Strength in Numbers

Didn't do much of anything today. Joey isn't ready to go to the beach house yet. When he's ready we'll go.

Pam, Great job on BC, I love that one as well. Yuck, filling isn't anything to painful. You'll be OK, it's the root canal that I'm afraid of.

Julie, Great job on the 60 min. spinning. You poor thing with DOM's and waddling. It's good though, right? King size bed sounds like the solution for having enough room.:D

Take care,

Janie

Cheryl the only one trying my new food was DH, I couldn't make the girls to tasted, I asked Rachel if she wanted one my meat muffins and she say "Hhhhm, No I'm not in perfect mood for one right now" silly girl. Good job doing AS and Abs... that is so funny that animals snore huh? OMG I hope he was quite last night.

PamI used to have a lot of beef tongue:D my mom used to make tacos out of them and it was soooo good!!!! DH loved the meat muffins and he was asking me if I was going to have them again, No they don't have a funny looking color just a little bit darker but that's it... they kind of grow on me yesterday and today after coming back home from working out I had them and I kind od enjoy them:eek: but I will never mention them again... Venison I haven't have that one because it was real expensive.. OOHHH My boy is still soft and cute, I got him a bone last Monday well his done with it, so cute at night some times DH is showing me something and I'm there Sam comes and lay in between both of us, he is just chilling waiting to be pet and loved. Yesterday and today I went to the gym, I'm still thinking about tomorrow though it feels weird that I'm using their weight in "kilos" and I just don't know if I'm doing enough but other than that its fine all by my self again.... OH let me tell you that my father-in-law clean after him self and after any one else selfs, he is soooo good to grandma, he does love to cook, clean I'm not sure if he love that but he always does, so yes there is some one but not OUR DH's:mad:Good job doing PS Back/biceps I did think the same last time I did that series toooo easy compare with other WO.

JulieGood job doing PS legs/abs how did you liked that one? Yes I think you need to sleep better OMG how big is Maggie? aww so sad for your DH but still I cannot believe that Maggie sleep in between you two, funny though that they both snore all night:p You really need your sleep for all those crazy workout combos of yours and you don't want to get sick either... I know I could've count my walking as moderate cardio but now in this phase we are supposed to run 30 sec sprint 30 sec slow so nope I still did the cardio. Ok I love shrimp and salmon as well. I do love softy Sam, he still clean we haven't go out for a walk this week I have being pretty pretty busy and he needs a new leash too.

Janie Looks like you been busy doing jewelry, do you sell a lot? I'm sure is a lot of work to clean the beach house, but at the end you are going to be so happy. Ohhh yes this week has being tough, very tough workouts and errands that will never end. Good for you for taking the day slow and just doing nothing is good sometimes, so glad you did.

Pam Really? your DH get annoyed if you leave your purse and the mail on the counter top? and Julie's hubby doesn't like crack open drawers? Huh?? Let see what does DH doesn't like about me?? he doesn't like my hair on the floor in the bathroom:confused: so funny tough because he can leave anything anywhere but ME the one who gets to do the cleaning does get the free pass:eek: Good job doing original BC I hardly used that one, Monday I had to take the girls to the dentist too:eek: You are not coming with him to Sidney?? You should, If I was you I would sooo whined too.

JulieHahaha!!! waddling like a pregnant lady:p So I guess PS legs did the job make you fall the toilet taste and the stairs taste and I know you are smiling:D Good job doing the spinning for 60 min, yes I think you are going to need to fix that little problem with Maggie sleeping with you guys a new big bed would be the perfect solution.

Well ladies I have been pretty busy here, yesterday I went to the gym and did chest/shoulders and 30 min cardio, after that I my friend Eva cook lunch for me and another American girl that she wanted to meet, after that the girls had school concert, one hour and a half of being there watching silly kids, then I got home cook dinner and I went to bunko, I totally forgot that it was bunco night  I hate it, I didn't have the chance to do anything in the house and that drives me nuts.... so today I went to the gym I did legs:eek: thanks goodness there was NO cardio so I got home ate my snack and I started to clean like Cinderella, now I just have to finish the dishes and cook dinner Ooh and I have to go pick the girls from the train station so yes my days are being crazy and the weather is getting HOT, so HOT so now I have to be careful with slippery floor, yesterday I almost crack my head open:mad:
Well Now I have to report that I'm happy with my self, I haven't cheated in my food yesterday I took my lunch, and for bunco I didn't have anything but watter.. Have a great day>>:p:D

