Strength in Numbers

I waited as long as I could to plant tomatoes...but, it had to be done and the weather was rainy. Was out in it for hours. Oh well.

Julie, Your workout room is to die for. Great job! Also great job on Intensity. Well done to break in your workout area. Thank you for registering. :D

Cheryl, So so glad you are not alone and have people around, just in case. Great job on 4DS HIS. Very proud of ya.

Eunice, Just learning about webbing, but I might be able to do the thing with FB. Wow! It really is expensive there. Jeesh! Well you are doing good if you ask me. You had a very busy day. Love DOMs, don't you?

Take care everyone,

Janie

This morning I did Cardio Kicks. Yesterday I previewed the first week of Meso 2. It really looks like my kind of lifting and I am so excited I can hardly wait for my active recovery week to be over so I can start Meso 2!!!

Cheryl Great job on 4DS HIS! I think that is the most complex Cathe step workout choreography-wise. I guess I just need to practice it more. Your area does sound really unique and a great place to live. Close to both suburban conveniences and the wonders of the wilderness. Thanks for the comment on my workout room. I spent a lot of time agonizing over colors and how to organize it. I still have another shelf I need to put up but need to get another bracket. I also have to organize the closet that will store some of the less used equipment (that’s why there is no picture of the closet ;)).

Eunice Thanks for the comments on my room! Both DH and I are very excited about everything we have done. DH even loves my workout room even though he will probably never set foot in there! Doesn’t it stink when life gets in the way of working out? Although it seems like you did a lot of running around with errands so maybe that can count as light cardio for the day. Hope you got your double shot in today!

Janie Planting tomatoes in the rain doesn’t seem like much fun especially with just getting over a cold. But I understand about having to get things done no matter what else is going on. Hope the tomatoes turn out nice. Thanks for the comments on my room! I know it is sad but sometimes when I am home I just look at it and smile! :D

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Hi ladies, I'm back so thought I'd get caught up.
Cheryl What the heck is going on with your sleep?! Maybe you should start skipping Mondays? ;) Wouldn't that be nice?! There have been several black bear sightings around here in the last couple of weeks too, I didn't even know that we had any around here  None of them have been very close to our house though.

Eunice You're right that skiing is good exercise, but I always feel like it is more of a bonus rather than my actual workout. DH laughs when I say that I don't count it as a workout since it is almost the only workout that he gets!I'm not sure what I am going to do with my shark's tooth yet. It's a pretty good size and a perfect shape so I may have it made into a necklace. Some friends did that with a couple that they found and they look really nice.
Stacy is too cute! Funny how she is learning all these words!
I know I might need to have my shoulder checked  I thought it was doing better but it doesn't seem to be. I was worried that skiing would bother it, but it doesn't seem to (or I don't notice it then anyway!) I don't want to go see someone though because I don't want them to tell me to stop doing weights and skiing  I know that is wrong, but I think you can understand too! Sorry to hear about DHs shoulder, hope it isn't anything serious!
Wow, great job doubling up on your weight segments 2 days in a row! You are a mcahine! I should probably start writing down what I am eating too. I think I am definitely guilty of too many carbs and not enough protein so I need to work on that. I found the article very interesting saying that most women aren't eating enough calories!

Janie So glad to hear that you are feeling better, I hope you were able to workout today.

Julie Wow, you had quite the busy busy weekend but so productive I can't wait to go look at the picture of your exercise room! You must feel like you have so much more room now that you have moved back into your bedroom too!
I think Intensity was the perfect choice for breaking in the new exercise room! Did it feel wonderful? (Or at least as wonderful as Intensity can feel??;):D)

Cheryl I'm glad to hear that you didn't have any problem getting up for HIS yesterday, great job! Hope you felt good this morning too. Maybe you should start making Monday your day off?!

Janie you be careful beoing out in that rain, especially as you are still recovering from being sick!!! We don't want you having a relapse!

Julie Great job on cardio kicks. I can't wait for my active recovery week! Only one more of the meso 1 chest, biceps, shoulders discs, hooray!
It's so cool to hear that your workout room makes you so happy! I bet it feels even better knowing that you did it yourselves!

