I did SBF D18 Ciruit Style Barre Cardio + Knee Dancing Target is done. I will do Cathe Live once it's live.

Diane - that is weird your doctor doesn't tell you much about high impact workouts. My doctors all remind me not to jump around with my knees unless I want a knee replacement soon. They always remind me to keep everything low impact. If I even try to do some sort of impact, my knees don't like it. I can't hardly walk afterwards. No thank you! Great job! BTW, I still haven't don P30 High impact, lol. I am having so much fun with CL.

Roselyn - great job on BB. Did you sign up for BOD?

This morning I did a Max Trainer workout and a RAW workout.

I did Max Power 14 with Taylor and had a pretty good workout. This one was fun, it had intervals of 15 second sprints and the incline went up with each sprint from 4 to 6 and had a 55 second rest period. We did this 4 times through. I did the warmup to RAW Heavy Bag & Cardio.

Workout was 20 minuts, burned 83 calories (MT said 160 so WTF?), went .45 miles and did 1207 steps. HR was 98/135.

Then I did RAW Box & Tone and I really love this one, it is fun. I know it well enough that I don't even have to listen to what comes next. I did not use my soft weights this time. Knots are back but not bad yet.

Workout was 30 minutes, burned 176 calories, have no clue what my steps were and HR was 114/147.

My FB is still not syncing with my phone. I was on a live chat with tech support yesterday and we did a million things and nothing worked. I ended up wiping out my watch and reloaded it and after having a hell of a time trying to get it to connect to my phone, it finally installed it. But since noon yesterday I haven't been able to get it to sync. I bought a new Samsung phone on Amazon, an S8 which I know is compatible with the FB. I think something happened to my bluetooth on my phone because I can no longer connect to my car either. It said I won't receive the new phone until Tuesday but I hope it gets to my house before that day. It was a Prime phone so why wouldn't I get it by tomorrow? Why on earth do we pay for Prime?

Anyways, I need to see if there is a way to upload my FB stats to my FB account on my computer. I thought you could hook it up with an USB cable but I'm not sure. I will look into it. I don't want to lose 6 days of steps and workouts.

Belinda - That BC workout I did yesteday was fun, you will love it. Can you do step workouts with your knee issues, though? Great job with your workout this morning!!

Diane - I agree about the FB, just very frustrating. I'm praying for your friend, I hope her treatments won't be too bad. Did you like the Step and Pump workout you did yesterday?? Was it fun? Does it use weights?

Debbie - I still haven't done CL, they Live workout isn't working this morning :( Maybe I will do the BC one you did yesterday. I don't use a step anymore, my knees can't handle it. I do all Cathe's step workouts on the floor. At least, I don't have to worry about tripping over the step, lol. Great job this morning.
 
I ended up taking yesterday and today off. I did yard work all day on Tuesday and I got a spasm in my low back and hip area, I have been hurting pretty bad. Today I woke up feeling better but I didn't want to irritate it more so I am forcing myself to rest. I have the house keeper coming today so I have a lot to do to clean up so she can clean :) I don't want to pay her to clean up clutter, I just want the house clutter free so she can really clean. More rain coming in tonight so I am sure it is going to totally ruin my yard again :(Well, hopefully it isn't windy this time.

I am doing really good on my diet and I am finally fitting into things that were just too tight to wear before. I have a ways to go but at least I know it is working this time. You just "cannot out train a bad diet!" Right!! I completely stopped drinking alcohol 30 days ago and that has done wonders for my skin and weight.

Today I did Cathe Live #331 Opposites Attract,62 minutes (56 actual), heart rate 87/114, 1,024 steps, 112 calories. I then did Walk Strong 3 Total Body Stretch, 19 minutes, 20 calories 52 steps. Total time 81 minutes 133 calories, 1076 steps. Kelly filmed a hi/lo workout that she said would be put up on Raw the first part of the February.

