Pam Great job on XT CLB! I can't believe it is Christmas pretty much already. Wasn't it just Thanksgiving like last week? Stay warm and don't blow away in the wind.

Cheryl Great job on legs and core! Oh yes it is getting down to the wire on getting the Christmas shopping done so I am sure it is just going to get busier and busier.

This morning I did a heavy upper body workout! I was super tired when I woke up but I pushed through. I woke up in the middle of the night and my first thought was "what day is it? Is it Friday?" and so then I stayed awake and had to be sad when I realized it was only Wednesday.

This morning I had physio so I didn't get a workout in. Now I am getting some cleaning done before I need to get out to my mom's to take her to another doctors appointment. She also wants to go to the casino too as it has been a few weeks since we have been there.

This morning was my sleep in day and I needed it. I am only working a half day today and then am off until Tuesday. So excited to get some down time.

I kept up with my workouts over the holiday weekend with some heavy weights (of course), hiking in BC Canada, and some mobility. I slept in this morning because yesterday I accidentally kicked the door jamb while I was doing some leg swings for a warm up and my 2nd toe is twice it's normal size this morning and plenty bruised. Hopefully it isn't broken.

This morning I did an upper body workout. My toe is still sore and bruised but the swelling is coming down. It's getting less painful to walk up and down stairs. I think I got lucky and didn't break it. Guess I better find a new place to do my leg swings.

I am actually off work tomorrow through next Monday. So excited to have several days to sleep in.

Sorry to have been MIA for so long. I woke up last Wednesday morning with a cough, sore throat, and fever . The fever lasted about 24 hours but I was still not feeling great for several days, and DH got it a couple of days after I did. The kids were all home and luckily we were both feeling quite a bit better by Christmas day, but it was no fun. Carl, my youngest step-son got engaged right before Christmas and had planned a party here that night to celebrate, so I also had a party for 35 people to get ready for. The kids all helped with the food and decorations though, so that was good. Yesterday I did my first workout since early last week. I did the new Gloved up and sweaty. It was pretty good and pretty short, which was a good thing. This morning I did Total Body barbell. It moves really fast. I’ll have to do them both a couple more times before I really know what I think of them. Have a great day!

Pam Oh no so sorry you got sick. That is so exciting about the engagement. That is so nice they could all help out with the party since you were not feeling that great still. Great job on GUS (love that abbreviation) and TBB!

So my 5 days off went so fast. I only did two workouts over those 5 days. I had hoped to catch up on sleep and get some things done but I had some unexpected things come up and didn't get good sleep. I need a vacation from my staycation I guess. Once thing that was unexpected was that my parents are in AZ for 4 weeks and their dog is being boarded because she doesn't get along with other dogs. I got a call Friday morning that she was vomiting and having diarrhea so I had to pick her up and take her to the vet and then back to the boarder which took several hours just for driving. Turns out she had pancreatitis. Poor girl probably stressed with being at the boarder. She has one more week to go so hopefully she will be ok on the meds and special food the vet gave her. I did do a lower body workout yesterday and an upper body workout this morning.

I didn’t do a workout on Sunday, but yesterday I did ICE Bootcamp Circuit + Blizzard Blast and Icy core. This morning was PHA 3. It was really hard! Today I’m going to be putting away Christmas decorations and trying to get the house back in order. Have a great day!

So the weekend is a blur I can't remember what workouts I did. Sunday I put away all of the Christmas decorations and then we walked down to Starbucks with our friend for coffee. Sunday night DH and I went out for dinner and then went to see some Christmas lights that are at a local park. It was really nice but very crowded as well. Monday I did STS 2.0 Giant Sets and then went for a walk in the afternoon. This morning was Active Recovery. Then I went and got groceries and went to Costco as well. It was nice a quiet today so that was nice.

This morning I had my last physio appointment. My knee is doing much better and I have a lot more mobility. I need to keep up with the exercises though to make sure that my knee stays mobile. After my appointment I took the long way home so I could get in a good walk. Now I need to go and take my mom out for the afternoon.

I still got crap sleep last night but I did a short mobility and bike ride in Italy! I am so glad it is my last day of work this week. I have a long day to make it through but I can do it.

This morning was Killer Legs with the Barre bonus. If the way my legs are feeling now is any indication, I won’t be doing too well on the toilet test tomorrow! I hope you both have a great day!

Good morning ladies. This morning was X10 Cardio circuit and Hi/Lo and then ICE Strong body stacked sets upper. It sounds like a lot but it was just a couple minutes over and hour total. My legs are not hurting nearly as much today as I was expecting them to, but I’m definitely feeling the leg workout. Have a great day!

Happy Saturday! This morning was Rock ’Em Sock ’Em kickbox with the blizzard blast. This afternoon I have a wish celebration for a family that is going to Disney. Have a great day!

Thursday I did STS 2.0 Total Body Supersets then I went to the SPCA to help out. Friday I did STS 2.0 Mat Yoga. Then I got all the housework and laundry done plus cleaned the carpets. I was really pooped after I was done and I am still really tired today so I took it as a day off. I don't think I am going to do much today as I probably over did it yesterday.

Friday I did a lower body workout and then did some things around the house! Saturday was mobility and then more housework. Sunday was upper body and then relaxing. This morning I did a lower body workout. I still feel like my sleep is really bad right now. I think I am just stressed with so much going on right now and with it being winter, I am really feeling the SAD coming on.
