Push It

Good morning ladies and Happy New Year! No workout on New Year's Eve after all -- we played Monopoly instead and Tyler basically crushed us. I helped him though. I saw a new side of my neighbor though. She was not happy to lose. It was kind of amusing since she is usually so nice and sweet. Last night, we did part of LowMax. It was her first time doing that one. I had a brilliant idea during that one though. I was thinking that she could take rests during the blasts and I would do the blast so that we both got the right workout for us. I think I might try that next time we do it.

I noticed any error in the Bicep section of the Bonus Burnsets workout (maybe even the actual Burnsets workout if the Bonus workout is just repeated footage of the Burnset workout). It says in the guide and on the screen that Cathe is using 20lb dumbbbells for the second and third sets when really she had dropped down to 15lbs after those sets. I think I noticed it more because 20lbs is usually what Cathe uses for bis and I was surprised to see her drop down when the set is only 10 reps.

Did you guys notice that Cathe has an online Xtrain rotation that is only strength workouts? I thought about doing that one and trying to add in cardio 2-3x a week but I decided that right now I don't have the time for that much working. It definitely looks like something I might do in the future!

HeartyMax
Happy Anniversay!!!! It sounds like the two of you had a wonderful evening!

I think it's awesome that people gave you so many compliments on how you look. It's great when other people recognize all your hard work!

Toni
I am so sorry about the hip. I think you are very smart to rest it. It's hard though with these new workouts calling our names! Hopefully, it will feel better in a couple of weeks.

Sounds like you had fun on New Year's Eve! Hopefully the next day wasn't too rough on you!

Natasha
Was your mom surprised that you and Bella walked to her house? It has been absolutely freezing here the past couple of weeks. I have been bad about even walking the dog since it has been so cold. The night time temperatures have been dropping well below freezing! I actually kinda miss it. :(

Thanks for the review of Hard Strikes and I think your new rotation looks great!

Jennifer & Natasha
I am not sure about the whole working out around my neighbor's sons. I would be more inclined to workout with them then to have them just watch us. One fear I have though is if my knowledge is good enough that I can remember the exact form I should use for each exercise without Cathe's guidance. On the topic of them just watching us...that's might be kinda weird. I have to ask her more about what prompted the ideas.

Have a great day everyone!

Yesterday w/o was Bi's & Tri's AND 100RC tri's :eek::eek:. Ok, first the bi's & tri's. Awesome little workout. It's like Cathe took the best exercises from STS and combined them. I will be honest, I'm not particularly a fan of alternating muscle groups, but I actually liked it. I was spot on with my weight selections about 95% of the time. It really helps to have Cathe's weights as a guide. That woman is THE CHAMP of tri's & bi's . Ok, now the 100RC. I used 3lbs, however if I had 2lbs, that would have been sufficient (lol there is no way I'm going out to buy 2lbs. That would be just embarrassing ). At one point during my, oh, 70th rep, I could not continue. My muscles were so damn hot I swear you could have fried an egg on them. Cathe actually points out that your muscles should be hot to the touch, and oh were they ever! I was spent and stopped . These challenges are not for the faint of heart .

Stacie
I love Monopoly! I can't wait until we can play those types of boardgames with Bella. I like that intimate, family time. Of course Tyler crushed you guys ;).
Thanks for the heads-up on the Burnset bi's section.
I had no idea about the on-line Xtrain strength rotation! Where is it?!
No, my mother was not surprised. She knows I like to walk. It was only -5c (what is that in F? We go by C here in Canada), which is not that cold if you bundle up.

Jennifer
Your NYE sounded lovely :). The simple things are always the best things :).
Scarecrows are a move where you put your hands up in a goal post and then proceed to rotate forward and then back to goal post. You should check out the disc with the 100RC (Jai is doing the move).
Great job on getting right into your Xtrain workouts! I wish I could Ride too :(. Perhaps one day.
I will be doing Tabatacise on Sat . My goal is to eat appropriately beforehand and do all 5!! I need to prove to myself that I can do this . Wish me luck!
About the thrusts, my neck was giving out before my butt was . I just wanted to lie my head on the step, it was burning so badly. I think I might start out with 25lbs next time. It seems plenty to get the job done .

Good day to all!

Good morning,
I did Supercuts this morning; I skipped the Situps To Pushups moves - I won't touch them because of my back and there are other moves that are better for me. It was a good workout; I agree with the reviews that others have posted... fun, no repeating, good music.