Julie Great job on spinning. Now you have me worried about my legs tomorrow because I did PS Legs this morning! I didn't think it was too bad until the floor work. OUCH! My right hamstring was hurting already during the stretches. I didn't want to stop stretching it! Your description of your waddling sounds really funny! It made me laugh when I read it.
I agree it would be nice to have the Terminator Climbers earlier in Boot Camp. Those ice breakers at the end are pretty tough too! DH works for IBM too. He is giving the keynote speech at a conference next week  That would be terrifying! Our cats sleep at the foot of the bed, or sometimes like to lay their upper bodies on our feet. In the morning Shorty likes to come up and lay on top of one of us, but he is very particular - you have to be lying on your back so he can sleep on your chest. If you aren't in the right position for him he will stand on top of you and meow until you roll over. He's very high maintenance. You're funny leaving cupboards and drawers cracked to annoy DH...we won't tell on you! :D

Janie I've never had a root canal, but just the sound of them is scary! I hope I never have to experience one!

Eunice Rachel sounds so funny, not trying the meatballs because she wasn't in the perfect mood for it?! Kids are so silly!
Beef tongue tacos huh? They sound interesting! I do love tacos, not sure I would like beef tongue tacos, at least not if I knew that was what they were! Uh oh, are you going to start buying kangaroo meat more often?! We had free venison because my niece's huband goes hunting every year so he gave us some. We actually had some at a wine dinner that we went to last night too and it was really good. It was soooo tender like pot roast! Animals are funny when they want your attention aren't they. Sometimes my cat will climb on my lap and start pushing his head under my hand if I'm not petting him. Our adopted outdoor cat Spooky sits at the door and waits for us to open it, but if she really wants attention and we haven't noticed her she'll jump up on the window sill and stare at us until we come out. I wouldn't know how many kilos to use for weights, you'll have to get online and do some conversions! As long as it feels like a challenge though you're good. Wow, your father in law does all that cooking and cleaning, that is great! My DH used to help with the cooking a lot, but now he hardly ever does. He's pretty good about helping with the cleaning when we have people over though.
No I'm not going to Sydney. He got less than a weeks notice about it so it made it a little tough. Plus he is going to be going around and visiting customers while he is there too. He's going to be in Canberra(? I think?) at the end of the week.

Great job on your chest/shoulders and cardio. Oh man, I used to hate it when the kids had concerts. Isn't that terrible?! But they were usually SOOOO long and the auditorium was always about 100 degrees. I don't miss those at all. Well you are becoming quite the gym rat, going every day now! :) OMG, you be careful, don't go falling and hurting yourself. Great job sticking to water at Bunco too!

So as I told Julie, this moring was PS legs and abs. It seemed like a pretty light workout until she started on the floor work. I don't know how many reps there were of the inner/outer thighs and then the hamstrings but there were a TON! My legs were screaming. I had to take the weight off to finish the outer thighs. I hope everyone has a great day!
Pam

This morning I did Pure Strength Back, Biceps, and Abs. Not a favorite workout of mine. I don’t particularly like T-bar rows and I wish the breaks were longer since I was trying to go as heavy as possible. I had to pause a few times to rest longer so I could continue lifting a heavier weight. I like Slow & Heavy much better and will probably sub that out in the future if a rotation calls for Pure Strength. Plus it is weird seeing Cathe with really short hair. I keep thinking “who is that woman?”

Janie Sounds like you needed a rest a day. I bet it was nice. My DOMS in my legs are much better today. I am not waddling anymore but I do still have soreness and tenderness and am averaging a C on the toilet test. Oh yes, we would love a king size bed. Maybe one day.

