So we just watched the Cathe LIVE clips from #530 -537 (the past 8 weeks of CL). Cathe said she's been trying out some new moves in class. There are familiar moves, however, there are some newer UB moves that will freshen things up some. There are also a number of those hold one arm in isolation while working the other shown quite a few times. Lots of compound moves - in fact most of the LB moves seen were compound moves with UB. There was a swing

into a scarecrow. There was a gorilla/animal move in a cardio, but Cathe showed an easier option. Lots of core stuff, some traditional takes on crunches, some other stuff. So if you're interested you can go to YouTube and watch about 20 minutes off CL clips to see if you might like some of the new stuff being tried out in the CL class.