Yesterday morning I did Hiit DWP. I was glad to see it on the schedule since it is so quick and I had to be at work early. I did my workout and then drove to work where I met up with 3 other folks, and then we drove 2 hours to Charlotte to meet with a customer. We were there until about 3:30 and left there to drive another 1 1/2 hours to Columbia, SC. We spent the night there because we were meeting with another customer there this morning. I felt terrible yesterday though because we went to PF Changs for lunch and had a huge lunch UGH. So this morning I got up and did 3 miles on the treadmill at the hotel, then we had our customer meetings all morning and a 4 hour drive home. It was 100 degrees and the ac on the sales guys car was not working very well, so the drives were very very long! When I got home I did my disc 8 back and triceps, so I'm all caught up on my rotation for now. DH left this morning for Myrtle Beach and I'll be joining him on Friday after work, but I'll get my disc 9 in before I go at least. Hope everyone had a great Wednesday!

Pam

Watching Game 1 of the Stanley Cup finals. Talk about stressful. It is almost the end of the second period and there is still no score.

Eunice It took me a while to get the step work in 4DS HIS but once I got it I really liked the workout. I was going to say that $470 is a lot to pay for groceries but for the two of us it is $300 for two weeks. You would pay about the same here for four people. It sounds like Austrailia is just as expensive as it is here.

Janie Hopefully you don't get sick again. Friday is suppose to be nice and we are suppose to have a nice weekend.

Julie HIS is one of the more complex step workouts but now that I have the steps down it is a lot of fun. We do live in a unique area, we really like it here. Enjoy your workout room, it looks like a great space.

Pam I like your idea of skipping Mondays, maybe I should just go straight to Tuesday :D. So far so good with getting up and getting my workout in. I will see how it goes tomorrow. You have bears too!!! Even though they are very close to us we rarely see them. I haven't heard of PF Changs but I am assuming it is a chain. That is the trouble with travelling that you can't eat what you are used to. I usually feel the same way when I travel because I can't eat the way I am used to. Yuck 100 degrees and no air conditioning :eek::eek:. I think your sales guy need a new car.

This morning I did KPC. So far so good with getting up except for Monday. Tomorrow is 4DS LIS and I hope I am able to do it tomorrow morning.

Have a great Thursday everyone.

Cheryl

Was going to learn how to use the computer/monitor for a night to see about Sleep Apnea, but during the night I hack because of my cold. Had to reschedule for another day. Because of the wet weather and me in it yesterday, I became sick today (but not too bad of a relapse). I knew I would, but had to get that stuff out in the beds done. Something I had to do. NO exercises today. I did manage to make a new bracelet for my site though. And I'm almost done with the commissioned Kindergarten Necklace. Should be done tomorrow for sure and will take pictures of it for the gallery. It's pretty cool.

Julie, Great job on CK this morning. I love the 1st week of Meso 2. Keep up the great motivation. It's always motivating to hear you are motivated. If that makes since. I know exactly what you mean about your wonderful exercise room. I've had my room for a long time, and I still smile after leaving the room from exercising while closing the door. Love it!

Pam, Great job on Hiit DWP and the 3 miles on the treadmill. Good girl. OOOOO 100 degrees and the AC not working well. Glad you made it home OK. Very proud of you doing all that and still work out. I take my hat off to you. Great job on disc 8 back and triceps. Tell me, what motivates you when you have hectic days like that and still workout as planned? Pass it along to me will you?

Cheryl, I'm looking forward to a nice weekend to get a lot of things done in the garden. Debris is everywhere! Great job on KPC. I really love that one too.

Have a good one everyone,

Janie

Janie I'm glad you are a lot better today, even for the gardening job:p I think it should be a really good idea for you to share in FB free advertising and a lot of girls would love to buy your pretty jewelry I'm sure:D

Julie This is the one I was supposed to do today for yesterday workout but instead today I did Legs from Strength series, Oh boy!!!! I think that is going to be your favorite meso ever I know its mine I love the trisets for legs I really do remember that one.... I wonder why?!? I know and today I wasn't feeling all excited about working out! Its pretty cold and I just want to curl up on the couch and watch a movie or something... but, I didn't I had to keep moving.

