Ripped with HiiT January

Was going to do Cathe live this morning but something happened to one of the cameramen, and class stopped early. Going to figure out what to do now and will check back in later.
 
I've been dragging all week. Thought it was my thyroid med needing to be upped, but now I think I am fighting a virus. Grrrrrrr!

Well I still did RWH Back, shoulders and biceps. It felt great. That last set of crazy 8s leaves me gasping.:)
I'm also very surprised I'm not sure from yesterday's leg workout.
 
Jengolf, that is a tough one, but it sure does make me feel strong.
Jodi, that lower body circuit is fun!

Today I'm riding again with my second ever formal cycling workout.Last week I tried Ride and it kicked by b#$t. Today I will try Cyclemax and see how it goes. The good news about last week is I burned a ton of calories according to my HRM. That's helping me stay motivated to try again. :)

Today is a rest day.

Sara, I LOVE lower body circuit, but I know I look pretty goofy doing some of the step stuff. But hey, that's ok. I know I'm still working it!
 
I have STS on the docket for today. I will do some house chores while my DS uses the tv for a little while then take a turn and get it done. I really like that WO and haven't done it for a few weeks. Last time I did it I was using 50# on the barbell. I'll try that weight today and see if I maintained.

This morning was BodyFit 360 Volume 2 Dance Conditioning. I needed something to stretch myself out, too Elaine--Dance Conditioning was just what I needed. Tomorrow is a rest day.
 
Today was Plyo HiiT 2, X10 Step, and Abs 1. I have to admit that was only the second time I've ever done X10 Step. I did it once when I first got X10, but had so little step experience so I never went back to it. Well, I will now be going back to it whenever I can. Love it!
 
I haven't checked in for a few days, sorry. Sunday was Cathe live Boxing with stab. ball abs and XTRAIN bi's and tri's. I found not doing that for a while that I went a little heavier on a lot of the moves. Monday was Cardio Core Circuit and finished the day with LIS Lower body trisets. I forgot how "cardio based" that seems to be with all the Dixie cup moves. I'm feeling it in my quads today, but a good feeling. Looks like today will probably be outside work and maybe some yoga later, this is my rest day.
 
Firemedic, I love that Cardio Core Circuit. It's just fun, fun, and hard. I always forget how aerobic it is until I do it again. Hope you have a restful day.
Jodi, I did that same workout yesterday, abs and all. I thought X10 step was harder than the Plyo 2, but that one is always moderate for the stepping, but super hard at the end with the weights - totally sucking wind.

I'm scheduled to do LIHI Chest, but woke up dog tire and have no idea why. I'm going to start it and see what happens. Hopefully I'll get some energy once I get going; that happens most of the time.
