Pam Great job on D11! It seems you got through Meso 1 really quickly. That’s so sad about Spanky not being liked by the other cats. Great job on AS and W&P abs! I think that is the toughest of the ab circuits and maybe all her abs. Great job on D12!
Cheryl Great job on D8 and your dog walk! I can’t understand how people dump animals either. At least he was taken to the shelter. Some people literally dump them in the middle of nowhere like they will survive on their own. That is frustrating about the sleepless night due to over hydrating. I have been there when I was up every hour or two to go the bathroom and got little sleep. That is a lot of intake in one day. Glad you listened to your body and are taking it easy.
So it’s back to the grindstone for me. Last week I did do my other two GGS workouts and a run in Portugal. The weekend was spent running some errands and doing chores except for Sunday which was my lazy day. We had beautiful weather Sunday in the 50s but it is supposed to dip back to the 30s by tomorrow. This morning I started week 2 of GGS. Things are still going pretty well with Benny. We did have two incidents where Gunny and Benny got into it. We were there quickly to separate them and no one got hurt. The first time was when they both wanted the antler bone. The second time was when Benny was on the couch and Gunny came over and stared at him. They get along fine except those two times. So the antler bones have been put away for now and we are managing Benny’s resource guarding of the couch and Gunny’s staring problem.
Have a great day!
