Enough said.

Toni
Ok girl, you have me wanting to do high step workouts. Kicker is I don't have a high step . Apparently, high step toppers do not exist in Canada . I can get a full high step on Amazon.ca w/4 risers + it comes with Cathe's High Step Circuit for $50 free shipping. What do you think? I really believe I will use it, and I don't mind the extra risers. When I do step-ups on a 12inch, I always think the extra few inches will make a difference. True?

Jennifer
I'm glad your shoulder is feeling better :). Good luck with TB tomorrow if that's what you chose to do.
Pumpkin is not my fav pie, but I do like it. My fav is blueberry :p:p. Oh, and all the other ones you mentioned too .

Tasha - I use my high step all the time. I actually bought as a sudo plyo box for doing P90X2. I had no idea about Cathe then, but I'm really glad I have it. I had an old Reebok step, but I got rid of it to get the club step. Never a regret.

Hi everyone!

Ok, so I've officially rated 4DS UB premix my fav heavy lifting program. It's a bit long, but man nothing has ever worked me harder! Not even STS believe it or not. I'm getting significantly stronger and have more muscle definition since starting my rotation last month. Previously, I struggled with low-end push-ups and yesterday I was able to complete most of them. My bi's, which are the weaklings of my muscle groups, managed to curl 18lbs dumbbell's! Not many of course, but I still did a few . I strive to curl 20lbs+ like Cathe one day. I'm also excited to match Cathe in 1 arm rows, 30lbs! BTW, I did this workout Wed and my UB is still sore today :D. I think I may be the only human on this planet that thrives on DOMS .

Yesterday's w/o was Step Moves + step/kickbox portion of Circuit Max. Total time 55min.

I'm excited about Xtrain! Those pics on FB are teasing me! I'm uber excited for Cardio Leg Blast since I looovvveee Plyo Legs. That Bear Crawl one is on Supreme 90-Day and Shed & Shred.

Stacie
You do know that I live in Canada right? (aka-Siberia :confused:). I can't order anything from the USA without getting hit hard by shipping and/or duty fee's. That high step would cost me well over $100 . So frustrating. Thank you very much for the link regardless. Very nice of you :)

Hi!!!

Have a good day fit ladies!

Hi Ladies!

This morning I did 40/20; I didn't take any extra breaks but man were my lungs on fire a couple times.

I did do the butt jumps over the step (thank you Tasha, you are my inspiration!) but I definitely didn't go fast as Cathe. By the end of the workout I didn't have the strength for the wide leg box jumps -- so instead of jumping both feet up and onto it for the wide jumps I only hopped onto it with one foot (alternating jumping legs) which made it do-able for me. I wonder if I should have actually done Squat Jumps instead. Humm...

Yesterday I did do the upper body of Turbo Barre - I will have to add some 1- or 2-lb wrist weights because the 5lbs aren't working me hard enough (except for the shoulders). YAY! It felt really good, though. I guess I was getting much stronger than I realized before my shoulder issue, and it's good to know that I haven't lost all of my endurance. I did have to rest for 1 rep during the shoulders but I don't think that's bad at all, considering.

By the way, I've been skipping the Fitness gym class for the last couple weeks but I did go to gym Wednesday night for a Yoga class . It was SO BORING, I'm not into the "ohm" thing at all, and I was SO glad when it was over, however it stretched me in places that I didn't realize were so tight so that's a good thing! I guess I will continue to go. Plus, another friend of mine takes that class and I met a couple other nice women.

I don't mind doing a yoga at home (either Jillian's Meltdown or Cathe's Relax) once a week on a weekend, but I think 2x/week would be better for me; the gym class won't interfere with my morning workouts so I feel like I will be gaining something rather than missing out.

Oh - yes, my eye is fine; it hurt on Monday for the day but on Tuesday it was only a bit bothersome.

Tasha, OMG, I was working on 20lb curls, too! I can only do 2 of them.

