy. awww relaxing and watching TV is good too:D walking on the beach sounds lovely. 1/4 pound is awesome its better than gaining weight. My boy is so cute and softy and beautiful.:D


JulieThat happen some times getting headache is not fun, I hope he feels better soon. I hope he take your suggestion so you can get your Cathe fix and won't loose what you have gain, NO is not being selfish, I think you are pretty sweet and nice to your DH and I'm sure he will understand you. If you are afraid of him getting de-motivated maybe suggest you do every other morning your workout then the P90X cardio do it together then weights you can be there to watch him and like you say be his personal trainer.

Yesterday I did disc 27 shoulders/biceps/triceps I think I got those little buggers real good because I woke up with a nice sore triceps. This morning I took Sam out I did let him run for a while to burn some of the energy then I used the leash to keep him clean for a while longer and he did awesome.
Then I got home and did LIC Challenge and I DID IT yayay!!!!!! It was so much easier this time and I finally got to enjoy the workout, I was so happy I'm glad I dragged my self to do it I was almost going to to Intensity instead but I didn't now I can relax. Also I did 100 walking lunges and 2 sets of squats and some core workout.
Friday is almost over :( and I got bad news today it looks like I'm not going to the wedding we are not going back till Oct 22:( we'll se if DH can get the date changed, hopefully:mad: So now I have a headache too. :(:eek::confused::mad:
