I am quoting above the questions generally asked about LMRE.How elevated will this new series be? You said "slightly" heavier weights will be used - what's that specifically? Will a Cathlete who has been working out with you for years find this challenging (aside from the balance challenges)?
2) The cardio is low-impact, however, what will be the intensity level? Will these be mostly steady state or will there be some intervals and higher intensity?
3) Will the 4 bonus-download weight workouts be chaptered? Will they be filmed in your studio or in the gym like a LIVE? How are they split? Are they "express" workouts? Does the offer of these bonus workouts expire after the price increase?