You've gotten SO strong - how awesome! Congrats on doing 18-lb reps, and rocking the low-end pushups:D

I think we all like at least some DOMS, but I would have to agree that you get down-right giddy about it:D That's so cool!

I like both the High Step workouts that I have, but I haven't done them in a while. No particular reason other than I just keep doing other things. That's another good thing about this forum group - we get reminded of other workouts.

Winery tomorrow - and the weather should be in the 80s! A nice change from the 50s as of late.
I best get to work. Have an awesome day, everyone!
Hi Stacie, Heartymax, and Toni:)

Good morning ladies! Last night was an attempt at RF: Full Body Strength and Conditioning. I was doing round three when I started to feel kinda dizzy so I had to stop the workout. Not good at all...I blame it on the TTOTM. I might try it again on Saturday....at least I got 20 minutes of something in.

My sister was super lucky and got a short call from my nephew. He said he was moved into an elite group because they had openings that they wanted to fill. He said that they were not doing well at all because some of the people in the group (like himself) were not qualified to be there. The Navy just put them there because they had openings. I have feeling that there is more to it than he believes. I kinda think that no one feels like they are doing well in boot camp until it's over with.

Natasha
I remembered that after I sent the link but I was hoping there was a Target Canada site (but there isn't!) :( Sorry!

I have been meaning to try that UB premix but I need to get to these Jari Love DVD's before the library wants them back. I actually have a lot of exercise DVDs from the library right now. Sometimes you request them and it takes weeks / months to get them so I requested a bunch. Unfortuantely, I received almost all of them immediately! Now I have to try to fix them in -- it is nice trying out new workouts for free though! :D

You are not alone in your love for DOMS. I love it too! Great job on the upper body work!

Jennifer
I came back to add in some words to you since we were posting at the same time! I absolutely adore hearing your comparisons between the exercise DVDs and the group fitness classes at the gym. It makes me feel like I am making the right decision in choosing that route.

It sounds like your shoulder is feeling better! Hooray! Great job in the 40/20 Hiit workout...I still don't know how you ladies do it!

The winery sounds awesome....just watch out for giant spiders crawling across the ceiling (like the one that jumped on me)....shudder!

Have a fantastic day everyone!

Hello all and TGIF!! Yesterday was Step. I have not done that in a long time. 1 hour of steady state cardio like that is totally different than a workout like CF. My steady state cardio endurance needs work!! Holy cow that workout is long.

Today was HC V2. Once again made small improvements. I am starting to see some results already. My middle is just more tight and solid. When I touch my oblique it's not all soft and mushy....there is actually some substance there :) My arms aren't really showing much visual results yet, but I can feel a slow burn in my arms after that workout. And it's not in any one place. It's all up and down my arm from shoulders to forearms. I am really interested in seeing what I will be able to do at the end of 8 weeks.

I have an announcement to make....for the past two weeks my weight has stablized at between 138-140, which is EXACTLY where I want it to be. And I've done it with only a 5 day a week workout schedule and not being totally obsessive about my diet. In terms of diet, I just make the healthier choice anytime I'm presented with a choice. Oh and no pop. I do have it like once a week or something, but not daily. I don't feel hungry and it has been easier than the past year of trying to figure out what to eat!! I'm super excited because I really feel like this is something I can actually maintain.

Stacie - I also stop any workout where I'm feeling dizzy or light headed. It's just not worththe risk of getting hurt. I hope you feel better.

Jennifer - I may have to get this HiiT DVD. I'm going to do CCC in my next months rotation, but after that I'll need another HiiT workout. Hope your eye and shoulder continue to get better.

Tasha - I am also excited about XTrain!! That Cardio Legs workout looks AWESOME!!

WE ARE GETTING TROPICAL FISH TODAY!!!! Wish us luck!!! I hope the little guys don't die prematurely :(.

Yesterday was a rest day. Today I'm slotted to do TB, but my UB is still sore! We'll see what I chose come 5pm.