Belinda, I was checked to see if the new CL was up this morning too. Will have to try another day since it is lower body barre. For whatever reason my knees do not hurt like they used to. I really work on keeping up with my extra supplements. I Know that helps and I do have to give them a break from that type of work, I cannot do it a lot or I will start to notice it. I used to sit down and my knees would give out on me. I still feel off if I sit a lot though. I am guessing that my knees are better because I have lightened up on the weights some and the impact.

Debbie, I have a Samsung S7. Mine has syncing problems, but it does sync eventually. Weird that bluetooth stopped working. I would think that you could upload to the app. You could probably enter what is on your phone yourself instead of sync. I have manipulated my workouts that show between mfp and fitbit on the computer app. all of these devices are so annoying.

Doreen, that is amazing that she just makes up the workouts as she goes.

Jolie, sorry that you had spasms. It was a wise move to have some rest time.
 
This morning I did CL #126 - Timesaver Step Groove and had a good workout. This was fun, but a lot of turning, which I don't have much room for and i get really dizzy. I just did all the moves forward and that worked out well. It was fun, she did some really fun combos in this one.

Workout was 36 minutes, burned 228 calories, did 3802 steps and HR was 119/165.

So the pain in my left side is back again, everything from my shoulders blades, upper shoulder and tricep hurts bad today. I have made the very hard decision to stop lifting weights altogether and no kickboxing for at least 3 weeks. I may take this as long as 6 weeks, just to see if this issue will go away and heal. I was doing good after my active rest week, nothing hurt and I started lifting and working out hard again. Now I'm back to square one. I'm tired of it. I want to get an xray but I want to eliminate as much as possible. If this goes away in a couple weeks, then it's not a bone issue. If it's muscular, I'm not sure what else to do other than let it heal. I would like to see a sports doctor to see why it takes so long for my muscles to heal. Maybe they can direct me somewhere that will help. I'm going to keep a daily log on how my body feels each day as I do this. My only workouts will be walking on my treadmill and possibly some cardio that does not include boxing. Kelly, I will miss your workouts!!! :( I have to do something, though. I am constantly in pain.

Belinda - Nice job with Ramped Up Bootcamp, sounds like a good one. Not sure if I've done that one yet?

Jolie - Glad your diet is going well, that is the key to losing weight. I have been eating vegan for a while now and I feel like I'm gaining weight. Not sure what that's all about!!?

Doreen - Great workout!

Diane - I ended up charging my S7 phone that Istill have and my FB synced with that fine. I can't wait to get my new phone, hopefully the S8 is just as good with syncing. I don't know how to manually enter FB information, where would you do that? I looked into uploading stats to my Fb dashboard on my computer but you need a dungle to do that. I think I will be good to go when I get my new S8. How is your shoulder and neck doing? I'm still battleing this and getting really sick of it.

Debbie, I still am having the same off and on problems too. Struggling with my Fitbit as we speak. I started a step workout and got to the water break and stopped it. Lousy reading with 103 as average and I kept looking at it with numbers below 100. Then it would not sync so turned watch and cell phone off and on. Rebooted tried to sync and no it did not sync. So did it again and it finally did sync. Go to your dashboard and click more at the bottom of your workouts and it takes you to a page where you can edit etc. each workout. Steps show there as well. Hopefully that works for you.

Debbie - I wanted to do CL #295 - Stepped Up Bootcamp, ended up doing the wrong BC workout yesterday. Anyway, it was fun! I will do that #295 next week. Great job this morning.

Diane - I am so sorry your Fitbit is still causing your problems. Maybe call Fitbit customer service? When I had my Fitbit I had problems with that thing too. Their customer service is amazing.