I don't recall the name of the one move - it's sort of like a plank into a triceps dip position - will take me a while to learn; I had to go very slowly to get the movement down properly.

Tash, LOL! I completely understand about not wanting to buy 2# weights! I don't have any, either, but I do have a 2.5# weight plate - do you think that will work?
Thanks for letting me know about the scarecrow - I still haven't seen it but at least now I have an idea.

Stacie, Too funny about your neighbor... being competitive with Tyler no less! When she gets stronger she might even try to compete with you on your level of workouts:)
BTW, I agree - it really is a brilliant idea that she do jacks or something to keep her self working while you do the blasts during step.

Have a fit and fantastic day!

Hello all! No workouts the last two days to rest the hip. I did 25 minutes of steady state step this morning to see if I was ready to workout tomorrow and I am :) I am totally doing SuperCuts tomorrow!! It looks really low impact and the strength component should round out the week nicely!!

Oh I'm super excited....I just ordered a VitaMix!! I need to get more veggies in our lives and this should help. Plus it does so much other stuff!! Looking forward to the soup!!

Jennifer
Nice job on SuperCuts! Are you going to do a rotation with XTrain?

Tasha
You are scaring me with those 100 rep Tri challenges. Luckily I have 1 and 2 lb weights

Stacie
The strength only workout sounds interesting. I'll have to go look at that.

I had internet problems yesterday so I didn't get to post.

Yesterday was the cardio part of Hard Strikes and then 20 minutes on the ellipitcal. I realized that the cardio segment is not chaptered from the warm up so when I was previewing it just skipped that part. It wasn't bad. I can't remember who mentioned they used wrist weights since they didn't have boxing gloves. THANKS for that idea because I had not thought about it. I used by 1 1/2 pounds wrist weights and it definitely add some intensity to the workout with all the jab/cross.

Today's workout was Bi's and Tri's. Tasha---you never lied about Cathe's tri's strength. I nearly fainted when I saw 35lb. dumbell for the overhead extensions. I quickly reached for my 25lbs. There was no way I would even reach for a 30 needing to do 16 reps. WOW===that woman is a champion.

Jennifer----I am excited about Super cuts. Haven't tried it yet. Push ups to sit ups......stop scaring me..OMG!!

Stacie
---I haven't done the burn sets yet so I am not familar with that error. So Cathe wasn't doing a drop set but she lowered the weight?

Toni---glad your hip is doing better. Have fun trying out the new workouts.

So far I have liked Xtrain. I haven't tried them all but I am definitely enjoying them right now. I am thinking I may opt for the 30 day undulating rotation and maybe and then move to something else. I loved STS but I find it so hard to commit to 90 days. I am thinking about 30 days of Xtrain, 30 days of Meso 2/LIC and 30 days of Gym Styles with Hiit! I have good ideas----I just have to follow through:D.

Hi everyone :)

Yesterday's w/o was Xtrain Legs standing + floor. I was supposed to do the standing + rear delts, but decided to do the rear delts this w/e. Anyway, the workout was FAB. I've read that some people did it not find it challenging enough, and I would have to agree to a certain extent. SO I decided not to follow Cathe's weight selections for the standing portion. For some reason, she went lighter than I've seen her typically go. For example, the walking lunges w/1x8lbs, I easily did 10lbs. Could have actually done 12lbs. Or even better, you can use 2 weights as I've seen her do in STS. Another one for example is plie squats w/the stability ball, she only did 10lbs. I went up to 15lbs. I think you need to make your own call as to what weight #'s will challenge you (obviously we all know that here ). As for the floor work, I always get smoked during those . There are some new moves that I found very refreshing, like the Clamshell (I'm not sure if Cathe's done this before). The floor portion, for me personally, takes this workout above & beyond. Hope you all enjoy it!

Toni
Congrats on the Vitamix! That is one purchase that I will be making in the near future. I love kitchen gadgets :D.
How is your hip BTW?

Jennifer

That same sit-up to push-up move is in Hard Strikes. OMG is it ever hard! How the hell does everyone go so fast .
I'm not sure if the 2.5lbs plates will work. They may be awkward to hold during the entire time. See for yourself, only you know. You might actually be able to swing 3lbs or even 5lbs. My tri's are very weak, and so that's why I found 3lbs to be extremely challenging.

