Just Finished Filming Three New DVDs

Cathe,

You are amazing!! Thank you sooo much! The DVD's look great! Cannot wait to meet you!!! I will see you Friday morning at your advanced step class. Woo hoo!!

Hi Cathe - congratulations on your new DVDs and on reaching a larger customer base! They look fantastic, and you and Cedie look so cute on those DVD covers! I think even those of us who are working at an advanced level of fitness could benefit from having DVDs like these because you never know when we'll have to recover from an illness or injury and will need to take it easy for a while. :) Thanks so much for keeping us updated - you've been working hard and deserve a big pat on the back! :D

Oh Cathe, you are so awesome! Thank you for keeping us "advancies" in mind even as you expand your customer base!

I'm really looking forward to the weight workout with the stability ball. I know you said you tested it with 8 and 10 lb weights but I was wondering if we could go even heavier and still be able to do the workout safely.

Congratulations on all your success!

Cathe,

WOW! so excited about these DVDs...even though I consider myself a high intermediate / advanced exerciser, I absolutly love any and everything you put out. I love my basic step/body fusion DVD just as much as my Intensity Series. They are not only great for beginners who could seriously benefit from your programs, but also great for cross training, recovery days, returning from injury/illness, and even sharing with friends new to fitness! I will definitely be purchasing these DVDs...actually, they would be great for a quick energizing fitness program that I can do in my dorm room and alternate that with my gym workouts. It's nice that these programs allow me to take you to school with me because I don't have to lug around too much equipment back and forth from home...but I get my Cathe fix! Thanks for all of your hard work...it's so exciting to see how your fitness business is expanding, I talk you up all the time. Best of luck and I can't wait till your next advanced series! Keep 'em coming :)

This is really excellent news! Thanks to you, Cathe, I have fallen in love with working out again. Your enthusiasm is truly contagious - I'd love for you to do an infomercial!!! It's wonderful that you will be able to reach so many more people - you are so genuine and fun.

Best wishes,
Liz

Cathe,

Ditto on everything that has been said. It is sooo nice to see a class act!

Kudos to you, your staff, and your incomparable crew!:)

Wow Cathe!

You are a busy little bee, aren't you? The road trip and three new DVD's!

I almost wish I were a beginner. But I do have someone in mind who will appreciate them...Thanks

Congrats!! How exciting that you'll now be reaching out to a whole new crop of home exercisers :)

Your work touches a lot of lives. I'm so happy for you on this latest endeavor.

See you Friday!

Woo hoo!

As far as the cardio/weight DVD premixes go, how about a cardio/lower body premix where you do each blast twice, just to up the intesity a bit, something like the following:

Step Combo 1
Blast 1
Blast 1
Squats
Lunges
Step Combo 2
Blast 2
Blast 2
Squats
Lunges

I also like the weight premix suggestion of doing two sets of everything.

This is excellent news! I'm so excited for beginner/intermediate level exercisers! How truly professional of you, Cathe, to address their needs.

I really like Jillybeans idea! Have a few blasts back to back, followed with leg exercises, back to step and blasts again.
Keeping the recovery periods short like in IMAX3, or less if the blasts are easier.

I would also like a challenging, circuit premix that includes blasts and each exercise of the total body sculpt alternated.

Thank you for considering our suggestions!

Thanks Cathe! I am looking forward to these for my 4AM workouts when your others are too much for me to handle! Great ideas for the pre-mixes and that you designed these so that they can be made more instense as desired.

Anxiously awaiting the pre-sale and more info on a release date!

I think the premixes sound fine, as long as there are plenty of chapters--as per usual. I was also wondering how these compare to the Basic Step/Body Fusion workouts--is the intensity & pacing the same, easier or harder? I'm hoping they're about the same. The stretch routines sound good, too. I hope to hear an announcement for a new fun advanced series sometime soon, too. Thanks, Cathe!

I think the premixes and such that you mention, Cathe, sound perfect! These will be great for me after the baby as I have been pretty lazy so far and will need to start back up slowly.

Thanks so much for thinking of us loyal fans and offering us a deal outside of the kit. You guys are great!

Hi Cathe!

These look absolutely wonderful! Ditto what everyone else has said with my own two cents...

Even though I do more of the advanced workouts, I still go back and use the "easier" beg/intermediate ones to either just mix it up or make myself slow down.(I have a tendency to overtrain sometimes) The really fantastic thing about your DVDs is the choice of the chaptering and the premixes. They are the best and so versatile that whatever you choose can be used by all!

I'm looking forward to the sales (I'm just going to have to budget them in darn it.)

Hi Jeni! They are similar in intensity to Body Fusion but just a shorter workout. You can also easily make this more intense by adding a lift to a move (ie: up up lunge you can actually lift on the lunges vs staying low impact....over face in over you can actually lift vs staying low....abduction repeater lifts vs staying grounded etc.)

How fun that you're combining two of my absolute favorites -- Cathe workouts and Target :) -- actually, I'd probably order on-line since I don't need the equipment, but still fun to see that you are partnering up with Target. Maybe you could come up with a workout clothing line with them -- I noticed they were hardly carrying any Mossimo (only one small rack) when I was there the other day. Not that I want you to be distracted from producing workouts, but just another Target thought.