Pam :p Haha!! your husband wants to think that that was a tough workout! You should let him feel good for him self;) I bet the shark tooth in a necklace it would be pretty cool..... Oh Stacy its getting a lot of the Australian words, to many! OMG Pam what are we going to do with all this body pains, you with shoulder and I just noticed a couple of days ago that BOTH of my knees are giving up on me:mad: you know just right in the middle of my knee cap, I feel sharp pain when I'm bending down to get something from anywhere I feel like s shooting pain.... what the heck its going on?!?! I wasn't even working out when I stared to feel that. I totally understand because I had have been told to "stop" and I never do. DH its thinking that he might need surgery, see? but he wont listen either he still working out and lifting heavy, the only thing he say he was doing is to swap the type of workout, like bench press was giving him pain, now he is doing incline beach press which he say it doesn't hurt at all. Thanks I'm a very squeaky machine:eek: My problem is not getting enough calories, like if less its better but its not. Sure you are very busy but still getting your workouts done, you rock Pam.. and with that hot weather in a car with a broken ac its not nice. They need to get a new car! woohoo!! I guess another mini vacation its on its way for you.

Cheryl OMG I hope your favorite team wins, I know it can get pretty stressful, are you screaming at the TV?? hahaha!! I think I need to practice more often but it is NOT one workout that I would pick on my own only if it is in the rotation, I cannot believe that because that was my very first dvd's that I bought from Cathe, I should be a lot better. Wow $300 for 2 ok I feel I lot better, for us it is a lot because we hardly go out for dinner, lunch or what ever... I think, so AUS and CAN its the same expensive.... have you ever put up more pictures on you FB? resent pictures of your self and your surroundings? Great job doing your KPC and have fun tomorrow doing 4DS LIS I was looking at Cathe's June rotation and the first week its 4DS all of them I might have to give it a thought I like the concept of the rotation who knows I might end up doing that one.

Today I had trouble getting into workout mode... But I just have to get up and do it, do it, it was very cold in the garage so I had to leave my sweater on. I did step moves & legs and abs from the strength series, I haven't workout my legs that much since I finish the bottom rotation I can tell that I'm going to have trouble tomorrow, sore, sore I hope so.
Have a great day everyone.
Eunice

This morning I did Step Moves. I have never done it before and did better than I thought I would. Of course there were plenty of times I was just standing there with my mouth hanging open thinking “do what now?!”

Pam Great job on all your workouts! Especially that 3 mile run. I know you are like me and do not necessarily enjoy running so the fact that you did it is awesome! It is also amazing that you had the energy to work out when you got home after all that traveling. I know long car rides can sometimes zap the energy out of me. Thanks for the comments on my room. I am still rearranging things and trying to find the best spots for all my equipment. I also need to make room for my spin bike once I get it.

Cheryl Great job on KPC! I almost did that one this morning but decided on step since I just did kickboxing yesterday. DH started watching the game last night and got halfway through the first period before he zonked out for the night. We just can’t stay up much past 8pm anymore!

Janie Bummer on getting a sick again. I absolutely hate colds because they just hang on forever. I will be hoping you can get better soon and get the sleep study done with to find out if you have sleep apnea. I know my dad has it and has to wear a mask at night which doesn’t sound like something I would like very much.

Eunice Great job on Step Moves and PS Legs! I know it sounds crazy but I am like you and love having DOMS. :D Except in my back. I can handle them anywhere else on my body but when my back is sore, ugh, I don’t want to move. Good for you for getting moving with your workout even when you didn’t really want to. I have had those times and I always feel better about 5-10 minutes into the workout.

Have a great Thursday!

Cheryl Congratulations! Now I go check the hockey scores before I post so I know how your team did. It looks like it was a great game! Glad they pulled it off!
They say that we have bears, but I have never seen one and am a little bit skeptical about some of the sightings. You never know I guess. I've seen lots of deer and fox but those are the most exotic animals I've seen in our backyard.
yes, PF Changs is a restaurant chain. It is Asian food, mostly Chinese. The portions are way too big AND we got appetizers. For lunch?! I just had one shrimp and a little bit of the chicken appetizer, but I still ate too much of my entree because I was so hungry by the time we went to lunch. You're right, that is the worst part about travelling. The ac in the car wasn't out completely, but it still was not very pleasant. I was happy to get home! He had just gotten it back from having the ac fixed too!
Great job on KPC, hope you were able to get LIS in this morning!

Janie Uh oh, not good that you had a little relapse, I hope it was very temporary. It's going to be interesting to see how that sleep mointoring goes for you. What is the commissioned kindergarten necklace? Did you tell us about that and I missed it? Sounds interesting and very cool that you have been commissioned to do some work!
I really WASN'T motivated to workout, but I was home alone and I knew I would feel better once I got going and I did. I was supposed to go meet some friends for drinks but was so tired after that car ride that I decided to go home and workout instead. It was definitely the better choice!

