Questions for Lift, Move & Restore 2 Elevated - Questions??

In LMR2, I hope to see more unilateral moves, compound moves, ISO-hold moves, both
with just weights, & weight & tubing. & of course those Circling Hammers, & that new
crazier Crazy 8’s that was in a recent Live. If a wide array of equipment is gonna be
used, in Core, I love to see those Boxers with weight plate from CL weight plate abs,
the Block Stackers exercise from Core w/Yoga Blocks (spin-off of Ab stackers) &
I have done an Standing Circumference Circle holding a balance disc from another
dvd workout…would love to see it in one of Cathe’s workouts. To quote Cathe from
a recent Live, “just sayin’!” ;)

I love those moves and I am looking forward to executing them.

Especially the combination of glute bridge and pull over :D on the foam roller.
 
But we *must* have The Scorpion move! I would buy a full 30 minute DVD of just the scorpion move.
Technically, a scopion isn't an insect: "it's an arachnid, like spiders, mites, and ticks, characterized by having eight legs and a two-segmented body, unlike insects which have six legs and three body segments". :) :D
 
New moves from Cathe live. They could be lined up for next series.
Thanks for posting! Lots of compound moves seem to be showing up in LIVES the past few months. She also seems to be providing many options for intensity levels. Guess I may have to practice that gorilla/animal move as it has showed up a few times, but she does give other options for it too. All good news! :)
 
I wish my tennis elbow would heal up. Compound moves with heavy weights have been such a bummer for me a lot of the time, especially if the move involves a bicep curl. Have to keep it pretty light.