Toni
Congrats on the results! Wow, that was fast! A tight mid-section is always welcomed for sure :)
And congrats on the weight stabilizing exactly where you want it to be. Eliminating pop makes a huge difference. Proud of ya :D.

Stacie
TTOTM is a pain . I hope you feel better today :).
I hope all continues to go well with your nephew.
You should do that 4DS UB premix...when you get a chance of course ;). It really is THE BOMB. Bad thing is it's too long, coming in at over 60min.

Jennifer
Congrats on doing 40/20 with no breaks and the butt kicks! I knew you could :D. BTW, in Plyo Legs, Cathe does the 1 leg alternating just like you did. Just so you know, great minds think alike ;).
WTG on increasing weights for TB! That's awesome .
I hope you had a good time at the winery :). Super, duper jealous!

Gotta jet! Have a good one folks!

Happy Sunday!

Yesterday - since I opened my big mouth and said that I thought Imax3 was easier than Imax2 - I had to try Imax3 again but this time I went to an 8" step height. Wow - I was gasping; it was SO hard; I had to take a few breaks, and I had to modify some of the blasts just to be able to keep going. Plus, my legs/calves were a bit sore when I woke up this morning.

So far today I haven't done anything; I may go ahead and take today off.

Thank you for wishing my shoulder well (and eye which is all better); it's a bit frustrating that my stupid shoulder is still bothering me at all since it's been over 2 weeks but the main thing is that it still is still getting better.

The winery was a lot of fun, the weather was perfect, and it was nice to be outside. I did over indulge and I won't let that happen again for a LONG time!

Tasha, Congratulations on your new tropical pets! How fun! How many did you get? I'll keep my fingers crossed that they stay healthy:)

I cannot believe your UB is still sore! My Gosh! I have that one on my To Do list for sure:D

It is good to know that Cathe did the 1 leg alternating, and thanks also for the kudos on the butt kicks and being ready to increase my weights in TB - I was pretty excited about that:)

Toni, that is awesome news about your middle and your weight! Glad to hear you've been able to do it by making wise decisions and keeping your workouts enjoyable:)

Stacie, OMG, I had totally forgotten about your spider story but - no joke - at the winery yesterday there was a small, furry black spider moving quickly on the table right in front of where I was sitting! I was going to shoo it away (after I kind of freaked) but my friend took off her shoe and smashed him/her/it! Good thing it wasn't very big or I would ended up with some spider guts on me or my wine glass or both! Personally I didn't think he/she/it needed to be squashed since it wasn't trying to jump on anyone but it was too late to do anything about it.

As for the gym, in addition to the workouts sometimes not being very good for possible various reasons another thing is that class times really can be hard to make. The best thing about the gym is the people:)

Sorry that the RF: FB S&C workout had to get cut short the other day (wise decision, by the way!); I hope you were able to give it another go and that it went well the 2nd time around:)

It's a relief to hear that your nephew is doing well and was even moved to an elite group!

I best get for now - I want to try to do some sort of workout... maybe some MMA just to get the heart pumping.

TTFN!

Hello. Today was CF. I wasn't sure I was up for doing it. I'm oncall for work and I was paged about five times between 1:30am and 6am. Didn't get good sleep at all. But I was able to sleep in until about 9am, so I decided to go ahead and try it. Glad I did. I was fine. I do not attempt to do that workout without rest. The moves require good form and I do not want to be to tired to execute with proper form. My balance with the crab kicks was a lot better. I still can't do as many as Cathe or as fast as Cathe, but they are getting better. I am amazed that I can do any solider planks at all at the end of that workout, but I do manage about half of them.

I just want to say for the record....I want Jai's body :) Holy cow does she look great!!

Tasha - how cool about the fish!! I hope it goes well for you. I'm hoping at the end of my 8-12 weeks of HC that I can seem some visible results in my core, but I think I'm quite a ways off from that.