Eunice Is Stacy getting the Australian accent too? I have seen that happen with kids. My friends were in London for a 2 year assignment and their kids came back with British accents. I think they lost them after awhile, but it was pretty funny.
I know, we have to do something about these aching bodies don't we? And today I was walking kind've slow because I'm not used to running, so after that run yesterday my shins are sore! It probably doesn't help that I decided to wear heels today  Your knee pain doesn't sound good, I guess I will have to tell you that you should go have that looked at!
OOOooo, I hope DH doesn't need surgery. It sounds like he is just as stubborn as we are though, working out anyway! Did you punch him when he said that you are grouchy too?! :p Oh yes, another mini vacation starting tomorrow. It's only for the weekend though, so does it really count as a vacation?!
Uh oh, big leg workout yesterday, are you failing the toilet test today?!

julie Step Moves is a fun workout but I think it is one of the more complicated ones to pick up. I've only done it a couple of times though so that doesn't help.
Yep, wasn't too excited about that run at all. They had a stairmaster and I almost did that instead, but I do think I get a much better workout when I run. I've started doing some fast little interval blasts when I run to make it more interesting.
The long hot car ride did zap my energy. i even had a short nap in the car (which usually makes me more tired), but I figured if I started working out it would give me more energy and it worked. Luckily it was back and triceps, not sure I could've gotten motivated for a chest, bis, shoulders workout. Your room looks really really great, just awesome! The spin bike will be a great addition too!

This morning was supposed to be MMA Boxing, but I'm not a big fan of that one and Julie had me thinking about Intensity so I decided to do it instead. I was second guessing myself when I got up this morning but I went for it and it was fun but very tough as always. I found myself wishing for longer breaks during the hi hiit and my legs were screaming at me during the low hiit. I guess that was from the running yesterday too.
I hope everyone has a great Thursday evening/Friday!

Pam

Did plant more today, got caught in the rain again, but it was kinda brief. Went in and dried off. Should be OK this time.

My daughter in law commissioned me to make a bracelet out of her son's chromatography images. Her son (my grandson) has Down Syndrome. She says she will wear the bracelet forever to remind her of her son's condition. What a touching story.

Eunice, I've been thinking about FB too. I thank you for the suggestion and will see what it takes to do that. Great job on Step Moves and Legs and abs from Strength series. Enjoy your DOMs tomorrow.

Julie, I made appt. to take the machine home on June 20th. I'll let you know how it goes. I hate that mask too! I have such a problem with that, I don't know why. Gives me the creeps. Hopefully if I do have Sleep Apnea, I will have it just a little bit, hopefully. Great job on Step Moves. That one was surprisingly tough. Good job!

Pam, Silly me, I'm assuming you have seen the necklace on my site. Sorry about that. The world certainly doesn't evolve around me, now does it. It's my grandson's art work from his Kindergarten class. I took a picture of them and from there, I took another picture of the beads I made from them, then a last picture of the necklace made from the beads. The parents love his teacher so much, they wanted to give a special gift to her. Not being motivated to workout and then doing it anyway is so very motivating to me. Thank you for that! Great job on Intensity. Sounds like with all the leg work you have done, you may not pass the toilet test yourself. Well done.

Have a good one everyone,

Janie

Janie Sorry to hear about your relapse. Hopefully you will get better soon. I also wanted to ask you about your site. Remember I said that I would sign up so you could get enough people for it......well right after I posted that our neighbour came to the door at 8:00 at night because she needed us to look after their dog. She had to take her husband to emergency so we ended up looking after Davis all night. Anyway I never got a chance to sign up but went to your site a couple of days later to do it but I couldn't figure out how to do it . Usually I am pretty good about figuring things out but I don't know why I am having problems with you site. I just wanted you to know that I didn't forget I just got sidetracked.

Eunice Sports can be stressful especially when you are playing for something like the Stanley Cup and yes I do scream at the TV sometimes . Australia and Canada could be the same in how expensive things are. It is crazy that some countries are very affordable and others are just so expensive. You know I haven't posted any more pictures on FB since the Olympics. I could see if we have any pictures that I could post. I guess the Olympic pictures are the most recent ones of me......ummmm that was 1 1/2 years ago now. Good job on Step Moves and PS Legs and Abs. I like Step Moves it is a good workout.