Eunice Great job on chest, shoulders, and 30 min. of cardio the other day and legs yesterday! You have been quite the busy girl. I need to get in Cinderella mode and clean, clean, clean. It might have to wait another weekend though since we already have plans this weekend to do some things with my parents. Great job on the food front. Maggie is about 63 lbs. Not a super big girl but big enough that she takes up a decent amount of the bed. Last night she was a good girl and laid at the foot of the bed more in a ball so I had room to stretch out my poor sore legs. I like PS legs but didn’t really care for the upper body work. I really think it was the floor work of PS legs that got me so good. You use a 15 pound bar to do inner and outer thigh lifts. Crazy!!!

Pam Great job on PS legs/abs! BTW—there are 32/16/8 reps in the inner thigh and 32/16 in the outer thigh during that workout. You count Jeannie hops, I count thigh raises. That was the toughest part of the workout. I wasn’t smart like you and instead left the weight on for all the reps. I think that is why my inner/outer thighs were so sore and the source of my waddling yesterday. Much better today. Last night Maggie did sleep at the foot of the bed until about 1/2 hour before my alarm went off. That is when she made her way up in between DH and I. What we put up for our dear pets!

Have a great day!

It has been a crazy week. The run down - I was too tired on Tuesday to do anything but go to bed, Wednesday night we went grocery shopping but I managed to do STS Disk 17 Legs afterwards. Tonight I was going to do disk 16 but I was talking to a friend of mine and she asked if I wanted to go the the West Coast Womens Show on Saturday. That was going to be my housework day but since I am going to the show I decided that I needed to get some housework done tonight and tomorrow night. So I didn't workout after dinner but I have everything ready to do it tomorrow morning. So tomorrow morning will be disk 18 because it is slightly shorter than disk 16 which I need to do first thing Saturday morning since I need to leave my place by 8:30 am. I haven't had a chance to read all of your posts. If I am going to workout tomorrow morning I need to go to bed soon or it won't happen. I will try to post tomorrow night.

TGIF

Cheryl

Joey and I did TBS, abs and stretching. Can't wait for the new workouts, it is giving me inspiration to do them as well as TBS with my Joey. We will be going to the Beach House tomorrow and spend a couple of nights there. Stripping and cleaning. Will get back home on Sun. or Mon. There is no computer hook ups, so can't communicate until we get home.

Eunice, I don't sell a lot of jewelry. It's just fun creating and using my imagination. I'll give it a couple of years. Great job on chest and shoulders, cardio. And today's legs. How nice that someone cooked lunch for you. I bet the school concert was cute. I sounds like you are such a busy mom. Do be careful with slippery floors. You should be proud of yourself for sticking with the diet and exercises. Good for you!

Pam, Yes, the sound of a root canal is scary for me too. Never had one done, ever. Great job on PS legs and abs. Sounds you had a great work out. When it's hard to do, that's when your body changes. Good job.

Julie, Great job on PS back and biceps, and abs. Like I told Pam, when your workouts are hard you are changing your body. You did good. I never noticed Cathe hair, will look as soon as I post.

Cheryl, Great job on STS disc 17 legs. It's always nice to catch up on house work. I hear it's a pretty good workout in itself. Hope you have a good rest tonight and enjoy the West Coast Women's Show on Sat.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

Janie

Julie Great job on PS back, biceps and abs. I really wasn't crazy about that one either, which is probably the reason this week was only the second time I've ever done it. I am supposed to do PS Chest, Shoulders Tris tomorrow, but am wondering if I should sub something else instead. Either that or add something else on since I think it said it is just a little over 30 minutes. I think Cathe looks cute with her short hair, but I do like it better longer.
It was the outer thigh work and those 2000 hamstring lifts that got me in PS legs. Holy cow. I really thought those hamstring lifts would NEVER end. Oh yes, we do put up with a lot for those fur balls don't we?! Hopefully you got better sleep with Maggie staying at the foot of the bed most of the night. I know sometimes when my cat is sleeping on my feet though I worry about moving around because I don't want to disturb him. How silly is that!:confused: They, on the other hand, have no problem disturbing me!

Cheryl Great job on disc 17 and your housework! It sounds like you have the rest of your week all planned out. I hope you were able to get your workout in this morning. I agree with you, TGIF. This has seemed like a long week for some reason. Probably because it wasn't as busy for me at work.

