Cheryl Great job on yoga! Bummer about not having much luck at the casino. Maybe next time. That is good that his surgery went well and he is getting there.

This morning I did some heavy upper body and mobility work for lower body. I am taking tomorrow off work and hoping the weather is good to sit outside some over the weekend.

This morning was Muscle Endurance. It’s not my favorite (except for the ab work), but it’s a nice change of pace every so often and she doesn’t kill you with tons of push ups. Have a great day!

This morning I did LITE Stacked Sets Upper + 6 Pack Abs 2. Then I got the housework done and in the afternoon I went to the SPCA.

This morning I did Step Sync. Then I started laundry and walked down to the grocery store to pick up some hamburgers for a BBQ tonight. After I got home I got the propane tank in the car to exchange it for a full one. When I was going down to exit to the street what did I see but a black bear coming into our complex. I stopped and we looked at each other and the bear decided that he will just go to the townhouse complex beside us. I am glad that I didn't run into him when I had some raw meat on me :eek:. Then I got the BBQ cleaned and some sweeping done outside. It was nice to BBQ again, it seems like a very long time since we had done that.

Cheryl Great job on SSU + 6PA and getting the housework done! Great job on SS and surviving the bear encounter. That would give you a bit of an adrenaline rush! You’re right though, you were lucky that you weren’t carrying raw meat at the time. I think I would have tossed it to him and gotten out of there in that case! It’s great to sit outside and BBQ!

Friday morning was Hiit Circuit Lower Body. I didn’t get a chance to post because then we packed up to head to West Virginia to the race track for the weekend. I don’t usually go, but we had given Ashley track days for her Christmas present and she did them this weekend. She had 2 days of classroom time intermixed with driving time on the track. She did great and really enjoyed it. DH and his buddy had a lot of fun with their races too. It was a bit boring for me, but I had a good book to read :). We got home pretty late last night so slept in a bit this morning. This morning was Total Body Trisets upper body split, Now it’s getting laundry done and getting caught up from being away again. Pam Great job on ME! Isn't it crazy when she doesn't do a ton of pushups. Almost doesn't feel like a Cathe workout. Great job on HCLB and TBT UB! I'm not much into car racing so would probably be kind of bored too.

Cheryl Great job on LITE SS UB plus 6 pack abs 2 and SS! Oh my goodness that sounds scary about seeing the bear. I would be nervous about grilling with bears. You are brave! Or maybe they aren't attracted to the smell of cooking meat.

Friday I did a heavy weight and core workout and some mobility and then did some cleaning. It was decent for spending some time outside but not long because we started to get bit up by bugs. Saturday I did a run in Romania and some yoga. I wanted to spend the day outside but it was raining most of the morning so we only got a few hours outside in the afternoon. Sunday was my lazy day. This morning I did a heavy weight workout and some core work. I got really bad sleep all weekend long and last night. I really struggled with my workout but I made it through.

Pam Yep I would have let him have the meat too. Great work on Hiit Circuit Lower Body and Total Body Trisets Upper Body Split. That would be a fun thing to do at the track. Glad Ashley did well and enjoyed it.

Julie They do love the smell of cooked meat, we do try to keep the BBQ clean. Good job on your heavy weight and core workouts and mobility work, your run in Romania and yoga. I hope you get a better nights sleep.

Saturday I went with a friend of mine to the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival. We didn't get on a team to race but we decided to go to check it out. They got really hot weather for it and there were tons of people there. Sunday I went to the farmers market and then didn't do much else. It is really hot here and I was feeling really drained. This morning I did a lower body barre workout, then I took Zoey for a short walk. She didn't poop for our friend so I took her out to see if she would (she didn't). Then I did a bit of cleaning and then I went to get some plants for the back. I spent the rest of the afternoon planting and cleaning.

Cheryl That sounds fun to be able to watch the races even if it was hot. Great job on your lower body barre workout! They never do what you want them to do. Hope you got all your planting done.

This morning I did a bike ride and some mobility and yoga! I got slightly better sleep last night but still not great. I was glad today's workout was lighter and gentler.

Cheryl That’s too bad that you didn’t get to race in the dragon boat festival, but hopefully it was still fun to go watcH. Great job on your barre workout and your walk with Zoey, even though she didn’t cooperate.

This morning was All Out Low Impact Hiit. I did the extreme Cardio premix which is still under an hour. It’s a pretty easy one, but there are a couple of moves that really get me - especially those switch kicks! Have a great day!

Julie Yes I did get all the planting done. Great work on your bike ride and your mobility and yoga work. It is hard to workout when you are not getting enough sleep.

This morning I did Pilates for the upper Body and abs. I think my abs are going to feel it tomorrow. Then I got groceries and got some errands done. It is a rainy day here after some really hot ones.