Heartymax

We posted at the same time so I came back to respond. How did you end up liking Hard Strikes? I has been given some negative reviews over at VF (not surprised -- they tend to "hate" on Cathe a lot).
WOW on using a 25lbs weight for overhead tri's extension! I'm telling you, my tri's are SO WEAK. I barely managed a 20lbs. I'm hoping the 100RC's change that. You have awesome UB strength!

Good morning everyone! I haven't worked out the past two days. The first day I was working instead (plus my neighbor was sick) and last night I was simply exhausted from working so late (2am!!!!) the night before. Tonight I plan on doing TBTs. Saturday will be basic step and Sunday we will start our first X-train rotation :eek:!

Here is what I am planning for the two weeks and then we will repeat it once to make a full month rotation.

Week 1:
Sunday: XCBS (Chest, Back, & Shoulders)
Monday: Basic Step
Tuesday: Legs (some sort of premix)
Wednesday: XSC (Super Cuts - 2nd part premix) + HCGS (HC Getting Started)
Thursday: Hard Strikes
Friday: XBT (Biceps & Triceps) + Core
Saturday: Off or XTR (Ride)

Week 2:
Sunday: XBCBS (Burn Sets: Chest, Back, & Shoulders)
Monday: Low Max
Tuesday: Kickmax Low Impact Premix w/ Leg Conditioning
Wednesday: XBBT (Burn Sets: Biceps & Triceps) + Core
Thursday: Drill Max (Cardio Only)
Friday: TBT Lower Body Premix + HCSG
Saturday: Off or All Out HiiT

Natasha
Thanks for all the reviews of the new workouts! They have been super helpful! Great job on those 100 RC! I want to try the bicep ones but I feel really short on time right now. I can't wait until my work demands decrease...it's not been fun.

The XTrain strength only rotation is one of the ones you can download from the Workout Manager. It's six days a week of an hour or so of strength training. Zero cardio.

Jennifer
That push up / sit up combo is tough. I can totally see why it would bother your back. I would think the rapid flipping would be super easy to cause some back strain. They do them soooo fast too! I don't know if you realized this, but one of the premixes has the whole workout - that pushup / situp section if you ever get tired of skipping forward!

Toni
Hooray for the better hip! Now you can hop aboard the XTrain!

I am jealous of the Vitamix! Please let us know how you like it.

HeartyMax
I didn't realize Hard Strikes was more than just a cardio workout. Thanks for the heads up! Thanks for sharing about the wrist weights too. I missed that in the forum postings.

Well, I'd best get rolling. Have a terrific day everyone! Oh, here is the picture of Tyler with Santa. Sorry for not posting it sooner. He looks like such a big kid in it!

I forgot to answer HeartyMax's question regarding the error I saw. It wasn't dropsets. She said she was going down in weights because she felt one arm was working harder than the other. Then she went and got the lighter set.

Just finished Xtrain Cardio Leg Blast----OMG---is all I can say. It definitely reminds me of Cardio Legs. I haven't done Plyo Legs in a while so I can't compare the intensity right off---but Cardio Leg Blast is one great workout. I also wanted to try my form out on the hipthrusts. I used 30 lbs. My legs were already exhausted so I did about 20 reps and that was it. I just wanted to check out the move. Got to make sure my neck is aligned correctly above the step. I haven't tried all the workouts yet but so far each gets a thumbs up. I don't think I have ever purchased a series where I think I actually love all the workouts. Let me tell you---I have felts some DOMS this week all over my body from these workouts.

Stacie--I like the rotation you put together. You should have fun with the new workouts while mixing in a few of the favorites.

Have a great weekend! Sunday will likely be my rest day.

Happy Saturday all!! Finally back to my workouts today. I was going to do SuperCuts yesterday, but I woke up late and had to skip. So I started my rotation today with All Out!! LOVE IT!! This workout will help keep the legs nicely tones for sure  and I loved that there were no repeats. It really helps get through the tough moves. Oh and let's not forget Core 1  I had to stop a bit to get through. But one thing was good, I never felt anything in my legs with the moves and usually that's a problem for me. It was all abs today :)

My MMA workouts and Slide N Glide came yesterday. I've previewed them all and love them all. I'm not in love with Hard Strikes from the preview. Right now there's too much jumping around. I need to do a month of low impact because my knees are beginning to be sore a bit. So I'm going to do either SG or MMA in place of it.

