Fit BIt did terrible again. I cannot believe I was checking while doing cardio and it said 68. Then after the Hiit pyramid it was doing the same thing and after I sat down to put it in the workout manager I noticed my heart rate was 87 just sitting.
Workout was Cathe Live 101 Step and pump doing the warm up and step and blasts this time, 33 minutes, heart rate 112/156, 3,262 steps. I then did Perfect 30 bonus Hiit pyramid cardio 13 minutes, 50 calories, 2,059 steps, heart rate 97/141 ( did modify the jumps off and on the step) . I had to check my grandson and zoom and came back up and did Ice Low Impact Sweat #2 step as I wanted to see if the Fitbit would work any better after removing, wiping and putting it back on. This was 22 minutes as I skipped the warm up, 77 calories, heart rate 100/134, 77 calories,1,622 steps. I finished with Icy Core #2 15 minutes, 21 calories, heart rate 89/97, 56 steps.
Total time was 83 minutes, 298 calories, 5,999 steps. This is ridiculous if you ask me. That is what my strength workouts used to look like, not cardio.
Debbie, I don't think that I will ever buy a Fitbit again. Stepped Up Bootcamp is a good choice. It looks like you are having the same problems that I am. I distinctly saw even lower heart rates showing up on the watch. I think it is all craziness. The biopsy came back positive for my friend. They set her up to go to an oncologist today. They gave some names of what type it was with numbers which neither of us understand. She should find out today. She said her doctor said treatable when talking to her so praying it is early enough. She said she had no lumps when I asked how long it had been since she noticed it.
Belinda, nice work as usual today. I probably shouldn't be doing the high impact. My arthritis doctor never gives much guidance when it comes to what I do. I just told him that I workout and have had to modify the jumping and a work out differently. He only asked what hurt and how I make my neck feel better and am handling it as that is my main painful area. My knees are not bothering me right now and I find that I can do a high impact workout once in awhile. Otherwise I do a lot of modifying moves. I have spent time reading up on what should and should not be done and high impact is one that should not be done. I know you cannot do it. I used the edge of the rebounder the other two times I did the high impact perfect 30 and used it for some of the jumping moves. This was the first time I have done it the way Cathe does. She does give a couple of modification ideas during the workout, but not many.