Julie Don't worry Step Moves does get easier and I think the moves aren't as hard as 4DS HIS. The game is late for you but for us everyone is scambling to get home or to a bar or the arena to watch it. For us it was over by 8:00 but I did think it was going to go into overtime. The next game is on Saturday so it should be easier to stay up since you don't have to go to work the next day.

Pam They did pull it off but didn't score until there was only 19 seconds left in the game. EA Sports predicts the outcomes of sporting events and they predicted that it would be a Vancouver Boston final. They also predicted that Boston would win games 3,4 and 6 and Vancouver would win games 1,2,5 and 7 and the cup. They are right almost 100% of the time so it will be interesting to see if their simulations are correct. We don't have a lot of foxes around here but we do have deer, coyotes and bears. Weird thing is when I was working out this morning I heard a noise but I didn't want to stop my workout. Well when I got upstairs and looked out the kitchen window some of my plants were flattened like a animal sat down in the middle of them. It was too much damage for it to be a cat so my guess is the noise that I heard was either a coyote or a bear taking a break in my garden .
I hate it when you are so hungry you just eat, and Chinese food can be really greasy at least the North American versions. I never feel well after eating like that either. I think your salesman needs to take his car back to the shop and complain about the AC. Great job on Intensity, the breaks with the hi hiit are never long enough.

Today I did get 4DS LIS done. I took tomorrow off as a vacation day so I will get that workout in too. Weird story on the news though, U2 was in town visiting, they weren't playing here since our stadium is being worked on but they came here to bum around before their concert in Edmonton. Anyway a couple was driving in West Vancouver and they passed Bono hitchhiking . They stopped to pick him up because they recognized him but could figure out why he was hitchhiking, Bono told them that it was a long story. So they drove him to Horseshoe Bay because he was meeting the Edge there. So to thank the couple who rescued him they got flown to Edmonton to see the concert and got back stage passes. How awesome it that!!!!!

Anyway have a great Friday everyone.

Cheryl

Cheryl, In the "Member Area" there is a place that says "Register", click on that and you'll be on your way. If you are still having problems let me know. I also updated my site and there is a new address now. Here it is: janespaperbeadjewelry.com

Great job on LIS. You are doing such a great job. :)

Take care,

Janie

This morning I did Rhythmic Step! I am leaving work early today because I have so many errands to run today. I counted 8 stores I have to go to get all the things I need. I hate having to do so much running around especially since I am in DH's gas-guzzling truck. We are supposed to be pet sitting a female English Bulldog for a friend tonight through Sunday afternoon. They are actually looking for someone to take her because they can’t keep her anymore and we are trying to see how she gets along with Oscar and Maggie. I’m a little nervous about how this weekend will go!

Pam Great job on Intensity! I know it seems strange but I think Intensity helps me get the DOMS out of my legs. I definitely wouldn’t have had the energy to do the CSB STS workout after a long car ride. That one in Meso 1 is just too demanding. I hope you enjoy your weekend mini-vaca!

Janie You sound like you are going to have a pretty big garden. There is nothing better than fresh produce you have grown yourself! I hope your sleep apnea isn’t that bad either. I don’t know how my dad can sleep with that mask on. I would feel too constricted in it; like I was suffocating! :( That is a very sweet story about the necklace and it sounds very interesting. I always think anyone who works with or parents people with disabilities are incredibly heroic and special.

Cheryl Great job on 4DS LIS! That is one crazy story about U2! I would love to see them in concert but I can only imagine what the price would be! I’m sure DH will be watching the game on Saturday and will probably get to see most of it; although, he has the habit of falling asleep while watching TV no matter what time of day or night it is. Enjoy your day off!

Happy Friday!!!

Janie Good for you getting all of that planting done. Sorry to hear you got rained on again  but glad that it was brief at least!
Wow, how cool is that idea making a bracelet out of your grandson's chromatography images. Wow! And the necklace that you are making for the kindergarten teacher too! How very very special!
Luckily I'm having no issues with the toilet test today. It's more my quads and shins that are a little sore. It's the glutes and hamstrings that always get me with the TT!

