Me too! More and more important as I grow older. I've found myself teeter tottering and going off balance at the most inconvenient times:D
Me too. Dancing has helped some, but now I'm getting good enough at balance that some of the moves I'm trying to learn require better balance than I currently have. I've kind of "topped out" on what I can do dancing until my balance improves, and I can't further improve my balance through dance, because it requires balance while performing a specific step or move to a beat - makes feel rushed and unsafe. Hoping Cathe can help me improve balance safely so that an improvements can be applied to dancing.
