Questions for Lift, Move & Restore 2 Elevated - Questions??

I'll be glad when the pre-sale is over so I'm not getting continually spammed every day with emails about it. I don't want to unsubscribe because I value her normal newsletters, but this is getting hella irritating.
I unsubscribed after she quit posting the educational articles (the last full newsletter was in late Nov). I've tried to resubscribe after the presale announcement but I keep getting errors. Maybe they don't want me as a customer anymore, being that I'm the "black-sheep" :p

Gosh, I'd be in more of quandary if I was an International customer & ordered downloads - no premixes! At least the main workouts are chaptered.
I only order downloads now. if I am seriously motivated, I can make rudimentary premixes, and that’s all I use for weight programs. so that doesn’t matter much to me, but not knowing how these are laid out—total body, splits, body parts???—that information I would like to have. total body isn’t going to be used much. If it’s TB, then there’s ¾ of the series that is doubtful instead of ½.

It’s all algorithms now, not personal. plus, there are a lot of people questioning LMRElevated. perhaps that is why there’s such a press of emails. Unfortunately the emails don’t answer the questions. They are just more spin. I won’t unsubscribe because I may not get my download link.

So we just watched the Cathe LIVE clips from #530 -537 (the past 8 weeks of CL). Cathe said she's been trying out some new moves in class. There are familiar moves, however, there are some newer UB moves that will freshen things up some. There are also a number of those hold one arm in isolation while working the other shown quite a few times. Lots of compound moves - in fact most of the LB moves seen were compound moves with UB. There was a swing :) into a scarecrow. There was a gorilla/animal move in a cardio, but Cathe showed an easier option. Lots of core stuff, some traditional takes on crunches, some other stuff. So if you're interested you can go to YouTube and watch about 20 minutes off CL clips to see if you might like some of the new stuff being tried out in the CL class.
Thank you for sharing about Cathe Live clips :)

I sometimes wonder if folks hesitate to post anything other than glowing comments for the flames that can follow. Sometimes one just doesn’t want to deal with all that, just for expressing an opinion that might go against what someone else thinks. I believe it is valuable for everyone if respectful—and I emphasize that word—feedback is given. I appreciate so many thoughtful comments in this thread. I think that many of us here have been doing and following Cathe for a number of years. I know that I have. I may be “older” now, but LMR1 was not at a level that I expected it to be other than a few exceptions, and I’m doubtful that the LMR2 series is far enough along to get a sense of what it will be.

On another note, I can’t say that my breasts have ever gotten in the way of any exercise. It bothered me a bit when I was younger, but now I’m grateful for how “compact" that area is. :D

Cathe just posted a clip on facebook showing wall pushups and sit ups using a bed pillow. Talking about being able to get up from the floor! Isn't that what burpees are for?

I am older, 67 next week, but dang I can do 35 straight leg push ups and bench press with 40# dumbbells.

Now I am really worried.

The video says to use these modifications if you have need to, but will someone be showing
modifications like this? I like modifications only when someone is showing it, I don’t
like to feel that I am working out by myself, so to speak, and everyone else is doing something completely different.

I don't understand the point of her video. Most of the posters seem to be worried that the new workouts will not be challenging enough and then she shows these moves? Doesn't seem like it would make her intermediate and advanced followers ready to pre-order.
Exactly!
Still not sure to whom she is targeting this? Another old adage comes to mind - "please all - please none".

:D :D :D :D
As we get older, we tend to downsize......Compact is good;)
What we need to crush at this point is goals, not the chest.
:D

From her message posted yesterday, apparently there are folks worrying it's going to be too intense...

I have received some questions from individuals who were very happy and satisfied with the intensity level of the original series and are a bit worried about the “elevated” nature of LMR2. Rest assured that these workouts can also be modified down where necessary so that exercisers at an intermediate level can still enjoy and reap the benefits of these functional training routines.

And my reaction to that recent video where she's chatting about LMR2 elevated with the wall pushups...