Cheryl Nothing like keeping you on the edge of your seats waiting until the last 19 seconds to score! What a nail biter!! That is interesting about the EA Sports predictions. A little eerie even that they are so accurate!
We have coyotes as well but I have never seen one. We have had several different fox families living in the woods behind our house at various times, so we see those every so often. It was a little scary one night because we were sitting outside having a BBQ and a fox came up very close to us. They are not supposed to be that brave unless they are rabid so it was a little freaky. He was smelling the food and wanting some I'm sure. Now we have a lot of rabbits around so figure we don't have any foxes. That noise you heard when you were working out is rather scary! Especially with the flattened plants! Maybe you had a bear looking in your windows!!
Great job on LIS! I hope you enjoy your day off today too! What a funny story about Bono hitchhiking! Very very strange. It's pretty cool that they flew those people to the concert though! Wow!

Julie Great job on Rhythmic Step! I think that is the number 1 fun step workout! You sure have a lot of running around to do. I hate doing all of that running around. I get to the point after about 3-4 stores that I just want to go home!
I LOVE English bulldogs! They are my all time favorite dog! Give her a big squeeze from me!

This morning for me was disc 9 legs. I enjoy these STS leg workouts and luckily the pain doesn't seem to be as bad after that first week! have a great Friday everyone and a great weekend if I'm not able to post!

Pam

Janie Thanks Janie I will look for the member area and sign up. I don't know why I couldn't see it before.

Julie Good job on Rhythmic Step. Are you enjoying your new workout room? I hate doing those types of errands. Don't you wish that you could just go to one store and get everything. I love English Bulldogs. I think it is their face that I love the most. I hope everything works out with Oscar and Maggie. I have seen U2 in concert about three times but the tickets are expensive. Maybe they will roll back into town when our stadium is finished with the renovations. I am like your DH and I can fall asleep on the couch too no matter what time it is.

Pam EA Sports has people go around and rate all the players in the league and then they put all the information into the computer and run simulations. It is eerie that they are so accurate but I really hope they are right this time. That fox was probably really hungry and smelling the food probably made him a bit more brave. I probably should have check out the sound that I heard but I didn't was to pause my workout . I know he wasn't looking in the window since we have a table and chairs there and they weren't moved at all. Having a bear look in my window would have given me a heart attack. Good job on STS Disk 9 and enjoy your weekend away.

This morning I did 4DS Bootcamp. It isn't one of my favorites but it is one tough workout. Then I did a lot of running around, almost like you Julie and then got all the housework done. Now all that is left is grocery shopping and laundry. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Cheryl

Rolly and I walked for 30 min. Haven't seen any dogs lately. Hmmmmm.

Julie, Great job on RS. I think I'll do that one tomorrow. I know how it goes when there are so many errands to do. Since we live so far away from everything, when we do go out, our days are just like that. Hope everything goes well this weekend with the animals. Let us know how it goes. Yes, I have a big garden. Seems I always do things in a big way, but I love the fresh and organic produce for sure. Don't know for sure if I have Sleep Apnea, but will find out after the 20th. The computer will be monitoring me on the 20th. I so agree about parents or anyone being heroic when taking care of the disabled.

Pam, I'm glad you past the toilet test, but if you feel DOMs, you are working out wonderfully as you know. Great job on disc 9 legs.

Cheryl, It took me hours to figure out the site. I'm doing much better now. hank you for joining as a member, that's really nice of you. Great job on 4DS Bootcamp. You are really going to town lately on exercising. Well done. You must have had lots of energy to also run around doing errands and housework (laundry and groceries). Wow.

Have a good one,

Janie

Sorry busy weekend its Saturday and that means DH uses the computer. So, I see everyone its doing awesome with their workouts I have done mine to, yesterday I did PS series chest/shoulder/triceps/ today I did double Hiit, 40/20 and 30/30 + abs stability ball, after that nothing really just boring stuff here.. tomorrow its Sunday then Monday I don't think I will have time to came over we are going to Melbourne to see DH Dr. for hes shoulder.... So I'll be back until Tuesday.. Have a great weekend..

This morning I did Cardio Fusion!:eek: That is one tough workout and such a calorie burner!!!

Pam Great job on disc 9! I love the STS leg workouts too! They go by so fast and there is no dread factor to them at all. I gave Chloe a hug for you. She is a sweetie but she has been going pee and poop in our house last night and this morning. DH is so mad  but I told him she has to get used to our house and our rules and we don't know her cues to tell us she needs to go out. Enjoy your time in Myrtle Beach!