Janie Great job on TBS, abs and stretching. I know, those new workouts need to hurry up and get here! I think we are supposed to be starting to get them next week....? I got the downloads and the CDs, so I will get to try them out right away. Of course I'm in the middle of a rotation though, so I might wait until I'm done with it, or I might need to figure out how to work some of them in. I hope you get to have some fun whil you are at the beach house and that it isn't just work work work. I bet you are excited about getting in there and getting started though!

This morning for me was 40/20. It was funny this morning though that some of the sections that I usually hate didn't seem so bad (the jump forward, side and tuck jumps) and then some that I don't usually mind as much did  Must have something to do with what part of my legs/glutes were getting used in the different exercises. My hamstrings are really sore from PS legs yesterday and my cheeks! As Cathe would say, you know which cheeks I'm talking about! :D I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Pam

This morning I did Leg … I mean Low Max! My outer glutes and inner thighs were still a little tender from PS Legs and Abs but I made it through LM.

Cheryl Wow you are busy! Great job for getting in disc 17 (which I always remember as the one that killed my quads) and for getting a plan together for conquering housework, working out, and having fun. Catch up with you more later!

Janie Great job on TBS, abs, and stretching with Joey! I am so excited about getting the new series. I ordered the DVDs and downloads so I am hoping I can download the workouts tonight when I get home. I really want to try Cycle Max tomorrow. Have fun at the Beach House even though it is cleaning but then again I remember cleaning my house for the first time and finding it exciting—not so much anymore.

Pam Great job on 40/20! Too funny about the cheeks comment! My cheeks were sore for 2 ½ days after PS legs. I am making a note on that DVD to be very careful next time. I have not been impressed with the upper body work of PS. If you sub, go for Slow & Heavy but you will have to mix and match since the upper body parts are put together differently in that one. The foot of the bed only lasted one night. Maggie was back to sleeping in between DH and I last night and at an angle so I had to sleep in a very tight fetal position. I am the same way with not wanting to disturb her so I am very careful about moving. She on the other hand has no problems getting up and sitting her butt down right on my thighs. Love her anyway.

Have a wonderful day!

Janie Good job on TBS, abs and stretching. I can't wait for the new workouts either. I am hoping that I will get them by the first week of November. Enjoy your time at your beach house.

Pam I did get my workout in this morning, it was hard but I did it. It did seem like a long week. I find they are longer when I am not so busy. I don't like thos jump forward, side and tuck jumps in 40/20. Nice that they didn't seem too bad for you this morning. The floor work in PS Legs gets me the most too. I don't doubt that your hamstrings and cheeks are sore :D.

Julie Good job on Leg...Low Max! The floor work in PS Legs and Abs is a killer and always gets you good. Disk 17 did get my quads, I was feeling it yesterday and today. Why do we never want to disturb our fur babies when we are sleeping. I do the same thing and don't want to move to wake them up either . When I do need to move I pull the sheets tight to lift Taylis up and then I move and bring the sheets back down again .

This morning was STS Disk 18. I did everything except for the one legged deadlifts. I was starting to get some twinges in my lower back and I didn't want to make it any worse. My back is still bothering me and I think it is from vaccuuming last night. I didn't get as much done as I wanted to tonight because my back was bothering me and we had to go out and get cat food. They had run out so there would have been nothing for them in the morning. Anyway I need to get up early tomorrow morning to get my workout in and then I need to leave home by 8:30 am to get to my friends place to get to the West Coast Woman's show by 10 am. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Cheryl

Julie great job on LLM! I bet your legs are not very happy with you today! oh I didn't even check on the downloads last night, were they available? I hope you got to try Cycle Max and can give us the report!
I went ahead and did PS Chest Shoulders and tris thus morning because I only have the downloads for Slow and heavy and I left my computer at work yesterday. I liked it better than the back and biceps one, but she does the reps too fast. You really can't go heavy and keep her pace at all. I always had 2-3 more reps left when she was done with the set. Uh oh, sounds like you are going to have to try to figure out how to train Maggie to stay at the end of the bed, but good luck with that! Either that or out that king sized bed on your Christmas list!
It sounds like all of our animals are a little too spoiled though! We are so careful about not disturbing them, but they try as hard as they can to disturb us!
Cheryl glad to hear you were able to get your workout in yesterday, it sounds like you have a busy but fun day planned today. You definitely newer to be careful with that back. Boy, back issues are the worst!

