Today I did Pedal Power Premix timesaver #1, 40 minutes, 9.3 miles, 280 calories. I then did 21 Day Fix Extreme Yoga, 32 minutes, 70 calories. Total time 72 minutes, 350 calories. I am feeling quite a bit better. My neck is still swollen and tender but not so tender as it was yesterday.
Laura, I usually put my high step topper or maybe a couple of risers under it just in case I need some assistance with pull up. I have a bit of dread for it after injuring my rotator cuff and my doctor saying it puts the shoulder in a vulnerable position. I tend to avoid them. Pus it affects my neck as well. I have been doing a lot of just seeing what hurts and what I can and need to do lately. I have found if I do some stretching at night that is not real aggressive that I seem to have a lot less aches during the night and when I wake up in the morning.
Doreen, I got rid of some pilates workouts like 10 minute solution, an old MTV one and some Yoga booty ballet or whatever that was called that had pilates in it. Then P90X3 came with one and I sort of liked it and how it worked the core. Then one of the reason that I wanted 21 Day Fix Extreme was the yoga and the pilates that used the tubing with it. That one is a nice one for core and the back side of the legs and glutes. I hope that you enjoyed Chisel Balance. There are some really good workouts in that program.
Belinda, nice work on the Lower Body Blast premix. I was thinking that I should do the leg conditioning drills with Kelly's Split sessions lower body
