Questions for Lift, Move & Restore 2 Elevated - Questions??

How elevated will this new series be? You said "slightly" heavier weights will be used - what's that specifically? Will a Cathlete who has been working out with you for years find this challenging (aside from the balance challenges)?

2) The cardio is low-impact, however, what will be the intensity level? Will these be mostly steady state or will there be some intervals and higher intensity?

3) Will the 4 bonus-download weight workouts be chaptered? Will they be filmed in your studio or in the gym like a LIVE? How are they split? Are they "express" workouts? Does the offer of these bonus workouts expire after the price increase?
I am quoting above the questions generally asked about LMRE.

Also adding these specific questions below:

Question regarding the cardio workouts:
will the 4 low impact cardio "bonus" workouts be chaptered as well,
Question regarding the heavy weight workouts:
...will they be total body? Upper/Lower splits? A 3-day split with a TB? Or a 4-day split?

How long will they be?

This thread has become so long I thought a summary here might help. :)

Has anyone started a suggestions for these workouts thread and I missed it?
(I guess I could add to this thread but am hoping to make the questions clear. )

Also, adding here how much more useful this series would be if you added two modifiers:
...one for a more advanced approach, and
...one for those needing the exercises to be modified to make them more accessible.

For #3, the first bonus download was chaptered, so I'm assuming that they all will be.

I'd love modifiers! Suggestions for modifications ("easier" or more challenging) are always welcome, but I somehow feel lonely when I do them by myself. lol It's more motivating for me to do the more challenging modifications when someone is doing it "with" me, and I don't feel "old" when I'm choosing to do an easier (prefer "alternate" lol) modification (especially for joints/aches & pains areas - wrists, neck, knees, etc.) when I have a "companion" that's doing it the same way.

Yes! The modifiers - both ways - would make the series more inclusive and, I think, appeal to more people! That builds a sense of community and that we are all in this together!

Still hoping for answers to these questions:

Also, adding here a request:

I haven't been monitoring it for updates, but the web page that introduces the series goes into some detail that may answer your cardio questions at least.

From the page:
…Also included in this new series are 4 cardio bonus workouts each coming it between 30 to 35 minutes. These 4 bonus workouts will be low impact cardio routines (with options to be mixed impact) and can be used with the series to add some extra heart healthy benefits to your workout schedule…

BONUS WORKOUTS

  1. HiiT Fusion
  2. Low Impact Cardio Fusion
  3. PHA Cardio Fusion
  4. Kickbox Fusion
So, it looks like a mix of some steady-state and some interval. Although knowing Cathe, it seems like most of her workouts include some kind of interval or "blast".

Spot on! ☺️☺️
After all these years working out Cathe we know, at least many of us, what to expect as far as cardio is concerned.

@FitSaxe - which of the original LMR workouts have you completed so far? Just curious .... I haven't seen any reviews from you yet for these workouts. How did you like the Fusion workouts?

I have shared my opinion on the series overall. I have not done many cardio because the focus at this point for me is more lifting for minimal cardio. I have mainly done cycling and old kickboxing workouts.
I will review the upcoming LMR2 cardio-fusion for you in due course.

In terms of rotation I have completed two LMR rotation. one of them is STS2.0+LMR

I wonder which DVDs will have the cardio bonuses? (Sorry if this has been asked and answered.) I plan to purchase a few of the DVDs when they become available individually and would love to know which will include cardio. Anyone know?