Jennifer - IMAX 3 with an 8" step??? Are you INSANE...LOL!! That workout is difficult enough with 6". I do need to go back and visit that one though. I'm going to do CCC on my next four weeks of workouts, so maybe IMAX 3 after that. I do think IMAX 3 is harder than IMAX 2. Half of IMAX 2 is very very doable. Then the last half gets extremely challenging. Well that's how it goes for me anyway.

Tomorrow is HC. I'm going to move from V1 to V3 tomorrow. The 5lb body bar just doesn't seem heavy enough. And there are many moves where 8lb would be too heavy. It's just somewhat difficult for me to get the weights right in that one, so I'm going to move to V3. Besides, V3 is a bit longer and that has to be good!!

I am ALIVE in case you are wondering:eek: I just decided to take an unannounced week off. No checking the forum and no workouts. Tonight is my last night of this class and I spent last week working on my final paper that's due tonight. I finished it up Friday night and emailed it to my professor and got good feedback over the weekend, so I am all set!!

Toni---Sounds like you are getting good results with HC. You call them small improvements---but hey---in the midsection, I'll take it. How is the pregnancy coming? How much longer?

Jennifer---you are insane! I would need to be picked off the floor with Imax 3 on an 8 inch step. I can barely get through it on a 6 inch. Glad to hear that you the shoulder has recovered.

Tasha----you are getting so strong. How is Bella doing these days? Can you send me some butt kicks inspirations too. That move is tough. I modify and make the best of it. I know my moves are nothing like Cathe---but I do move.

Stacie---I agree with you. Your nephew is there because they definitely see potential in him. It is a great opportunity for him and he will do well. Glad that your sister got to hear his voice.

This weekend was so relaxing after finishing up my last paper. I have a presentation for work on Tuesday and that is it!!! Things are going to slow down for a bit. DH and I are both determined to get back to our normal routine. He enjoyed having his mom and sisters visit so he was pretty busy last week.

This morning was STS Chest, Shoulders and Biceps. That last end of 21's almost knocked me out.:D

Whew, busy weekend for me. Saturday we went to this cool aquarium called Big Al's (it was suggested on OD). The dude there suggested we get small, hardy tropical fish called Danio's just to start the cycle of the tank and bring good bacteria to it. I call them "sacrificial" fish :D. BTW, the fish we are getting are community tropical freshwater, not saltwater (too much $$ and too much work!) so no Finding Nemo's for Bella :(. Anyway, we got 3 and one of them died yesterday :(. I knew something was "off" as soon as we put the little guy in the tank; he was not really swimming or interacting well with the others. There is a warranty for 7 days, but no big deal since the fish were 3/$1.99. This Saturday we go back and get a few more, and so on, until we can safely have up to 15, including an algae eater. I can see why people get addicted to aquariums! It's fun! Although it was sad to see the little guy go down the toilet :(.

Sunday we went to Hamilton to visit DHs parents. Bella was a maniac trying to get everyone to chase her around. The whole family wonder how I do it, keeping up with her and such. It is VERY TOUGH! I have no clue where the energy for my Cathe's come from.

My workouts this weekend were: Saturday Turbo Barre premix (50min) + Intensity Bootcamp segment (oh how I love thee) total time 65min. Sunday was all the cardio segments from Circuit Max (no weights). OMG FUN FUN!

I just finished the Less Impact Premix from TTM. Did I mention I hate plank related stuff??? The S&G Tabata has plank jacks and mountain climber's . IDK, every time I get down there, I start swearing like a truck driver.

Heartymax
Good for you that you took a well deserved week away from the forums and your workouts. Sometimes the body and mind is just screaming for the break.
Bella is doing very good thanks for asking :) (knock on wood!).
Hope your week goes well.

