Cheryl Yea, I really thought bike riding would be a fun thing to do together but he just isn't into it at all. Oh well. That means my bike hasn't been getting much use though
Luckily we are supposed to have beautiful weather all weekend it has been sunny and in the mid to upper 80s this week and is supposed to stay that way through the weekend
I am currently doing Cathe's April rotation and May is supposed to be a continuation, but it's different workouts and looks great, so my plan is the do that next. I don't know why I've been so stressed about this presentation since it's just with my team, but for some reason I get more stressed about presenting to my team than doing 'real' classes.

OMG, you had a terrible day. I hate it when the power goes out and messes up the clocks, but then to get up and start a workout must have been so frustrating. My hair is an absolute mess if I can't blow dry it and then to get soaked again on the way into work. That is one of those days that you wish you could just turn around and spend the rest of the day in bed! Thank goodness for Starbucks at least!

Julie Great job on disc 24. I love dropsets too, they are so much fun. I hope you are getting a break from all of that rain!! i was a little mad on Tuesday when I realized I didn't have to present that day. The guy who was organizing this really didn't do a very good job. He should have put out an agenda so people knew when to be prepared. Oh well, no big deal but it was annoying. I just have one more week with the XTrain Burn set rotation so I think I will stick it out. I think in the next month she uses the gym style workouts for the weight work. I hardly ever do those so that will be a nice change.
Cheryl I'm glad to hear that you had a better morning than the previous one, that was one crazy morning! I'm with you, I like to have a sleep in day in the middle of the week if I am getting up crazy early like that. I don't know how Julie does it every day!
Janie Oh isn't that frustrating going out searching for clam shells and there are so few of them when you are used to seeing a ton?! I'm glad to hear that you were able to find some that you can use though. I think it is so fantastic that you found this place, it sounds like just the perfect fit for you. I did cringe a little when you said the exception is named Pamela!!!
I love your attitude though, you are giving her the benefit of the doubt which is really wonderful. How sweet of your to make her earrings and a pendant. She may not be used to such a kind soul and just may not know how to react, so hopefully your kindness and generosity will help to warm her up.
It sounds like that may have already started if she was smiling more and joking.
Yesterday I was so busy at work that I forgot to post, I realized it late last night and then was just too tired. I did do Hiit 40/20 and stability ball abs yesterday morning and To the Max this morning. I have noticed several times during my workouts lately (including both yesterday and today) that I am getting much more worn out than usual and questioning if I am going to be able to finish the workout.
I'm not really sure what is going on there, I'm thinking I may not be eating enough protein. Any other thoughts? Has this ever happened to any of you? I wouldn't be as concerned if it had only been once, but this is about the 4th time now in a couple of weeks
I slept fine last night so don't think it's a lack of sleep issue..... I'd appreciate any ideas. Hope everyone had a great day!