My rotation for XTrain will follow Cathe exactly for upper body. I will do my own thing for lower body. This week will be:

All Out + Core 1
CBS + 100 rep challenge scarecrows
Legs + Rear Delts
Bi/Tri + 100 rep challenge Tri + Core 2
MMA or SG
SuperCuts + 100 rep challenge hip thrusts

Oh, oh, oh....I forgot to mention. My co worker was telling me she was going to start working out again and she was going to do Insanity. I immediately stopped her. She just recovered from a bunch of knee problems and I really don't want her to injury sensitive knees. I gave her the link to Cathe's LIS. And she got a bunch of them!! Super excited for her :) and I love that I introduced someone else to Cathe!!

HeatryMax
Glad you are enjoying the new workouts. I so want to do Cardio Legs, but I need to wait until next month.

Stacie
I like your oration. XTrain is so easy to work with. I just love it.

Tasha
Thanks for the review of Legs. I'm looking forward to that one. The hip is good. I think the three days of rest was exactly what I needed. I felt nothing in my hip today during the workout.

Sorry so long today

Hi ladies!

No workout for me yesterday. I took down all my Xmas decor (the tree was BRUTAL to take down ). I'm also really, really sore from Xtrain's w/o's . When Bella went to bed I did a 2 mile Leslie walk. Speaking of Leslie, I was at Walmart today and scored 3 Leslie workouts for $15!!!! One particular workout that I have been eyeing for a long time, 4 Really Fast Miles, was in the 3pk!!! Walking has been absolutely perfect for me in the evenings. You guys know I'm a big fan :). I have also noticed that my stomach is flatter and my jeans a little looser. I think it's the combo of me eating clean, walking, and heavy strength w/o's I've been doing for the past month. YAY

Today's w/o will be Xtrain Chest, Back & Shoulder's + rear delts AND tomorrow will be Tabatacise + 100RC glute thrust -- if I can swing it .

Stacie
LOVED the pic of Tyler! He is such a handsome young fella :). You better watch out when he becomes a teen .
I love your rotation too! I'm all for the love today ;).
I'm sorry about the long work hours :(. Hopefully you get back to normal hours soon.
I was looking at the 6X/week Xtrain strength rotation and ME LIKEY A LOT . I would never be able to fit in cardio with that schedule though, so I'm undecided. Perhaps in the spring as I'm able to walk more with Bella, I will give it a whirl.

Toni
Glad your hip is feeling better :).
I love your rotation too!
I'm glad you liked the MMA's and S&G. The best w/o's are the ones you will enjoy and do :).
I don't think I would ever in my lifetime try Insanity. It looks a little too insane, even for me who loves high impact stuff. It's good you warned your friend and got her onto Cathe instead :D.

Heartymax
Can't wait for Cardio Leg Blast!! Your review has me super .
Cathe answered a question I asked about the 100RC Hip Thrust and neck fatigue. I should cut & paste her answer here so you guys can read it. Very informative and useful.

Jennifer
I saw you did cardio Leg Blast too and loved it! YAYAYA!!

Good Sunday morning,

Saturday I did 2 UB premixes - the shortest one for each CBS & Bi's/Tri's - I waned to work my entire UB but didn't want it to take an hour and forty-five minutes. Then I did the first 3 Tabatas just to see what it was like; it was great!

Today I'm thinking S&G followed by some glute work.
*Tash* - I'm interested in what Cathe said to you regarding the hip thrust/neck issue.

Stacie,
Tyler is SO ADORABLE! What a handsome young man! Big, beautiful brown eyes, too:)
How are things going with his school?

Your rotation looks great!
I hope you're rested up and your neighbor is feeling better.

Toni,
WTG on turning your coworker on to Cathe's Low Impact series! You have probably just saved her knees and she'll get in the best shape of her life.

How's the Vitamix?

Your rotation looks good.

Heartymax,
Glad you enjoyed Cardio Leg Blast, and that you give the whole series a thumbs up:)

Tash,
Congrats on your bargain finding! I'm glad you finally got the one you've been wanting:D 4 Really Fast Miles sounds awesome!
WTG on your figure, too! Hard work pays off and it's such a good feeling!

Good job taking down all the Christmas decor, too; that definitely can be a chore - especially with DOMS!

I best get - have an awesome day!

