Let's chat at 11am if you are around :-)

Hi Cathe,

Just wanted to say congratulations on finishing the filming!:) It's been so exciting to see all the blog pictures, and I can't wait for STS to come out -- even though my muscles are already getting sore just thinking about it! }( It's such a wonderful, exciting project, and there really is nothing like it! The only bad thing about all the blog updates is that it's making it *really* hard to wait!;-)

Some people on the forums have been talking about the best way to get ready and in shape for STS, and several people have said that they were going to try to lean out their body fat before starting STS. Do you have any recommendations for how to prepare for it?

Cathe,

Congrats on the filming!!! What a feeling you all must have!!!! I hope to catch a Wednesday class with you soon as long as you promise to keep the dinnerware out of the workout!! The only thing paper plates should ever hold are ribs, chicken, and corn on the cob!!!

Hop you get a chance to relax for a bit and celebrate a tad, you deserve it!!

RE: I'm In!

Thanks Cathe...

I tend to use whatever grip you use in the video I am working out with on that day.. I will keep the variety and alternate!

Hi Chris....how cool to hear from you in Greece! Such a small world we live in and I love that we can all connect like this :7 . Thank you for your kind words and I can't wait to get STS in your hands. It's still a bit of time away but we are moving on it very steadily. Enjoy your day and thanks for stopping by :)

Hey Cathe!

I just wanted to say congratulations to you and your crew on being done with filming! We know how hard you all worked to get this done in a timely fashion. So do you have any special plans to "treat yourself" after this project is completed? If you don't, you should make some cause you certainly deserve it! :)

Thanks for all you do!:*

Cathe, almost forgot...any advice for those of us who really shouldn't do dead lifts?? Any decent alternate exercises??

Thanks!

Thanks Jamaicagirl! Yes, we are loving the rest today...we need it. Your screen name is so cute. I can't help but think Jamaica Me Sweat everytime I see your screen name :7 That was the title of a workout a while back. Remember it? Thanks for popping in.

That is so great Laurie. Don't you love when you have a good run. Starts the whole day off on the right foot (quite literally....LOL). Enjoy and thanks for popping in.

It is a VERY small world!!! I am really enjoying this connection we have here in the forum not only through the workouts but almost on every topic in our everyday lives! (even though I became a Cathe-ite just last October...)

In any case "Good things come to those who wait"!!!

:)

Hey! Congrats on the end of filming. I bet that's a relief. We are so excited around here and appreciate all the time that is spent keeping us updated all the time.

My big news to brag about is that I did all of Imax 3 without any modifications. I never thought that would happen.

Thanks again for your commitment to excellence. I find myself striving for bigger and better things in life - with you as an example.

Ben

Hi Cathe!
I can't wait for this set. Since the birth of my 2nd little girl 2 years ago, I have been struggling to get back to my workout routine & I'm hoping I'm finally there (it's rough at 5:30 am!)
Do you know how long in advance of the DVDs we will have access to the program manager software to start planning out our max weights etc so that, if needed, we can stock up on more dumbells & barbell plates ;)
Thanks!
Lynne

**PS** Goal is to be at the 2009 Road Trip!

HI Cathe!

I have pre-ordered STS but I'm not a big lifter. I have a hard time building muscle and strength. Can you re-assure me that I'll still be able to do all the workouts? I know working against my 1RM will help me pick the best/right weights for me. But my concern is that some of the exercises don't use weights and assume a certain level of fitness (like the ab circuits). Will you have some alternatives for those of us not as buff as you?

Hi Leanne! There is nothing at all you need to do to prepare for it. It is all laid out in the order in which is most beneficial. Phase one..muscle endurance for 4 weeks. This establishes and improves muscle endurance and overall muscle conditioning while burning serious fat and calories. It also sets the foundation in that it prepares the joints, tendonds, and ligaments for the next two phases which get heavier and heavier. Your gonna love it :7

You are so funny Jerry! Hope to see you soon again on a Wednesday. I had to get a few of them covered this last month so I'm looking forward to getting back to my regular routine.

HI Cathe!! It's great to see you on the forums again. I missed you!:) I just got my kids off to school (another hectic morning it's only 8:30 here.)

I don't have a question....just wanted to congratulate you on the completion of your filming! How exciting to have that behind you now. I'm really looking forward to this series.

Hope to see you again on the next roadtrip :)

Thanks, Cathe! I'm so excited about it! In the meantime, thanks to all your wonderful workouts, I've lost 15 pounds in the last six months and have put on some muscle. Thanks for all your motivation and inspiration -- and for all the hard work you do for us! Hope you can take some time to relax after all that grueling filming!:)

Hi Cathe! Great job on finishing the filming! High Five to You!:7

If you're still here, I'm curious about details on the weighted vest? Can you add weight to it? I love the looks of it and it doesn't look like it would be too "hot" compared to the full vest I see in stores!

Again, Congrats on finishing up with your filming! Have a great day!

Not to worry Cindi! Every workout you are encouraged to work at your own level of fitness. You will feel NO COMPETITION at all in this series. Just pure inspiration to bring out YOUR maximum potential. As far as ab circuits. You have so much variety. You just do what you can do and modify the rest. You will find some workouts longer, some shorter, some harder, some easier, some traditional, some non-traditional. The partner bonus does not take away from your individual med ball workout (which btw, you can easily sub a hand weight for on the individual med ball workout). There is only one short vertical ball toss in the individual workout which you would obviously not toss your weight rather lift it straight up high (still feeling it...perhaps even more :) )