This morning for me was PS Chest, shoulders and tris. I added on the cardio only from circuit blast and the abs from KPC since the PS disk was only 36 minutes. It was a tough workout though. It seems like mire of an endurance workout than a strength workout though. Janie, I hope you aren't working too hard a the beach! BTW, I got a note from Eunice on Facebook asking me to let everyone know that it will probably be Tuesday before she can post on the forum because he DH did something to the computer and she can't get to it.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Pam

Well I couldn't stay up last night and wait for the downloads and I didn't check on them this morning before I started working out. So, I just did 60 minutes of steady state cycling and then the upper body premix of Push Pull. It was a good workout. Now I am working on downloading the new workouts...2 down, 12 more to go.

Cheryl Great job on disc 18! Good for you for leaving out the deadlifts with your back bothering you. Hopefully, your back will start feeling better. Vacuuming gets my back too. Don't know what it is about it. I do the same thing with the covers. I use the covers to lift Maggie up a little to try to move her into a different position. Doesn't always work and most of the time I end up with less covers but I still try.

Pam Great job on PS Chest & Tris, CB cardio, & KPC abs! Thats sounds like so much but I know each of them were short. I thought PS was more endurance than strength or muscle building too. Oh well, no I know why it isn't one of my favs. I wish I could have done Cycle Max. I probably could have downloaded it before I did my workout but I like to workout as soon as I get up. Spoiled pets make life enjoyable!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Back here until Tuesday, then we go back to the Beach House to do more repairs. We are doing well and need to get more supplies to do more jobs. Painting is on our list the next time we go to the Beach House. I have DOM's in my butt and failed the toilet test. Oh My!

Cheryl, Great job on STS disc 18. So glad you listened to your body and stopped when you began feeling twinges in your back. Good for you. Enjoy the West Coast Woman's Show.

Pam, Great job on PS chest, shoulders, tris and the added cardio from CB and the abs from KPC. It sounded like a tough workout. Whew! Thanks for the note from Eunice. It will be nice to hear from her on Tues.

Julie, Great job on the 60 min. of steady state cycling and upper body pre from PP. Enjoy your downloads. Lucky! Let us know how you like them, one by one.

Janie

Pam Good job on PS Chest, Shoulders and Tris. It is a short workout but one that I like. Good for you to add on cardio to make the workout longer. Hasn't Eunice's DH done that to her before, messing around with the computer so it doesn't work?

Julie So exciting to be getting the new workouts. What will be the first one that you do? It is so annoying when my back bothers me so I can't do things that I want to do. I don't know if it is carrying the vacuum up and down the stairs or what it is. I have pretty good success with lifting the covers but Taylis weighs a lot less that Maggie does.

Janie You will have to take after pictures of your beach house once you have finished painting. I bet it will look so nice once you are done.

Well today was yoga and it felt so good. I can hardly wait to get Cathe's yoga DVDs, I am looking forward to trying them out. Yesterday I went to the West Coast Women's Show and it was a lot of fun. The place was packed and some isles were really hard to walk down because there were so many people. Of course most of the gridlock was around the people who were giving away food or had samples to try :D. There were companies there who do the permanent make up and there were people who were getting it done there . I sure wouldn't get it done at a trade show, not that I would want to get that done anyway. I like being able to change the makeup colors. One thing I did get done was my eyebrows. They were getting a bit ratty so there was a business there that did the threading. It only took a minute and they look so much better now. I got lots of stuff, it was like Halloween for women .

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Cheryl

Rolly has really bad breath! I looked and felt his cheeks, because he kept licking and his cheeks are big. I felt something so looked and rubbed my fingers around the inside of his mouth. There is so much tarter on his teeth it's making his cheeks bigger than they should be. OMG! Tomorrow I'll call the vet and see when we can get Rolly to see him. My poor little guy.:( I've never seen this before.

Cheryl, I will take after pictures of the beach house. It will look so different. Great job on yoga today. I can't wait for Cathe's yoga DVD's too. Glad you had a good time at the Coast Women's Show. I've heard of threading the eyebrows. I looked it up once on the internet. It's so cool!