Yesterday's w/o was Xtrain CBS + bonus rear delts. I love how Cathe really pushes you to grab a heavy weight that is challenging. For 16 reps, she is chest pressing 60lbs for heaven's sake! I think for those presses next time I will use my barbell and step (instead of a stability ball), so I can hoist more weight up there . I'm also a fan of pull/chin-ups, so I might have to add them in there as well. The rear delt bonus was incredible. My goal with Xtrain is to strengthen my "weak links" like rear delts, bi's, tri's.

Today's w/o was Tabatacise (yes, all 5 rounds!) + 100RC glute thrusts. Oh my, Tabata . It was a kick-a** workout no doubt, but somewhat of a dread factor. What makes it bearable is the step recovery sections, which were fun. There were some new moves that I also appreciated like the pop squats, plie jumps in 2nd position, and some other's I can't quite remember. I'm not sure if this would be a workout I would be doing weekly, but if I want to blast mega calories without "thinking", it will be my go-to. You guys know me by now, I'm sincerely not a "cardio gal".

Here is Cathe's response to my question about 100RC glute thrusts and neck fatigue:
"Hi Natasha....The reason I didn't want anyone to put their head back is because without knowing the exact angle you are in or how high your bench is, putting your head back could be very awkward and place stress in the wrong places. If it feels perfectly natural for your head to be resting on the step and you don't feel it inhibits your glute thrust in any way, then go ahead and do it. If it does feel awkward, then put a firm pillow on the step to assist with your neck and upper back support. Good Luck..."

Today was Bi/Tri. Nice workout. Love that nothing is repeated. Those incline bicep moves on the ball are tough for me. I don't burn during them but I also can only get 10-12 reps. My forearm and the bottom part of my bicep seems to be weak. I did the 100 rep challenge with a 15lb barbell and dare I say it was easy. I don't think I can do a 20 for 100 reps, but I'm going to go up to 17 lbs with my pace weights next time. Triceps was a nice burn though!! Tomorrow is Legs!

Tasha
I'm looking forward to doing Tabatacised. I'm thinking I won't be doing it until the last 30 days of my rotation. I'm going to do Cardio legs for the second 30 day stretch. My body can only handle 1 high impact wo a week, so that's how I'm going to handle it.

Jennifer
No Vitamix yet. They say 8-15 days before it gets here  I'm researching recipes in the meantime :)

Hi again,
this morning after Slide and Glide I did Legs - Barre/Chair/Ball/Floor; it was a killer but I loved how we switched legs more frequently than in Turbo Barre.

The last exercise with the 5# weight behind the knee - I just didn't have it in me to do that one - maybe next time.

I've decided on the 30day+Ride program. I don't often do the rotations but I really want to utilize the new and different workouts; this way I'll get used to what's available to choose from later on down the line.

That means tomorrow I'm doing Burn Sets for Chest/Back/Shoulders:eek: This also means that I will be splitting my Upper Body workouts into 2 different workouts - that's a big change for me but hey - it's 2013!

Tash,
Thanks for posting Cathe's response. I think it's a great idea to use your step and barbell for those chest presses! And thank you for the fair warning:cool:

About the Tabatas - I also like the step recovery:D

Good to know the Bonus Rear Delts was great - I plan to fit that in.

Toni,
OMG you are strong! 100 Reps with 15#?! That is fantastic!
Have fun doing legs tomorrow:)

Rest well, Xtrain people:)

Jennifer--- I'm doing the 30 day plus ride also. I will chose the elliptical or some other cardio since I don't have ride. I already noticed Cathe is pumping 35lb dumbells for chest presses. I only have 30's and I doubt I'll be adding my wrist weights LOL!! I was searching flooring and saw in an old discussion that you had Great Mats sport and play. I really want to make a purchase this year.

Tasha---I never do chest presses on the ball. I just don't think it's stable enough for heavy weight. I prefer the bench. You have scared me with your review of Tabatacise.

My entire body still have DOMS. I needed to rest.

I started the 30 day undulating rotation today. I was able to do the first two sets of chest presses at 30. I got 10 on the first set and 8 on the second. Then I dropped to 25 for the failure set. My form on chest fly is not the best so I used 20 lbs for those. I stayed at 25 for the incline chest presses. I was just too exhausted to push out more than 8 push ups at that time. The heaviest weight I have is 30 and I thought it was still perfect for the one arm rows. I noticed that Cathe dropped from 12 to 10 on the seated rear delts but I stayed at 12's because it felt fine to me. Those supermans were a pretty cool move. I was wondering what in the world we were going to do with those bands. I used 15s for the overhead press and that was good. I found the single arm rear delt fly at 8s to be a little light. I didn't change my weight but need to keep that in mind for next time.

