I did Muscle Max last night and Kick, Punch, Crunch this morning. I also did some pushups. I am now up to 17 on my toes!

Janie Great job on Supersets and your walk! Yes it felt good to sleep in yesterday but today it felt good to get up and work, work! That’s double work: one for KPC and one for actual work !
Cheryl Great job on STS! Yep I got MM in last night. I think resting helped me improve on this one. I didn’t increase my weights this time but I felt really strong and was able to complete all reps at full intensity. Guess I will be bumping up the weights next time!