Take care ladies,

Janie

Julie Too bad you didn't get to do Cycle Max Saturday morning. I got the email kind've late in the morning so wondered if it would've been too late for you. Great job on your cycling and upper body PP though! I downloaded the new workouts last night! :D
I know my Saturday combo sounded like a lot more than it was, all total it was just a couple minutes over 60.

Janie Sounds like you are working hard at the beach, failing the toilet test and all! Good for you! :p I think my Saturday workout sounded worse than it really was, although I am still feeling it in my shoulders and chest.

Cheryl Yes, I was glad I went ahead and did the PS workout that was on my calendar as I liked it better than I expected to. It was tough though! I think you're right that Eunice's DH has done something to the computer before and she couldn't get on the forums....maybe on purpose ;) She'll have to fill us in when she is back.
Great job on yoga yesterday! Oh boy, free goodies are always fun. There is no way I would do that permanent makeup right there. I am always so surprised when you go to the mall and there are people right in the middle of the mall doing teeth whitening! I would not want everyone walking by gawking at me while that was going on! I wouldn't mind getting my eyelashes dyed so that I wouldn't have to wear mascera anymore though.....

Janie Wow, Rolly's tooth situation sounds alarming! I think you are smart to get that checked out. I have never heard of it being that bad! I bet it really hurts too! I hope everything is ok. :(

So guess what was on my workout calendar this morning? 45 minutes of cycling indoors or out, so I did Cycle Max. I'll wait to hear what Julie has to say about it, but I didn't find it very exciting. It didn't seem too tough until the very end when she was doing all of the jumps. The thing I always liked about spinning classes was the fun music and it really doesn't have that, so don't think this is going to be one of my favs. I have to figure out when I can try some of the others though. Have a great day everyone!

Pam

This morning I did Gym Styles Legs … WOW! I love that workout but could do without the slow motion lunges and the ball work.

Janie Did you get a lot done during your first trip to the Beach House? Hope so, of course, I know any type of home ownership is always a work in progress. I love painting. Do you have your colors picked out yet? I have all the downloads on my computer and started previewing them yesterday. Afterburn looks really hard but also like it will go by fast. Cycle Max looks like a doozy and I am going to do that one on Wednesday. Yoga Max looks like it is cued really well and there are different sections for strength poses and balance poses. I’ll be sure to report in full after doing each one. Hopefully Rolly doesn’t need a teeth cleaning. That can be so expensive.

Cheryl Great job on yoga! I previewed Yoga Max and it looks really good. I think this may be the first yoga video I can do without getting bored. It is really nice to see the different levels of ability too. Jai and Amanda are amazing but I don’t think I could ever get there. I have only been to one Women’s show before and it was probably small compared to your’s. It was fun though seeing all the different booths. I don’t think I would want permanent makeup either. Seems like a recipe for disaster with aging. The first workout I am going to try is Cycle Max on Wednesday morning. I wanted to get some weight work in and allow myself time to preview the workouts before jumping in. After that, I am not sure what will be next.

Pam Great job on CM! Bummer it wasn’t as exciting as you had hoped. I have to admit I am not a stickler on music. I barely even notice it sometimes and if it is good, great; if it is not good, I tune it out. I’ll be doing CM on Wednesday, so we will see how I feel after that. I know what you mean about trying to fit in the workouts. Since I am in the middle of a rotation that I really like I am just going to try to sub some of the cardio in. I should be able to play around with these more starting the second week of November.

Have a great day!

I just had to drop back in to say that my DVDs just arrived! Wow, I can't believe how fast that was. I know I already had the downloads, but for me, there is just something about having the DVD in hand! Now to figure out how to work them into the rotation....

Janie Poor Rolly, sounds like he needs his teeth cleaned. Good idea to call the vet to have him looked at. I can hardly wait to get the new DVDs after reading some of the reviews.

Pam I love getting freebies. They were doing the teeth whitening there too. I wouldn't want to do that either in front of everyone. I used to get my eyelashes dyed but you have to do it so often. I think I had to do it every three to four weeks. Too bad you didn't like Cycle Max. Hopefully you will like the others. Lucky you to have received yours already.

