Pam Great job on your bike ride with DH and ICE CLBB plus BB! Hopefully the bike ride trip will be so much fun it won't feel like hard work. Oh my! That sounds like quite an ordeal in the morning. Sounds like she may need to be an outside/barn cat for someone.

This morning I did an upper body workout and some mobility work and yoga. I am surprised I got through it because I woke up exhausted. Last night Cam stayed in the living room on the couch when we went to bed. About an hour after we were in bed, we heard a couple of loud thumps so DH pulled up the camera and saw Cam laying on his back on the floor. When he got there, Cam had peed on the floor. We are not sure exactly what happened but wonder if maybe he had a little siezure because he seemed scared and a little out of it. Going to have to keep an eye on him.

That last couple of days seemed to get away from me. Tuesday I did PHA 3 and then I got groceries and then did some work outside. Wednesday I did P30 Low Impact Hiit and Step Boss Extended Chair Stretch. then I went out to my mom's to take her out. Today I did PHA 2 and then finished up the housework. In the afternoon I went to the SPCA for my shift.

This morning I did Rev'd Up Rumble and then I went with a friend to the West Coast Women's Show. It was nice getting back to some things that were normal before covid.

Julie Great job on your upper body, mobility work, and yoga especially when you were so tired. Poor Cam, I hope everything is ok. I’m sure you were pretty stressed out about it after that, no wonder you woke up exhausted. I hope you enjoyed your Friday.

Cheryl Great job on PHA, LIH, SBECS, PHA2 and your housework! Also on RUR. It is nice feeling like things are starting to get back to normal finally.

Yesterday morning was Fit Split Shred cardio and I did. The Butts and Guts bonus stability ball abs because I don’t like the FS abs. Then I spent the day with some of my friends. We went to a little town that is about an hour away and has all kinds of small pottery shops. We took a picnic lunch and did some pottery shopping. Then last night we went to see Top Gun. One of my DHs friends was a Top Gun instructor so we went with a group that he got together to see it. It is a great movie. This morning was S& Heavy Chest and Back and today is laundry, yard work, and packing for my trip. Have. A great week!

Pam Great job on FS Shred Cardio and the B&G bonus stability ball abs and S&H Chest and Back. The town with the pottery shops sounds nice. Did you get some nice things? I heard that Top Gun was a good movie, glad you enjoyed it. Enjoy your trip.

I took rest days both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday we did go for a walk with our friend and Zoey and this morning I went to the farmers market. Other than that it was a pretty lazy weekend.

Friday I did a heavy weight, core and yoga workout and then I did a bunch of cleaning done. Saturday was a run in Romania and some mobility work. It was super nice out so we sat out on the deck for most of the day. Sunday was my lazy day and this morning was a heavy weight workout and some core and yoga.

This morning I did Circuit Blast. It felt very hard for some reason. Then we went for a walk in the afternoon and did some errands.

Cheryl Great job on CB! That one is short but it can also be sneaky I think.

This morning was a heavy leg session and more work on my front splits. When I let the dogs out at 3 it was already 80 degrees outside. So crazy!

This morning was ICE Chiseled Upper Body + Icy Core 1. Then I got groceries and in the afternoon we took one of our neighbors dogs out for a walk because they had to go to their niece's graduation ceremony.

Julie No this was a different dog named Leo. I don't take him out very often. Good job on your core work and slow bike ride. Not getting a good nights sleep sure does affect your energy levels. I hope you can sleep better soon.

This morning was X10 Hi/Lo and P30 Extended Stretch. Then I went and took my mom out for a while because she wanted to go shopping.

Thursday I did Total Body Trisets Lower. Then I got the housework done and then went to the SPCA. This morning I just did Stretch Max Segment 1 and then I took Zoey out for a walk. I thought it would be a short walk our usual route but she wanted a longer walk so went down to the pier and back and it took almost 1 1/2 hours. Then I got the laundry done and did a bit of gardening.

Hi ladies, it looks like you have both been doing great keeping up with your workouts and enjoying some time outside! We had a lot of fun on our trip. We rode every day except Thursday because it was supposed to rain all day. It didn’t end up raining until 5:30 and then only for about 30 minutes, but we enjoyed going into Ithaca and walking around the Cornell campus and had a walk in the state park. Most of our rides were on the Erie canal trail and we got to see some boats use the locks which was pretty cool. It was good to get home though, the drive was long and there was a lot of traffic which is never much fun. This morning I started Cathe’s June rotation with Hiit Circuit Upper body and bonus abs 2. It felt good but hard! Have a great day.

Pam Sounds like you had a great trip. I hate driving and being stuck in the car too. Great job on CUB plus bonus abs 2! Sounds like a good one to start off after being off for a few days.

This morning I did a heavy lower body workout with some mobility work. We are back in the high 90s this week. Hopefully it will cool off again by the weekend.

Saturday I went dragon boating with another team. It was a lot of fun. Then I went to a celebration of life for my dragon boat captain who passed away in March from ovarian cancer. It was very nice and there were a lot of people there. Sunday I did yoga and then went to the farmers market. In the afternoon we went for a walk with our friend and Zoey. Two bears in different areas were spotted on the trail by people but we didn't see them. We did keep an eye out for them though. Monday I did LITE Cardio Party and then we got our old car cleaned up. We sold it Monday night and it feels good to have that done. This morning I did LITE Stacked Sets Lower and 6 Pack Abs 1 and then I went and got groceries. In the afternoon we went for a bit of a walk.

Cheryl Glad you were able to get out and go dragon boating with another team. How is your other coach doing that had the heart issues? Great job on yoga, LITE CP, and LITE SSLB plus 6 pack abs 1! Oh I bet that does feel nice to have the car sold and done with.

This morning I did some core and yoga work and a bike ride in UT. We are cooling off today as it is only supposed to be 88 not in the 90s again until tomorrow.

Yesterday morning I did Butts and Guts. I didn’t get a chance to post because I had a wish discovery that was an hour and 45 minute drive each way and then we had a concert last night. This morning was X52 which is the Low Impact, the Cardio Blast, and the Fat burning segments. It was tough, but I survived! Have a great day.

Julie My coach is doing well. He had open heart surgery to replace a valve but it will be a while until he can get back on the boat. Great job on your bike ride in UT and your core and yoga work. Haha only 88 eh.