Jennifer
:eek::eek: Imax 3 on an 8inch!!! And you say I'm a beast . I don't care that you modified the blasts, you still did it!!!
I'm sorry about your shoulder :(. Don't get discouraged, at least it's getting better every day, even if a little.
LOL, the winery sounds like my kinda place ;). I am a sucker for drinking a few too many glasses and then I swear I will never do it again, and then BAM! I do it again .

Toni
WTG on doing CF while in a semi-sleep deprived state :D. Congrats on the solider planks too! Those are killer!
Yes, Jai's body is incredible! I lover her, she's friggin' awesome .

Bye bye for now ladies!

It's Monday....that's about all I got!! That's exactly how my HC V3 workout left me this morning. It's approx 1pm and I'm STILL wiped out!! Holy cow do you use every inch of your body in that workout....and I modified!! And I'm sure that doing the workout the day after CF didn't help...hehe!! There were many moves that I had to modify or not do every rep of, but there were some that I felt surprisingly strong with. And if these workouts don't strengthen my hip flexor, then nothing will. That thing is on FIRE during some of those jumping moves. Sandra does one legged burpees and hops, but I'm still doing two legged ones. I can't do enough of the one legged ones to feel like it's worth it. I also feel like my entire back is getting stronger. Upper, middle, and lower. These workouts, combinded with the core work from CF, actually give me DOMs down the middle of my back. Which I have never had before. Also in my lats, which is another area that typically doesn't get sore.

Tasha - sorry about the one fish :( But I'm glad the overall project is going well. Fish tanks always seem like a lot of work to me, so I have shyed away from from having one. But I love to look at them!!

I did not realize that you disliked plank work so much. I suppose I haven't been paying enough attention ;) So I'll leave the airjacks to you and I'll do the plank work...deal?? Hehe....

HeartyMax - just four short weeks to the baby. We are trying to figure out how to handle when she goes to the hospital for delievery. We have four kids in the house. So we need to make sure that the other three are attended to while we are supporting Chelsea with the birth of the baby. I don't want her left at the hospital by herself, but I can't leave the others at home to fend for themselves either. Hopefully DH is not traveling when the time comes. Not sure if I've ever mentioned, but DH does travel for a living. He is technically supposed to be gone M-F and home on weekends, but he's not usually gone that much. And there are some weeks when his assignment is local. I can only hope the dates fall right for us.

Hi, Remember that the 16th is Boss's day in case you forgot.
My work team all pitched in $5 and got our boss a GC to a movie theater. She will be happy with that I think.

Tasha, is Boss's day celebrated in Canada?

Yesterday I ended up doing MMA Boxing - love that one; gets the heart pumping but it's not super hard, and I love the way the combos work the arms and the abs. I followed that with a premix of Yoga Relax just to stretch out really well.

I slept late today so I didn't get to work out:( I will appreciate a good workout even more tomorrow. It won't be Imax3 again! Yep - that was crazy hard:D

Heartymax! How nice to be able to get back into a routine; I bet you really enjoyed getting back into a workout, and you started out with a good one:)
Congrats on getting good comments back from your professor, too; hard work pays off.

Toni, it is awesome to hear how well the HC workouts are going for you! I can surely see how the 5lb would be too light but the 8lb might be too much. Um - yeah - CF the day before HC had to have been hard! Way to push though it, though:cool:

Tasha, How fun about the fish! I didn't realize that tropical could be freshwater (not just saltwater) so thanks for mentioning that. I hope Bella is okay about not Finding Nemo - I cracked up when I read what you wrote about that:D

Aw, that is sad about the one fish; I guess he just wasn't strong enough to make the transition.

I had forgotten about Bella's super energy. Maybe your workouts are actually what gives you the energy you need! They sure are a good way to deal with stress.

You are so funny - swearing like a truck driver! That just cracks me up but I am sorry to hear that there was so much plank work in the Low Impact premix.

I know, I know, sometimes those drinks just go down really smooth:eek:

I have Circuit Max - I will have to check out the cardio only premix.

Gonna get - it's dinner time. Later!

