How about STS for over 50?
Well I have been reading this thread and been dreadfully holding my thoughts in my chest!!
As cathe would say: Quit your moaning, JUST DO IT DO IT!!!
Sorry I am not going to say what some want to hear ;-)
Don't get me wrong, I love being challenged, especially by Cathe. However that doesn't mean that I'm not going to do it or complain sometimes while I'm doing it. I'm only human. For the record, I did every push-up.
Thanks Justine for giving me one more reason to look forward to getting older! Hee hee.
