Questions for Lift, Move & Restore 2 Elevated - Questions??

Maybe this was filmed early on in her rehab and they're just now getting around to posting it?

What do you think @Debinmi ...do you think you saw some moves that appeared to be a more elevated level of functional moves?
Thry were mostly something different. But then again, compound moves are a bit more elevated than isolation moves. And those isolation holds while moving the other arm are also a bit more elevated.

Yes, I kinda' thought about rehab exercises for shoulder/knee...which, of course, nothing wrong at all with
those type of exercises, but not exactly what I was talking about before, showing the difference in an
exercise, basic & then elevated. I love the ISO-hold exercises and yes, they can be tough. She has been
doing alot of those in the Lives, using only weights or a weight & tubing. and I really like the unilateral
moves as well.

Ok, we're at a restaurant with power & wifi (lost power during yesterday's storm) & I read the explanation that accompanies the video. I'm a bit reassured as it seems the video is targeting those who may have been bothered by the "elevated" description and this is to reassure them there are modifications that can be used to utilize the series.

Yes indeed;). The video is for them.
But what about those of us who want to know what the "elevated" exercises will look like?

The video seemed like something one might do in a geriatric facility. Honestly, I was kind of disappointed that Cathe - who made her mark as the instructor for gym-style, advanced, home workouts would post something like this.

As a soon to be 67 years old who has been working out regularly for 42 years, I am not-actively aging, I am actively fighting aging and this type of thing isn't in my arsenal.

Well, if these are going to be that advanced, and the modifications shown is the way
to lower the intensity, these will be no-no for me. I am not as advanced as most of
you, but I don’t think I need push-ups from the wall, and sit-ups with a pillow.

why not have shown push-ups on the knees or even tabletop, or sit-ups with mini ball
behind you or a leaning back sit-up. I usually pay my CC straight away, but holding
off, cause I might be getting a credit:)

No need to start downing older people or ones with certain limitations, for not being to do advanced exercises. Went thru this crap years ago……
Aqua girl, please don't feel like anyone is downing peeps who need/want mods - I'm certainly not. I think Cathe went overboard with the mods ... maybe she's losing sales or trying to gain sales - who really knows the point of that video. As you reminded us, you can cancel later if it seems these aren't for you. We truly don't know much about this series - the video did not provide clarification, just provoked more questions and concerns. I don't think that video was helpful, but I've decided to not allow it influence me right now. I'll tuck that little tidbit away for later.

But what about those of us who want to know what the "elevated" exercises will look like?
Those of us who want "elevated" stuff, we are also in our own right to question the intensity of the content.

I am sure Cathe is aware!

That being said, i do not know why people keep on asking for modifications.
Showing modifications is a norm for fitness instructors. Cathe always show them
That is an annoying old song.