This morning was To The Max minus the short leg segment. That upper body/core really works the obliques. I love some of those moves. My abs are not as strong so I really needed a good ab workout. I got to make sure I am doing my abs several times a week. I did Butts and Gutts abs alot last year. DOn't want to lose all that hard work.

Natty---I had no idea that you hated plank work either. You are a super woman and seemed to like most challenging moves. You keep us inspired to try those workouts we have collecting dust so let us INSPIRE YOU----get down a do 2 minutes of plansk:D.

Jennifer---a movie GC is a very nice gift.

Toni---DOMS in the back sounds like fun. I'll take some of those too.

Hi everyone

Because of the death of 1 fish prematurely, we went out and got 3 more Danio's. The 2 left in the tank were getting super aggressive, and I read that Danio's need to be kept in a school of 4 or more to be happy and peaceful. I'm such an animal lover that I could not let the 2 little guys (which I believe are females, actually) "fight to the death". We have 5 now swimming nicely all around :). I will send you guys a pic, they are quite lovely.

Yes, for anyone wondering I [insert F word here] hate plank related exercises: plank jacks, mountain climber's or any type of plank climbers, ect. Oddly enough, I don't mind the actual plank or side planks which Yoga has tons of. Burpee's are ok as long as I'm not doing them repeatedly for an extended period of time. The dread of plank exercises has me avoiding Afterburn often. I would love that workout if the plank stuff did not bombard it . That's why I love high impact: NO PLANK EXERCISES!!! I'm hoping Cathe DOES NOT put too many plank exercises in her new Low Impact Hiit or Tabata. Yes, I'm whiny about plank gosh darn it!

Heartymax
OHHH I love the core/UB segment from TTM! I agree, core loses the appeal real fast if not worked. You'll get there no prob ;).
HA, sorry to disappoint about hating plank stuff. I'll do them cuz' yes they challenge me, BUT I DON'T LIKE IT ONE BIT. But I AM a fan of push-ups ;).

Jennifer
Yes, Boss's Day is celebrated here. I am the boss of my household and yet no one even gave me a lousy coffee mug ;):D.
I love MMA Boxing for all the things you mentioned :).
Way back before I had Bella, I swore A LOT. It was sooo bad . I've toned down, but I do say the occasional "bad word". Bella calls seagulls a**holes after she heard me calling them that . I know, I'm not a good mommy :D.

Toni
HC sounds brutal! It's so great you are challenging yourself with something as tough as HC. And yes, I can do the air jacks if you promise to do plank jacks :D.
Fish are not that hard actually. The initial cost and set-up takes $$ and time, but that all depends on how big your tank is, what kind of fish you want, ect. I have a 15gal, so it does require a bit more work, but most people have upwards of 30+gal!! Did you know watching fish lower your BP?? It's true, I look at them and I'm serene.

Stacie
HI !!!

Ok, gotta jet! Have a good one fit ladies!

Good morning everyone. Sorry I have been absent. I spent the past 3 or 4 days dealing with severe headaches. There were no workouts -- heck I didn't even walk the dog which almost NEVER happens. I feel better today. I think I was fighting off some sinus thing. I did feel up for a workout yesterday but I was caught up bucketing water out of the washer that the apartment complex maintenance supposedly fixed. Tonight I will definitely get one in. I guess I will be doing week 4 of Rushfit again for the third attempt. Very frustrating...

Yesterday I received two letters from my nephew! It was so exciting to get them. Poor thing though...he said that I am the only one who has written him. I know my mom sent him one and my sister sent him one but I guess he hadn't gotten them yet when he wrote my letter. I don't know why his dad's side hasn't sent him anything -- especially since his uncle was in the Army and know how hard boot camp can be. I felt sad for him again because he said that he had been getting depressed because no one had written him. Thank goodness he is finally getting my letters!