Cheryl Great job on 4DS Bootcamp! It is especially hard to do a workout when you don't enjoy it much. Wow! 3 times to see U2! That would be really cool. I hate going to so many stores. I actually wouldn't mind if I could order everything online and just stop by to pick up the package! :p

Janie Great job on your walk with Rolly! I hope the neighbor dogs are ok since you haven't seen them lately. That's how we are too with errands. Since all the stores are 30+ miles away, we save everything up for one giant trip which makes them very tiresome.

Eunice Great job on PS and on your double HiiT workout! You are amazing to double up those HiiTs! I hope everything is ok with your DH's shoulder. It is a good thing he is getting it checked out now rather than waiting until it gets even worse.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Our son is visiting with us this weekend. David, Rolly and I went for a 45 min. walk in the wood. He will be going home tomorrow. He is such a cool guy, kind, gentle, beautiful wife and a wonderful father. Very proud of him. No neighbor dogs today either.:(

Eunice, Don't you just love Pure Strength? Great job with that and also with 40/20, 30/30 and abs. Wow, you had a lot of energy! Hope your dr. appointment for your hubby's shoulder turns out good. See ya Tues.

Julie, Great job on Cardio Fusion. Yes, I have to agree, it's a really tough workout.

Take care everyone,

Janie

Cheryl That is really incredible that EA Sports is able to make such accurate predictions! Technology is really something! I'm thinking game 2 was last night? How did they do? I think it's probably best that you didn't pause your workout to check out the noise. Sometimes it's just better not knowing :)
Gratuitous job on 4ds bootcamp, I really like that one and it is one tough workout.

Janie Hmmmmm, I wonder what is going on with your dog buddies? That's a shame you haven't seen them recently after making so much progress with them :( and I walked for 30 min. Haven't seen any dogs lately.
Yea, DOMS are a good thing! I love the DOMS!

Eunice you need tontell DH that you have important business to attend to and he needs to quit hogging the computer ;)
Great job on you PS, double Hiit and abs! Wow you are amazing! I hope DH gets good news about his shoulder!

Julie Gret jib in crdio fusion! That is a huge calorie burner! It always makes me sweat like a pig! Awwww, thanks for hugging Chloe for me! Poor little girl, I understand your DH getting upset with her going pee and poop in your house, maybe she is a little stressed in the new house with your dogs around? How did Oscar and Maggie do with her there?

Janie how nice having your son there for the weekend, it sounds like you had a really nice time. Sounds like you 2 and Rolly had a nice walk.

We had a nice time at the beach. DH was playing golf every day but I hung out with his golf buddies wife. On Saturday morning we went for an hour and a half bike ride and then spent the rest of the day lounging in and by the pool. Saturday night we went ton this really fun area with a bunch of bars and restaurants along the water with a boardwalk and they all have outdoor seating and several have live music. It's my favorite place to go when we go down there. This morning Sue and I went for a long walk on the beach and then went back and once again hung in and by the pool all day. It was quite the lazy weekend! Back to work tomorrow, I hope everyone has a great Monday!

Janie Strange that you haven't seen the dogs lately. My exercises went well in the morning last week. The only day I had problems was on Monday. I seem to have this thing with Mondays. Maybe it has something to do with the weather getting better. This weekend it seems like we went from Winter to Summer and forgot about Spring. Enjoy you visit with your son.

Eunice You have to tell DH that he can't hog the computer for the whole day, he has to let you use it too :D. Wow you did both 40/20 and 30/30 back to back!!!! Way to go.

Julie Good job on Cardio Fusion, that is one tough workout. Poor Chole she was probably a bit stressed being in a new house and having two other dogs around. Did she get along with your dogs? Did DH watch the hockey game last night? It was a good one.

Pam Game 2 was last night and we won in OT. The overtime goal was so fast that most people didn't get a chance to get back to their seats or in front of the TV again before the goal was scored. So EA Sports have been right so far, they predicted that Vancouver would win games 1 and 2. We will be in Boston tomorrow and they are suppose to win games 3 and 4. It will be really eerie if they are right about that too. Sounds like you had a great weekend.

Yesterday I did 4DS Kickbox and this morning I rode my bike to yoga and back. Then I had a pretty lazy day. It has been so nice here, I actually wore shorts for the first time this year .

Tomorrow is Game 3 it will be scary going home since everyone wants to get home by 5 to watch it. Transit is going to be packed.

Have a great Monday everyone.

Cheryl
