Modifications won’t help me with LMR1 as the breaks between exercises are an issue as well as intensity. even the low impact cardio bonus has her doing warm ups of the moves, and it’s not worth trying to modify as I am then not following along, as you say. It’s simply geared to someone other than me.If someone needs that many modifications maybe it isn't the right workout for them. Not meant to be critical in any way. That's the main reason for my concerns with this new release. How much will I have to modify and if it is so much that I am not really following along, then it would seem this series is not for me.
I don't understand why Cathe can't be clearer. No one is asking for a list of the individual exercises just a clearer picture of what we will be getting.
