Julie Great job on Gym Styles Back Shoulders and Biceps. Oh no, a cracked tooth doesn't sound good at all. ICK, I hope it isn't too painful and that you are able to get the crown soon.
Actually I've been having motivation issues all week. I do think it is mainly from the time change. It takes me a few days to adjust. Plus I had (and still do) bad DOMS from Tuesdays Afterburn which didn't help with the workout motivation. Oh my, I can so relate to your conversation with your mom about the ice crushers. My mother has such a hard time throwing anything away. What does work for her though is that if she can give something to someone else then she is ok with it. Goodwill doesn't count though for some reason, she likes to know the person she is giving it to. It worked out that there was a couple down the street from her cottage who are huge hoarders, so she ended up giving them a lot of her stuff.
Janie Great job on your walk on the beach with Rolly. I think you will be fine without Cathe for a couple of weeks since you have that beautiful beach as an option! I have never tried one of the tricycles, sounds like a lot of fun! So happy you are going to have such a beautiful week!
OK, I will let you know when your package is on it's way. The last few days I have been listening to my body scream at me and trying to tell it to shut up!
Cheryl My DH just got home from Vegas last night, so now he is just getting started with the time zone adjustment. He was pretty crabby this morning! Oh yes, Butters will bite REALLY hard when I work on his knots. His teeth are like little razors!
This morning for me was To the Max. I wasn't sure about it since I still have some pretty good DOMS from AB on Tuesday, but I bit the bullet and did it. It definitely kicked my butt, but hopefully helped with loosening up the legs. We went to see Carl run in the conference track meet last night after Doug got home. He was running the mile and needed a time of 4:35 to qualify for regionals. Well, his time was 4:36! AGGGHHHHH He was one bummed out kid. I can't imagine running a mile in anywhere CLOSE to 4:36, that is just crazy. Well ladies, I hope you all have a lovely day, it's almost Friday!!