Check in and then I need to go help do math. I wanted at least 300 calories, but I am not going to push more to try to get Fitbit to give me another 14 calories :mad: I was so hungry yesterday and my devices said I was over calorie budget because Fitbit has me so low on my calorie burns. I am down again to 108 I want to put some weight on.
Today I started with Cathe Live #279, Express your step and finally gave up at 16 minutes when they took a water break, 64 calories, heart rate 103/125, 1,492 steps.
I then did Coffey Fit Raw Step 2 (after rebooting watch and cell phone) 41 minutes, heart rate 117/155(better), 184 calories, 3,713 steps.
I finished with Step Boss Abs #2 10 minutes 19 calories, heart rate 85/91, 175 steps and Ripped with Hiit Abs #1, 10 minutes, 19 calories, heart rate 88/102, 141 steps. Both I forgot what they entailed. Quite a lot of planks and plank jacks etc. Kind of hard on the shoulders. TOTAL TIME 77 minutes, 286 calories, 5,521 steps.

Debbie, it always seemed to me that when I set up another cell phone that my Fitbit stats were all up to date and there. It has been awhile though. I hope the break takes care of every thing. I felt better when I was sick and not doing much. I have lowered the boxing workouts, but they are really calling out to me. I am getting bored with trying to be careful and then Cathe always does something that taxes the shoulders in her workouts. I really don't know what to do as I know what part of my problem is and I cannot cure the arthritis problems and space in my spine. Muscles I can help though.

Belinda, nice work getting arms and abs in today.
 
Debbie - are you measuring your food? I started doing the 21 Day fix container last week. Too early to say if it's working. I pretty much measure all my food during the day. No calorie counting. It's all done for you based on your weight you get so many containers. I am following the 21 DF group on FB. It's pretty much clean eating.

Jolie - glad you cleaned up your diet and seeing results. Keep up the good work.

Today I had an excellent workout, Chest and Triceps done. I did Caroline Girvan's 45 minute Chest and Triceps with some core. Workout was 45 seconds on, 45 seconds on Super Set, 30 seconds rest. I did so many Chest Presses and Chest Flies I can barely move my arms :) I love these workouts because the rep count is high so I really only need to use lite weights. She uses the same weights for chest and the same weights for triceps the entire workout, I had to drop the weights down towards the end or I would never be able to do 45 seconds of work. Caroline is in excellent shape, she motivates me a lot. I love there is NO talking during the workouts, there is a box that shows you what is coming next so I can play my own music. I love that I can, it makes working out more fun.

Debbie, sorry to hear about your issue getting worse. I would look into a Phasha (not sure how to spell it) specialist and try one time getting the corded tissue broken up, until you do it may never get better. It sounds like what my husband had called Frozen Shoulder and he got his from golfing. A couple of sessions and he was good to go but boy was it a process to figure out what the problem was. Unless you have an injury my Chiro says 90% of the time is is Phasha. Athletes really struggle with it and that is why they have round the clock therapy. I hope you feel better soon and get back to doing what you love most, lifting. I will start walking on the TM too, I will do Caroline's workouts along with BB and walk so we can motivate each other. Remember years ago something like this happened to you and you started only doing yoga? Maybe do some of that again? PS, I am not telling you what to do, I am just giving you my opinion, i dont want to come off bossy. I know you know your body better than anyone, I know how frustrated you must be.

Belinda, great workout today. I am glad you are enjoying the boot camp workouts. I am enjoying no impact at the moment but I am not sure how long that will last :) I have the 21 day fix containers from years ago. I need to find those but I think I gave those away when i moved. I eat some sort of soup or salad each day along with a protein shake and I feel amazing and I am loosing a lot of inches, especially in my stomach. I also gave up drinking 30 days ago and I am sure that has a lot to do with it too.

Diane, nice job getting in a workout before Math class! I am thinking about making potato, leek and zucchini soup this weekend. I follow a few great people on Instagram that post their meals and I have gotten some really good ideas from them lately. I am addicted to Tuscan veggie soup right now, i eat it every day :)

Roselyn, way to go with BB workouts, I will get back at it as soon as I can workout in my garage when it warms up.

Belinda - I calorie count and I measure everything I eat. Everyone at work today told me I looked trimmer, so maybe it's just my idea that I'm gaining weight. My weight doesn't change, I just sort of feel heavy right now. Weird.