I did sleep a little better last night and my watch said my sleep was Fair! I loved today's suggestion that I avoid alcohol, nicotine, and caffeine. I don't take any of those things. What else you got? I did do a heavy weight workout and some core work this morning.

Julie Yep, the mountain climbers are the other move that really gets me in AOLIH. I’m glad you got a better sleep, too funny about your suggestion :p. Great job on your heavy weight and core workout!

This morning was X54 which is the step, LI, and fat burning circuit portions of X10. I think it should be called X12-15 though because none of the sections are 10 minutes! It just about killed me but I got through it. I did take an extended break and paused it to put my step away though :). Have a great day!

This morning I did yoga. Then I cleaned carpets and the fridge. Then we went for a walk in the afternoon. It is cool here but I am not complaining.

Yesterday DH and I went for a bike ride. it was so hot outside my face was beet red, but luckily we had a nice cool breeze in our face when we turned around. This morning was Total Body Giant Sets. I like that one but always forget about it. There is no way I can do pushups on my toes after the chest flies and incline presses though! Have a great day!

Happy Saturday. This morning was Cardio Party and Lean Legs and Abs. It sounds like a lot, but they are both pretty short. Tomorrow we are heading up to Pennsylvania to see DHs family for the week and then going to Cedar Point with the kids next Sunday. I’m ready to be home for awhile after that! I probably won’t be posting until we get back, so have a great week!

Pam Great work on your bike ride, TBGS (I can never to do the pushups on my toes either), Cardio Party and Lean Legs and Abs. Enjoy your time with the family.

Thursday I did Rockout Knockout. At the SPCA we got a transfer of 7 kittens and 3 cats so I helped my Assistant Manager with the exams. It was fun especially the crazy kittens who didn't want to stay put while we examined them. Friday I took as a day off as we were having family over for a BBQ dinner and I had a bit to do to get ready for it. We had nice weather to be able to sit outside. Saturday I went dragon boating with another team. It was a really nice day and super busy on the water. Everyone was wanting to get their boats in the water to take advantage of the nice day. There were lots of seals too and they followed us around while we paddled. Today I just had a very lazy day. It was raining here so it was a bit dreary out.

Pam Great job on X54! I agree that DVD is misnamed unless she wasn't counting the warmup or cooldown time. Great job on your bike ride with DH even in the heat! Glad you got a breeze on the way back home. Great job on TBGS and CP with LLA! Have a wonderful time on your trips!

Cheryl Great job on yoga! It always feels nice to get some of those bigger items cleaned like the carpet and fridge. Great job on RK! That sounds so cute with the kittens. Glad you had nice weather for your BBQ and for dragon boating! How awesome to have the seals following you while you were out on the water.

Looks like I forgot to post on Thursday. I did do some mobility that day. Friday was heavy weights and core. Saturday was a run in Romania and some yoga and then DH and I spent some time with my family for the holiday. Sunday was a lazy day and it was nice outside so I spent some time outside. Monday I did a heavy weight and core workout and then spent the day with DH inside binging shows because we got some pretty intense storms. I got awful sleep most of the weekend and barely got 4 hours last night. I am really dragging today. I didn't even work out this morning because I am so tired. I am going to try to work out over my lunch taking a longer lunch than normal. I don't know what is going on but I cannot shut my mind off at night. It isn't even always anything important keeping me up. Just random thoughts on meaningless things.

Julie Great job on your mobility work, heavy weights and core workouts and your run in Romania and yoga. I am sorry that you are having such a hard time trying to sleep. It is hard when your brain just won't shut off and 4 hours isn't near enough sleep to get a night. I hope you were able to get your workout in at lunch and that you got a better nights sleep.

This morning I did S&H Legs and Shoulders. I used my weighted vest for the leg work and it really made a difference. Then I got groceries and in the afternoon I did some work outside.

Cheryl Great job on S&H Legs and Shoulders! That was good thinking to add the vest for lower body.

I did end up doing a bike ride and some mobility work yesterday over lunch. After that, we had to take Cam to the vet. A few times now he has started foaming at the mouth like crazy (he has his rabies vaccine so it is not rabies). Yesterday not only did he start foaming but his head started shaking like he had Parkinson's. The vet said based on the description it is possible it was a seizure and to keep an eye on it and journal each time it happens and hopefully try to video it next time. He had another episode about an hour after we went to bed. He seems so scared while it is happening and shortly after but then is fine. This morning I did a heavy weight workout and core work. I got a little better sleep last night but still not the best.

Julie Great job on your bike ride and mobility work and your heavy weight and core workout. Oh no poor Cam. I hope that they can figure out what is happening whether they are seizures or something else and that it can be controlled with medications or something else.

This morning was CCC it was a really tough one this morning. After that we went out and took my mom out for a bit.
