Well I didn't get on the computer yesterday to post but I did GS Back, Shoulders and Biceps and then I got some work done outside since it wasn't raining. This morning I did Lower Body Blast. Then DH had a dentist appointment for a cleaning. Then in the afternoon we went out to my mom's to take her out for a bit.