Natasha
So sorry to hear about the fish! It's always sad when one of them passes. I have two tropical fish -- a parrot fish and a shark (a.k.a. catfish). To be honest, I didn't want either of them. They were bought for Tyler and now we are stuck with them since now that we have them I don't want them to die. I am just lazy and hate cleaning in the tank! :)

How does Bella like her new pets?

The less impact premix made me swear too with the mountain climbers. What is about them on the discs that make them so dang hard? I don't mind planks so much though. I am realizing that I hate pushups (which is funny though since I am part of this check in). They make me feel like a failure -- I always want to do more than I am capable of doing. I don't know how many Rushfit as in those workouts...I know they scattered through the program.

Toni
HC sounds like such an awesome workout! I am glad you are loving it (and hating it ;)). How exciting that the baby is almost here! How is your step daughter feeling?

I have been envious of Jai too. She always looks amazing...there was one workout (I can't remember which one) where I thought she looked even better than Cathe. I don't know how she smiles through all those workouts.

HeartyMax
Way to go on getting the class finished up and getting back into the workout groove! Awww....Butts and Guts. It's been awhile since I have broken that one out. Such a good workout too...no wonder you got some great abs from it.

Jennifer
We are lucky...we have never been expected to get our boss anything on boss's day. Maybe I should since the end of year reviews are coming up! Haha...just kidding!

Nope...Imax 3 is harder than Imax 2. I feel the impact is higher too. But, I did like the music better.

Have a great day everyone!

Hi people! You're my favorites to talk shop with. I'm glad to be here:cool:

This morning I did Lower Body Blast.
I thought about doing Butt Bible but decided to do that one later in the week. I'm still thinking about which workout to do tomorrow.

Tash, I thought it was very sweet of you to get some more fish. Certainly it would be horrifying especially for Bella to see the two fish fight 'til the death!
Having said that, the occasional cuss word certainly doesn't label you a bad mom. It's not like you're teaching her to say it on purpose:D It is pretty funny that Bella renamed the seagulls; she'll learn not to use bad words.

Are the fish giving Bella something to do?

Stacie, I am so sorry to hear about your headaches! Sinus headaches are so close to migraines in that nothing seems to help and they do last for days, and they can develop into full-blown migraines. I'm glad you're finally feeling better... only to deal with the washing machine! My gosh! I hope your workout is super-powered from all that frustration;)

BTW, I also like the music in both Imax2&3 (more so in Im3) but there comes a point in Im3 where I don't even hear it because I'm gasping.

Heartymax, sounds like a good workout, and your abs and glutes will thank you for it:)

Hi Toni how is your DOMS today?

Gotta log off - have an awesome day:)

I must admit that it feels totally awesome to check in this morning and know that I just finished my 3rd workout for the week and it is Wednesday. It seems like lately, it would have been Friday or Saturday before I got in the
3rd workout. I feel great! Just finished STS Back and Biceps and topped it off with the stability ball segment of Butts and Gutts. My abs are on fire. Those exchange balls really get down in there.

Stacie---a letter from your nephew must have been exciting. People just don't write letters anymore but is our military troops still appreciate and value them. Hope things are going well for basic camp.

Natty----I have to agree with you on the mountain climbers. I hate those things and can't ever manage the speed or the amount that Cathe or even Jillian does. Hope Bella is enjoying her new pets. So you are loving push ups these days. Me too----when I am consistent and seeing strength gains, I feel so proud.

Jennifer---any problems with the shoulder this week?

Good morning and happy Wednesday!
Afterburn was my choice of adrenaline this morning, and I'm going to a yoga class tonight... unless traffic is just awful and I don't make it on time (it's supposed to start raining later today).

Heartymax, Glad to hear you're feeling great and energized, no doubt looking great, too;) You have a lot to feel good about that's for sure:D That is so cool:cool:

As for my shoulder, I'm having many more good days than bad days and the bad days are not as frequent nor is the pain as bad as it was at first:) Thanks for asking.

TTFN ladies; have an awesome day!
