Just curious: Why are abs a separate thing and always at the end? I understand being on the floor after an intense cardio workout is not a good idea. But why not put abs first after the warm up? I’d like to get it out of the way! ;)
Hi Abveyera! You can absolutely do abs first right after the warm up, and I’ve done that on occasion in my classes, but I find the energy level of the class drops as a whole and it’s hard to get the class up off the floor and on to the rest of the workout when abs are first.
