Julie Great job on CSS. This is a good kind've mid-difficulty one so does sound perfect for pseudo-recovery. OK, I feel a little better about the standing back bend knowing that you don't put your hands on the floor, but it does still sound like it would hurt your lower back. I don't think I would like it much! I really enjoyed the Hunger Games series and the first movie. I'm thinking the second movie is supposed to be coming out soon.....?
PenguinGreat job on AOLIH. I really like that workout and it's kind've sneaky. When I do it I don't feel like I'm killing myself, but I'm always soaked in sweat when I'm done. We all do too much with our workouts sometimes, but it's all about balance right?
Cheryl Sorry to hear you are still having such a hard time with the time change. I am feeling really tired today, I think the effects of the travel and the time difference have caught up with me. I'm so glad it's Friday. That's nice that you were able to take today off, I hope you enjoy it! I thought about taking today off too, but I have too much work to get done
Oh well, I've got the weekend to sleep in. I really wish they would do away with the time change thing, I don't see the need for it at all! I do enjoy it being light later in the summer, but the switching back and forth is so hard!
Janie Great job on 30/30, I'm thinking you like that workout
Awww, that is sad about Walt. I do understand the immediate family only. Even though everyone wants to be there, that is such an emotional time, but it's nice they will have each other for support. Big [{{HUGS}}} to you and Joey. QUOTE=janiejoey;2194407]Did 30/30 tonight.
This morning for me was XTrain Burn sets chest, back and triceps. It felt hard and good and I am quite sure I will be feeling it tomorrow (after I wake up nice and LATE
) Happy Friday ladies!
Pam
