Just did this one in its entirety for the first time and yowza, that was TOUGH, not so much cardio-wise but for the sheer burning in my muscles. I think I read somewhere on this forum that somebody found this workout easier than Supercuts. Um, may I say, NOOOOO WAY? Supercuts is a walk in the park compared to this one, even with Supercuts' 6-set push-up and full sit-up section. Something about the sequencing just killed me, and that shoulder and tricep section had me close to tears of agony: ouch! Definitely need to get better at this one!
