This morning I did Muscle Max upper body only. DH did it with me and it was nice because he was able to set up the weights for me. Ugh, to do it alone will take lots of set up time. I guess for now I'll do a variety of Cathe's UB premixes and Core work. I really need to watch my calories though. I'm at a really good place weight-wise. Last summer I gained 8 lbs with my injury. I don't want to do that again!!!
Jen, I will definitely give Mark Lauren some serious consideration. I love your blog! and I will check them out there. I look forward to your reviews on Tapout 1 too. I had planned on doing a Tapout/RKS rotation after RWH, but now I'll just experience them through you, which will be good because then I'll know what to expect when I get to them.
Jodi, thanks for the birthday wishes and Happy Birthday to you too on your upcoming birthday! I have some birthday cash now -- haha my family knows where that will go, maybe towards some Mark Lauren workouts.
