This looks like SO much fun. I didn't think I'd be interested in this series, as I really like the word 'advanced', LOL, but I can't wait to do this. ... I am looking forward to Cathe's suggestions on how to program these into an advanced workout routine. THANKS, Cathe!
 
It's easy to get hung up on words like "intermediate" and "advanced". They mean different things to different people. In our gym we don't label classes by level of hardness and everyone does just fine. No matter what your fitness level you need to train and periodize your workouts by constantly changing your exercise intensity and volume. If you don't, your body will adapt and you will plateau.