Julie GS Legs does have that WOW factor doesn't it :D, especially the ball work. I think if you do yoga enough you can get to the level that Jai and Amanda are at. I have seen improvement with just doing it once a week. I agree that permanent makeup is a disaster waiting to happen. I know some people who have had the permenant eyeliner done, but for me that makes me really nervous. Let us know what you think of the new workouts once you have tried them.

Today was MMA Fusion for me. I really like that one. Waiting for the new ones to arrive. Hopefully I will get them sometime next week.

Have a great Tuesday everyone.

Cheryl

Made an appt. for Rolly, but can't get him in to see the vet until Nov. 22. Lucky for him, there is a bone that has his name on it. LOL. He'll be OK until then. I'll brush his teeth more often too. The vet person at the desk says he will be OK. Went to look at tiles, carpets, and paint today. Getting an idea what we want for the beach house. Exhausting.

Pam, I love having DOM's, that's when I know my body is changing. Just need more of it. LOL OOOOO lucky you, Cycle Max. I don't have a spin bike:(. From the way it sounds, maybe I'm not missing too much. Just too many things to get right now that's running into money. Yea! You got em. ENJOY!

Julie, Great job on GS Legs. Yea, Joey and I got a really good start on the repairs last week. We took out the hall carpet and one bedroom carpet and part of the living room carpet. We had to move furniture and put it into rooms where we weren't working. Tomorrow, we will finish the job of removing the rest of the carpet, and hopefully wash down the two bedrooms and bathroom and then perhaps prime the walls for painting. This will take more than one day, maybe 2 or even 3 days. I want all of the house to be this marvelous color of Swiss Coffee on the walls. Very light yet warm, if you know what I mean. I also think a winter beige for the carpet in the living room. We looked at tiles, but there are not a lot of selections at Lows or Home Depot. We may have to look elsewhere. Joe's room will be carpeted with the blue carpet we have now. It's a denim color. If there were more left, I'd take that myself. That's as far as we got so far. You are so lucky to have the downloads. Good for you! Thank you for the review, can't wait to get them. Yea! Our vet is really good and very reasonable, he hasn't surprised us yet. We are very lucky to have such a great vet and what he charges. He is so devoted to his work. Every time he's scheduled for vacation, he can't. Poor guy.:( I think he might be alone and this is his entire life.

Cheryl, Yeah, my poor little Rolly. He'll be OK though. I can't wait for the new DVD's too. It shouldn't be too long now for us.:D So exciting! Great job on MMA Fusion.

Julie Great job on GS legs. I don't think I have that one......hmmmmmm...
I think I was also taking it too easy on CM because I wasn't sure what was coming so was never quite sure how much to crank up the resistance since I wasn't sure how many more times we would be cranking it up! For me cycling is all about the music though. I don't want to bias you before you try it, your experience might be totally different. I think I was also expecting it to be super awesome just because it is Cathe!

Cheryl It would be hard to have to do the eyelash dying every 3 weeks. I don't suppose it is something you can do yourself at home either. I would love not having to deal with mascara though, and I I can't wait to try some of the others, After Burn is sure getting a lot of positive reviews.
Great job on MMA Fusion. That is my favorite of the MMA workouts. I hope your new dvds arrive soon!

Janie Wow, that is a long time to have to wait for a vet appointment! We have so many vets around here, I can almost always get an appt the day that I call. I'm sure that Rolly will enjoy that bone immensely though!
It's fun picking out all of the tile and carpet and stuff but can be kind've stressful too. I remember when we were building our house, some things we had no problem picking out but some things we fretted over forever. We changed our minds on our kitchen cabinets about 4-5 times and we drove all over town looking at brick on houses to pick out our brick. Those little samples don't always give you a good idea of what a large amount of something will look like! I used to use my spin bike a lot but hardly ever do now. Once I got my outdoor bike I would usually ride it instead. Of course, I haven't been on it in awhile either

This morning for me was disc 26, plyo legs. Of course you know what that means, 30 half turn jumps. Woo hoo! I imagine I will be hurting tomorrow. Than I did the abs from Body Max 2. That one has all of those side planks. Last time I couldn't do them very well and this morning they were no problem at all. I think I figured out that it's because I didn't do any upper body work before doing them today. No word from Eunice and her Tuesday is over. I hope we hear from you soon Eunice! Have a great day everyone!