I added on Core#1 since I had some extra time and may not have it later in the week when its scheduled. I finished it but definitely needed some breaks.

Toni---I don't like doing biceps on the stability ball either. It just doesn't feel right to me. I will do them sometimes and other times I will just do bicep curls and go a little heavier since i am not using the stability ball. I see you ordered the Vitamix. You must be excited. From reading the forum, people who own one absolutely love it.

Jennifer
BTW, did you get super hungry after the Tabata's you did? I felt like a bottomless food pit yesterday . Funny, I only get that way when I do intense cardio like hiit/tabata/intervals. With strength w/o's I'm hungry, but not ravishing.
You are KILLING IT with your w/o since 2013 started!
I had a hard time doing the (pizza press?) leg lifts w/the weight behind the leg. I used 3lbs and my tushy was burning .

Toni
I know when I do that 100RC with a 15lbs barbell, I am gonna get FRIED. Your UB strength is awesome . I would not dare want you to throw a punch at me ;).
I saw your post on OD about hunger. I only get that way when I do intense cardio like hiit/tabata/intervals. From what I've read on bodybuilding.com, do not be afraid to increase calories slightly with clean food, especially your protein.

Heartymax

OMG you and Toni are UB champs! I bow to your strength :D. I have the same weight as you for chest presses, as I also feel my form is not the best. I'm also scared to put strain om my shoulder. I can do 60lbs with chest presses only with my trusty barbell. Your #'s are so damn impressive .

Have a great day ladies!

Good morning ladies. No workouts for three days -- the neighbor was sick for them, I had stuff to do, and then Saturday I could have worked out but I was very upset because I got into a car accident Saturday morning. It was my fault which made me feel horrible. No one was injured and no cars were totaled but I still felt really really really bad. Anyway, last night was CBS. I caught another error in the manual and during the workout. There is the move that Cathe does on the ball where she does a motion kinda like lateral raises. The screen and the guide say Cathe is using 15lbs weights but she is really using 8lb ones. I am trying to make the corrections to my workout sheets whenever I see them. My DVD would not play in the DVD player....it just kept skipping. I have to investigate now whether the disc is bad or if the player is acting up. Right now, I think it's the disc. Thank goodness I had the downloads but it was still a bummer since they are brand new. I had that happen once before with LIC...the first copy I bought didn't work. Luckily, Amazon has a really good return policy!

Great job on the workouts everyone! You guys are really pushing hard since the New Year! Everyone is rocking the 100 RCs too. Way to go everyone!

Today was Legs...all parts, no rear delts. I forgot I am doing CBS tomorrow, so I didn't want to do rear delts today. Holy Leg!!!!! That leg workout is TOUGH. And who in the HECK said the standing portion was easy???? Holy crap my legs were on fire from all those pulses. Pulses always kill me. I got through all the reps but it was a struggle. I will not be increasing weight for now. And it only got worse. I was already scared of Barre work and for good reason  How does she keep that leg up there that long???? The only thing I did with all reps was High & Tights, but I'm sure that's becasue it uses two legs. All the one legged Barre moves require much more work!! The ball wasn't too bad, but I was already fatigued, so it was hard to stay on the ball. The chair was easier, but still hard. And then the floor....just kill me now!! I was only going to do that workout for four weeks, but I see me doing that for eight weeks because I don't think I'm going to master it in four...LOL!! I would like to be able to get through all reps for it before moving on. We will see. My legs are STILL on fire hours later. Tomorrow is going to be BAD

So after Bi/Tri my I don't have too many DOMS. My forearms are sore though, which doesn't surprise me. My forearms are weak, which limits what I can do with biceps so I'm glad they are getting worked.

HeartMax
Holy smokes your weights for chest are awesome. On my best day I can only do 15lbs on a chest fly. Hoping to get that better with XTrain!! I'm sure STS would have helped to if I had done that.

Stacie
Sorry to hear about the problems with the DVDs. Hope you get one that works.

Tasha
I think my upper body is a bit lacking in strength. Shoulders, chest, and triceps are weak. Back is better. And I don't feel like my biceps are strong because I have weak wrists and forearms. In short, it all needs work...LOL!! But that's ok, I'm enjoying the process.

Jennifer
I'm doing SG for the first time on Wed. I'm really looking forward to my beloved planks :)
